I just moved to Greencastle and my toter wheel was broken when I moved in. Ive called twice to have my toter replaced with a new one and twice Ive been disappointed that it was not replaced. How many times am I going to have to drag my one-wheeled toter down my driveway before its repaired?

Weve had great pick up service, but after 2 years, our rates started going up every quarter. Sometimes it was $10, sometimes it was more than $20.I had to call every single time just to find out why, with the answer being were not in a contracted area. Then subcontracting services began and rates went even higher. My last invoice was triple what other services charge, and included new fees and charges to cover the subcontractor. When I called to ask why the increase was so high I was told we were getting the lowest rate possible. I cancelled our service effective 12/31/19 and while pickups are delayed by one day due to the holiday, we havent had a pickup since cancelling service. I never had any issue at all with pick up, until now. I dont blame the subcontractor, I blame whoever directed our pickups to stop before our account officially ends.

Did not warn Greencastle city residents of certain non recyclable items that many people throw in their bins and that repeat offenses would result in loss of the recycle bin with out offering to replace it for a second trash bin. Bet I still pay full price for the city service on my next bill too and only actually receive half the service. Switching to Rays Trash service. This was handled poorly by this company.

We’ve called 3 times now to confirm that we will be receiving a trashcan and have been reassured 3 different times that we would have it by 5 o’clock. However, I am still left without a trashcan for 3 weeks in a row now and a lot of stinky garbage. Why am I paying for a service that I don’t even receive? This trash company really is a TRASH company.

I will never EVER use them again. They lie to you. They made an error on my bill and I called to report it. Told them the 455 didn’t come out of my account like it was supposed to and I received a bill for 127. Apparently I spoke with someone from the call sooner in North Carolina. She told me it was an error on their part and to just pay the 127. That’s what I did. Then I got numerous bills saying we owed even more than the original amount. Threatened to turn me into a collection agency. Didn’t care that their people told me that. Tried to say she thought you already paid, which was bull.. I told her they have a recording and that’s not true. She had access to my bill. I sent numerous emails that they didn’t respond to. I called one time and a guy pretty much called me a liar too. It wouldn’t have been an issue to have the 455 taken out at that time, but after you spend it and you have 5 kids, 2 in college, it’s a problem! Anyway, these people don’t know what they are doing! Go somewhere else with better customer service and billing!

Began service 36 months ago, at that time we were told No fees to drop off dumpster at beginning of service and no fees to pickup at end of service. 36 moths later we cancel service due to poor service and we are billed 1 1/2 times monthly pickup $77.00 for removing dumpster. Claim we signed contract which is not true and refuses to provide copy of said contract. Read Better Business Bureau & Consumer Complaints reviews Thousands of reviews with the same problem.

Stole recycling bins from around Greencastle with no warning. Going to explore options for switching to Rays Trash instead.
