The guy working was very knowledgeable about his job. I went in with the wrong numbers from my mower, but he sent me home with the right piece. Even on his lunch break! Highly recommend these folks.

Order lawnmower belt on 27th of July was told it be here three 4 days.called they said wasnt in ..called today they had just placed the order yesterday and said be another 3-4 days or longer ask to get my money back on Friday was told no because they done ordered my item .witch was un true they couldnt... spoke today very upsetting to find they didnt place my order till yesterday they have reapeted lied an was dishonest .. after being very upset they agreed to return my money..on the way to Lowes they have what I need for 31.00 dollars where lamb charged me 65.84 and said they had to order.. there very rude and dishonest.i run a business as well n believe me that is not how . I will take my business else wheres from now on ..I told them that n the response I got was we dont need your money ...
I had been told by another local repair shop that the part for my string trimmer was going to cost $100. I stopped at Lambs to see if he had a used part to squeeze another couple years out of the machine. He didnt have a used part, but looked up a new one, and quoted a cost of $29.99. The part is on order, and you can guess where Ill be stopping first next time.

Extremely disappointed. I took my mower to be fixed, it was mixing the gas with the oil. When I took it back home it worked for a while and then it would not start. I took it back on July 31, 2020. I told the mechanic what happened and he told me that the carburetor could still be dirty and he would look at it and take care of it. On August 10, 2020 I called to find out the status of the repair and I was told that they had only one mechanic and it was not ready. I agreed to call back on August 11, 2020 to at least get an idea when it would be taken care of. Giving the benefit of the doubt I called on August 12, 2020. late afternoon, and I was given the same information. I spoke with the mechanic on the phone and he said he would get to it when he had a chance. I told him that my grass is getting to high that I needed my mower as soon as possible. He insisted that when he had a chance he would look at it. I then told him that when I brought the mower back home on the first time, I paid right away and I did not ask for a payment plan or told them to wait for their money, so it would be reasonable that if I took it back under warranty it should be taken care sooner, not when they had a chance. I told him that I could not wait too long because I had to cut my grass and if they could not support their warranty I would consider to take them to court. He responded for me to go pick it up today (without it being repaired). I told him that I had a warranty and I expected them to back it up. Then he repeated, well I will look at it when I have a chance. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TAKE YOUR MOWER ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. i SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THEIR CUSTOMER REVIEWS BEFORE I WENT TO THIS PLACE, BUT YOU LEARN AS YOU GO.

I was looking for a part for my chainsaw and they had it in stock. What luck.! I went to every store that came to mind to see if they could help but no one carried the part that I needed. Nobody but Lambs that is. Thanks guys.!!
Very poor customer servce. Had a mower repaired and they did much more then i wanted and tried to charge me for it, when i refused the man cursed and tried to blame me. Refused to give me the mower back. I asked him to remove the parts he added and he refused. He basicly stole my mower!! Stay away from this place.

This place is terrible now, it use to be a good place to bring your mower not anymore, I took my riding mower there 5 weeks ago to just have the deck adjusted they had mower over 2 weeks finally said it was done said needed new belt ok got it home tried to cut grass belt kept falling off and they never adjusted the deck so I paid for nothing, took mower back told problem girl said ok couple ok days over 2 weeks later still not fixed finally picked up now they tell me battery dead its a new battery do I pick up mower bring it home try to cut grass belt falls off they never replaced the wrong belt they put on this place is a rip off dont take your mower there need to report this place to BBB and anyone else you can report a Fraud business
I give one star only because the lady at the counter Sally I think her name is was very nice and polite extremely helpful!Their mechanic has let the technology pf todays small engines run off and leave him behind clueless! Very rude doesnt keep his word and if you question his workmanship take caution....... he will throw your saw or whatever it be out the door Into the rocks ($800 saw along with $300 rebuild kit) lost half the pieces when this happened while using very vulgar language and making threats! And yes...... this is during business hours!You have about a 60% chance of receiving your property back if dropped of to be fixed and 40% chance of it being fixed they lost a family members of mine weedeater last year only to say they found it a month later and we get it home and its someone elses and still didnt run!They dont uphold their warranty from husk they will change receipts of they loose them ! They definitely dont warranty their workmanship on repairs if you enjoy throwing thousands of $$ away this is your place to visit and give business too....Have a dash cam rolling while inside you never know what will end up happening and ur better to be safe than sorry.......will possibly come in very handy !
Very disappointed in what I purchased from Lamb Repair. I purchased a used zero turn mower. I offered to purchase the used mower if they replaced the bad motor. I suspect that someone brought it in for repair but wasnt willing to shell out the money to have it fixed. After Ive owned the mower, Ive tried to use it for 4 weeks and its been unavailable, broken down, for 3 out of them with different issues. First, I had to take the mower back to Lamb 3 times (consecutive days) to fix a leaking gas issue. I will give them credit that they tried to fix it each time without argument as I had just bought it. While it still leaks, its much slower now. Then as Ive just gotten tired of taking the unit back Ive just started to fix it myself as I know my way around these things. Both the mower drive and the hydro drive belts were so bad that they were only partially working (slipping). Lamb had the entire motor off, why in the world would they not tell me the condition of these belts? I wouldnt even have expected them to fix them for free, just tell me and I wouldve happily paid to have them replaced so I knew I had a running machine. Beyond even these issues, the thing does not track straight which should be a very easy fix for them. Also I have come across countless poor workmanship examples on the mower. Missing screws, screws not tightened down, and things just hooked up wrong.I would suggest you save yourself some time and look elsewhere. I wouldnt trust another used purchase, or for that matter, a repair done by this shop. Sadly I just dont believe they care enough to do the job correctly.
If I could go -5 stars I would. Went to return a part I ordered. ( I had taken a picture of model and serial#) they ordered the wrong part. I was treated like a pieaces of scum yelled at and a vulgarity scream at me by the guy working there. Please please stay away from this place.

That outfit could not fix bicycle chain. I had 4 items in there for over 2 months. 2 had been tore apart and not put back together, one had not been touched and the other I was told needed an engine rebuild when it needed a carburetor. Do not take your stuff to this place and if you do tell them you do not want dusty working on any of it.
I took pushmowr, push weed eater, weed eater, and riding Murray to be fixed Aug 2018. Riding Murray and handheld weed eater was running just missing when took in. In April 2019 supposedly pushmowr and push weed eater were fixed and was told other 2 couldnt be fixed.paid 135. I loaded pushmower without testing and did test push weed eater and wouldnt start after told it was fixed so left there again.once home tried use pushmowr and wouldnt start so took it back picked up push weed eater after they said it was fixed got it home ran 5min wouldnt start back so I have take it back once again.has been 1 1/2 wks that they have had pushmowr as of today they hadnt even started on it but states should be ready by Thursday.I do not recommend
Theyve had my mower for two months now and keep making excuses as to why its not finished. Brought it in to have a belt replaced and a new pulley installed. I picked it up a month ago and started mowing; within five minutes, the belt broke again. Never giving them my money again. This is ridiculous.
Do not use, had my equipment for almost s year. Never fixed it poor communication. Was taken in for warranty service. Water pump bad on pressure washer when I picked it up motor was locked down on top of pump not working.

Do not use this lawn mower shop at all cost. I paid $360 for new spindles and valve cover they didnt even tighten up the valve cover and a month later my spindles went out when I went to take it out to change I discovered they had never even changed them
Way overpriced compared to Bypass lawn and garden in Greeneville TN. Never again will I shop there. Also very rude people and dirty shop.
