Wonderful people at this store! Nathan took the time to set up my Moms new phone with the same background picture and apps as her old phone, and Kainen not only helped us lower our monthly bill, but he went to the Brazil store to pick up a new phone for me. I highly recommend the Greencastle store!

Not my favorite cell carrier. Ive has some serious issues with their roaming policies. They buy tower time from at&t anyway when they dont have a tower in an area. Why not just cut-out the middle man and go straight to the source. Plus when was the last time you saw a real person in a Verizon store? Their customer service is subbed out to foreign nations and I cant understand them though they do speak English its over the phone, scripted and not very fluent. I go almost anywhere else before I set foot in a Verizon store! A pay phone, anywhere else.
Nathan was friendly and helpful the moment I walked in the door. He literally spent hours helping me switch my account, assisted me in comparing two different phones and their prices, he transferred my phone data from one phone to another, helped me find accessories like a phone case, and even put my liquid screen protector on. If I could give Nathan 10 stars I would!! He was so patient and answered any questions I had! Best experience.

Allen Syx is great to work with at the Verizon store in Greencastle, IN. I have worked with Allen for over a year now for all of my cellular needs, questions, and concerns. He helped me at Christmas to be able to purchase new phones and keep them secret until Christmas Day. He even was available on Christmas Day, when he wasn’t working, to help me with questions. Allen is always looking out for deals that may be available on your account to help find the perfect device to fit your needs and budget. He is never pushy, and is so knowledgeable on any particular device you may have or want. He never minds the numerous questions that I have about multiple plans and any issues I have with my bill. He works efficiently to make your visits to the store short and effortless on the customers’ part. I live over 30 minutes away from the Greencastle store, but choose to make the drive so that I know I will be taken care of!! You can tell when a person enjoys his job..... because it is done well. My stepdaughter and I went in to upgrade our phones and change the phone on another line. Allen was very helpful and made the process go smoothly. Went in for a simple charging cord. Guy immediately goes for the most expensive $50 cable. His upsell turned me off so much I left disgusted WITHOUT the additional phone case I had intended to purchase.

Watch out for verizon sale promotions...they scammed me by saying i would get 200 back for every phone in oct of 2019... still have not recieved anything and I have called on 4 different occasions. My salesman Joel Kilgore in Greencastle at first seemed helpful trying to resolve the problem and apologized but soon stopped responding to my messages of concern. DONT believe their promotions!! Google it for yourself...many never received their gift cards. I am currently looking into a small claims suit.

The people working were great. But I paid Verizon $30 for their fee then had to pay $35 for this place to use them to purchase a new phone and add a line. Could save that by driving to an actual Verizon store. I mean come on, I spend enough money with them to at least waive something.

I came to this store to transfer phone plans as well as upgrade my phone. Assisted by Emmett, he did an above-and-beyond job. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained the terms and conditions calmly and comprehensively. He accepted us at closing time (which is 7pm, not 9pm as Google+ claims), and stayed 2+hrs LATE to make sure my new phone was set up properly. He also ensured is we could contact him in the future with questions. We are very grateful to him.

I made a hasty decision to go back to a Droid as I switched from AT&T to Verizon. I heard from Nick S, at Verizon, 48 hrs after purchasing the phone. He was just checking back in to see how thing were going.Within days hed gotten me set up with an iPhone to replace. Service and knowledge was exceptional each time.

Edit: Since this happened, Matt contacted me and at least apologized and did his best to make it right.Salesman straight up lied to me about having to buy a phone to upgrade my plan. No confusion or miscommunication. I directly asked him, Do I have to buy a new phone to change plans? and he lied to my face. Got home, looked into it, and upgraded plans for free.

I was in several months ago and Bill OGrady was my salesman. While I was pretty sure I did not want the iPhone 6+, they did not have what I wanted in stock. I went ahead and took the 6+ since I knew that I could return it within two weeks if I didnt like it. Turns out, I LOVE it. So glad I went that route. Only problem is, Im on my phone so much more now. Bill recommended I get the screen protector for my phone. While it was $30, I was a bit skeptical. I went ahead and got it. Well, when walking into my house today, I dropped my phone. When I picked it up, looked at it, I noticed a crack across the screen. I freaked. I have the insurance coverage on my phone but I was still going to have to pay a big deductible to get the phone replaced. I quickly texted my salesman and he told me to peel back the screen protector. The screen WAS NOT CRACKED!!!! It was just the screen protector that was cracked. $30 well spent on that little screen protector. Thanks!!
