We got service six months after we first reached out. Were thrilled to continue as MetroNet customers. The quality and speed of the connection are as good as what we had at our previous home. I do hope MetroNet is able and willing to provide service within in our city, even for difficult locations.
ETA: In response to metronets reply: Judging by the reviews youve gotten in the last year, you do not consistently get good reviews. If I couldve given zero stars, I would have. Your service is pure garbage.
This company is pure junk. I was paying for 1000Mbps service and only was able to get service speeds withing the 700Mbps. Looks like Im going back to Comcast after 2 months of this. The account was in my significant other name until just a few hours ago when I called and cancelled so yeah there shouldnt be an active account.

Let me start by saying the service was fine - cable, internet and phone. At least a 4 star (better price and I would give it a 5). We recently moved and Metronet was not able to provide services to our new location. I was assured by 2 different representatives at 2 different times that my cinergymetro.net email account would not be affected. However, less than a month after moving, my account has been terminated, deleted and apparently lost forever.No warning was ever given to me about this possiblity. To the contrary, I was assured I could continue to use the account. I was not provided the opportunity to print out, copy or forward any of the critical emails that were saved in in my account.For their employees providing false information, I am giving the 1 star rating. I will gladly change my rating should the account be able to be restored, even temporarily, from an archive.
We have had Metronet since they came to Greencastle and had great service except for the last 2 years we had have them come out repair our service almost every month. Its almost like clockwork when it is out.Sorry but we will be finding someone else
This is not a good company at all. Their turnaround time for repairs and updates is absolutely not good at all. It seems like they take forever. And they do not give you any type of a time of day they will show up nor will they call you about anything. And worst of all they do not show up around the time you get home from work.
Love their service. Great prices and even better customer service. Staff in the office is always friendly and helpful.
Our internet has been in/out for a few weeks. They were scheduled to come out before Thanksgiving, and didn’t show up. We called Saturday (3 times to be exact with 3 different people) morning, and they said we were scheduled for this Monday (11/27) and we’re top priority. We called again this morning because we haven’t heard from them, and they stated they would be here between 12 and 5....... Very unprofessional.
So very disappointed with this service. The internet works 2 days a week at the most and whats worse is that it isnt all day for 2 days, it is an hour here and an hour there... I have no idea why I am paying for internet that doe not work. Paying for their service is like buying a new car without an engine, it is 100% useless. I would give 0 stars but unfortunately thats not an option.
