New to GV and Had my windshield replaced by them. It was poorly done.Tore my interior fabric around windshield in at least 3 different places.Also, Left a mess of trash on my dash after they were done.Silicone overflow residue around windshield looked like a amateur job.Very unprofessional and would not use them again.They seemed more like in a hurry to get done and not take the time to do a good job.Made a real mess of my nice expensive Lexus that I took allot of pride keeping in excellent condition.

Friendly staff and prompt appointment. I rated it a 3 stars because the installation did not match the alignment of previous rear window on our 2017 Ford Transit 250 (spontaneous exploded window). The top section of the new window sticks out approximately 1/8 compared to the window next to it. There is also a section of the glued seem that looks like there is not much glue and then a concentration of glue near the bottom of the window. I took it back to the window shop and I was basically supposed to be convinced that it is okay that way (not real confident as the previous window spontaneously exploded while we were parked and in the bed area of our campervan). I hope this helps you make a more informed decision (please see pictures).

Had window tint done. It was poorly done. I paid top dollar for two windows UV tint. About hour turned out to be 6 hours after sitting in office two hours waiting.It is safe to say that you will not get an accurate time table regardless of what is said for time quote.As I said, I paid top dollar for two windows to get the best offered for UV tint. Job was poorly done. Fish eye heaven. I use the truck for my business and could not take it back to get it done over. Add that to to false competition time - think twice before having tint work done.Windshield chip repair - work was excellent to say it right. The young man was exceptionally confident and rightfully so. $49 was fair.

I highly recommend Dwights, Theyve provided professional, timely service for both of my vehicles tint. Awesome customer service and options. They even saved me when I broke my sliding glass door and made an emergency replacement same day total life savers!

I have done business with these guys for years now and sorry to say I won’t be calling them anymore. I had a personal job done by them and the car sat in the garage most of the time until my daughter started to drive. She call me a stated the mirror fell off and was hanging by the wires. I got home to re glue the mirror on and found the glass had taken a big chunk out of it when the mirror fell. I contacted them and didn’t get good response from them. Had to call sever time for an answer. They declined the claim and stated it was due to someone hitting the mirror. I know my kid and she wouldn’t have done that. So I called several other companies and sent them the picture I had. All of them stated that this dose happen in the heat The heat and weight from the mirror took a big chunk out of the glass. When I talked to Dwight’s glass I got the run around. No problem. Sorry to say that if there going to treat me like this they also lost the customers I’ve been sending there way. I’ll be getting it fixed by a different installer. It was never about the money. IT All ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

So I made an appointment for the replacement of my rear window on my truck. I got there and was told it would take twice as much time as usual so I rescheduled because of other commitments I had made. I scheduled for 9am. I showed up on time. It was one hour before my truck was ever pulled into there shop. Then it set there 15 to 20 mins longer with on attention. I went back to use their restroom at 10am and there was 3 workers in the area one sitting with his feet up on the table and all on the phone. I think they work on commission so it’s a not my job kinda shop. Then I sit there for over 2hrs more. I stopped to get gas after leaving their shop. I noticed all the trash from the job was left in the bed, but not the box. Then 4 days later I noticed the rear back seat rest was not in alignment across the top. I just took the time to take a look what it would take to fix it. After pulling it out it was obvious it had been forced in to the bottom hanger, and it was damaged. Then the big discovery was that the seat bottom had a rip. I’m not one that does this type of review thing I just tell others and don’t go back ever. I spent with travel from Rio Rico 6hrs of my time to get the glass replaced. I will not spend another minute wasting my time arguing about it with them. I did though want to have my voice heard a bit wider on this.

I have used Dwights a few times to have window tinting on some of the family cars. Each time I was very impressed with the work. Ive done it myself a few times and believe me its a lot harder than it looks. Also dont waste your money getting the cheapest tint they have. If you are going to keep your ride for a few years or more get the middle grade tint at the very least. This way itll stay looking good for years to come. We live in southern Arizona where the sun is brutal on our cars. The tint will keep the car cooler and youll enjoy your ride more even on the hottest days! Good luck and keep Kool!

Waiting for a quote on a windshield never got back to me keep looking

Maribel was great help, there was an issue with my previous tint visit with scheduling but she rectified that issue right away. I am back again to get my shade tint on the windshield done now. The tint from my last visit came out nicely and they offer a lifetime warranty on the tint so you really can’t go wrong here in my opinion. I would recommend Dwight’s in Green Valley!

Mary was professional and very helpful with getting my estimate and scheduling my appointment. I was able to get scheduled quickly and at my convenience. Jim came to my house during the scheduled time and replaced my windshield within an hour. It looks great!

Great customer service. I was greeted l promptly upon walking in. I was looking to get window tint for my vehicle. Maribel and Angela were both very helpful in explaining the different tints that were available and the characteristics of each one. I was then able to set an appointment and the work was done in a short amount of time with excellent results. I would definitely recommend them for any tinting needs.

Cracked windshield and window tintingI traveling from Reno, NV to Green Valley AZ and a rock came flying at me and cracked my windshield. When I got to GV I looked at Google for a place that could fix my windshield. I decided on Dwights who dealt with my insurance company and in a timely manner was able to replace the windshield. As I was waiting for the windshield I noticed the wall of various tints. I asked for there recommendation on tinting my vehicle. They where very helpful and answered all my questions. I now have tinted windows that will help keep me cool and protect my vehicle. I am very pleased with there work.

I had my windshield replaced here and they were great. As soon as I walked in and handed them the key they were ready to go. They told me it would take about 45 minutes to an hour and it was ready right at about 50 minutes after I left the first time. When I returned I asked for a small favor with an exterior windshield visor and they installed the piece and cut it to fit no problem and it looks great. Im definitely coming back for tint!

Great service! I had a chip in my windshield and they came to my house to do the repair. They arrived on time and were very professional. About a week later another rock hit my windshield causing a big crack. Dwights Auto Glass helped me through the insurance claim process and I had a new windshield the next day! Angelica was very friendly over the phone and did not waste anytime getting this done!

Dwight auto glass is the best place in Green Valley to take your vehicle. Not only do you or do they do your auto glass, they do full details and they take care of audio problems with your vehicle. They are the bomb!

Update: recommended a friend for the same service and the price had increased 35% in two months. The service was a film on the headlights to protect from UV rays. Their excuse was that the headlights were shaped different on my friends car. Sounds like they make up prices as they go along.

Called and scheduled an appt to have my car windows tinted. Got one quickly. Took my car in thinking it would be there for at least a day. They had it done in 2 1/2 hrs. The whole car. It looks amazing and a lot less than I thought it would be. We have been using them for our business fleet for repairs and such for a while now as well. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
