You will NOT be disappointed!!!Can’t recommend Ken and his team enough!!!!First off, he’s a veteran, I always try to utilize vets first!But I found that out AFTER the fact. Within hours of contact, they came out for an estimate that blew us away! Cheaper than renting a professional machine and buying chemicals for it! I enjoyed time on my porch, he and another tech even moved furniture I couldn’t. I offered to help with it before they even started.The pics don’t do it justice. We bought a hoarders home, complete with pet accidents and a one time mouse infestation. I think the best tell is the first blue/gray carpet to the cleaned bright blue. Can’t tell u how gross it was. We’d vacuumed that room dozens of times.Ran out of funds to replace flooring and looked into renting equipment or just buying it. After reading a Consumers Reports review that pretty much suggested hiring a pro, retail machines suck (and not in the way they should!).So hit I up My Greeneville on FB about options and ACR was the overwhelming winner from the locals. So glad we found them.Showed up professionally early! Got right to work, moved what I couldn’t and he made mention of our hvac filter area. I laughed as I noticed they did ducting and was going to have them give us an estimate.They will be back for that job soon!Can’t recommend them enough!Affordable, on time, fast & efficient, friendly, professional and did I mention much more affordable than we imagined?Oh yeah, check out his ratings! 54 reviews on FB and EVERY ONE OF THEM IS 5 ⭐️! Very nice and efficient staff. They were conscious about my money and did the job I could afford with no hidden fee. What they said it would cost was what it was! Is there a better word for perfection? ACR knew my house was on the market when we discover water damage and mold in the basement. His schedule was full at that time. He suddenly called yesterday that he was at the house ready to work. He did an outstanding job including cleaning the carpet and washing down the walls in a large room in my basement. I am extremely pleased with the quality on the work done, the timeliness of the work and the total professionalism of ACR.I would highly recommend ACR to anyone as he is highly qualified, license, insured and has reasonable rates.

We have had outstanding and prompt service on two separate occasions from ACR. Ken and his team is top notch. We had water intrusion in our basement and contacted Ken. He was quick to respond and was at our home to assess within one hour, on a Saturday! He quickly started working and repaired the leak. Our experience was outstanding and we felt at ease because he also provided education to us on what to look for in the future and how to prevent water problems in the future. He took care of everything start to finish, he patched the area and began the drying process as well as purchased the needed items to fix the leak. When everything was fixed he and his team put the carpet back down and cleaned it as well. Our carpet has never looked so good!! We were highly impressed with ACR and their promptness and urgency as well as their work ethic and quality of work. Both occasions that we worked with them happened after normal working hours and he or his team was always available to assist us. Would highly recommend them for any water needs as well as cleaning needs!!

This is a very professional company. The owner, Ken, and his employee, Alan, were very professional. They are very clean and respectful of your home. They didn’t drag equipment across the hardwoods in my home, they are punctual, and very knowledgeable about their profession. One of the gentleman that came looked at my dryer vent he found it to not only be full of dryer lint but the exterior of the home, the vent was plugged and sealed up, they just may have saved my home from catching fire. The owner is a stalwart man who moved heaven and earth to get my parent’s house done on the day we needed it. He is a man of his word. We called these guys and they came as soon as they could get here. We are an hour drive from Greeneville! The reason for the call was a massive water leak. We had ankle deep water covering most of the finished basement, they came in and removed all the water and set up equipment to dry the walls out and had to leave equipment running for three days. They done such an awesome job we had no drywall damage. They had to pull up baseboards and molding from the walls to get the drywall dried out. You can’t tell there was ever any water there. I would recommend these guys for all your needs. They are awesome at what they do! Keep up the hard work.

I had my couch cleaned by this company. We have three inside dogs. They showed up on timeand was very professional. They actually stayed and cleaned longer than I was expecting. Ken (the owner) wrapped tape backwards around his hands and got all the dog hair off. Ive never seen that much care and service.

My father-n-law passed away several months ago his gorgeous home was in bad shape. We needed to get it ready for the realtor and did not have the time. Ken came immediately gave us a very reasonable estimate to clean the house, get out pet and cigarette smell pretty much guaranteed turn key. Ken exceeded our expectations he had even waxed all the hardwoods and cabinets, cleaned duct work and coils, all trace of odors were gone.I think what amazed me the most he was able to get the pet urine stains that had yellowed the floor in the laundry room out. Ken even expressed concerns the stains may not come out. Stains are gone and the floor is white and beautiful! Highly recommend Ken would definitely use again if needed.

The ABSOLUTE best cleaning and restoration company all around! So grateful they came out in the middle of the night to save our flooded basement! They set up their commercials fans and dehumidifiers after sucking up the water, I couldnt believe they were able to dry up EVERY single drop! We were moving and needed to have the carpets cleaned Advanced Cleaning and Restoration were meticulous and paid attention the smallest detail- He cleaned the ceiling fans! Shortly after move in we had a flood and that same day we made the call our flood damage was being cleaned up and now you can not tell we had ever experienced a flood.

I called looking for a guy that cleaned my carpet two years ago and I contacted this guy at advanced cleaning who just started up a business with the same name and services as the guy at the other advanced cleaning. He tried to steal his business by trying to act like he was the guy that cleaned for me before. This guy is a con artist and started up a business under the same name as Dave Harmons advanced cleaning business and is trying to poach his customers. Stay away and if you want the real advanced carpet cleaning companies call Dave Harmon. Hes dishonest and almost had me fooled into believing him until my gut kicked in and I told him I would call him back and never did. Thats when I did some research and found out I was being conned. This guy should be sued for what he did to the other guy. How is it even legal to do this? Dont be fooled

I have employees, I pay taxes in Greeneville, I have a website, I have a marketing company that help with my marketing. You cant have the same company name first of all and second I went through the correct legal channels to get my name, if it was taken then I wouldnt be able to get it. The other company you are talking about is Advanced Restoration and Cleaning. You gave me a terrible review with wrong information. Im sure he is a good man and I wish him much success.
