This is my third move using Two Men and a Truck. Each time from the moment I called the office until the moving crew shut the door after the move has been nothing but satisfaction and professional. I could not be more pleased with their company and the movers they were positive, listened to what I wanted and did a spectacular job.

I hired 2 Men and a Truck to move out of an apartment and into a storage unit. Scheduling it all was very easy and the office staff was helpful. On the day of the move, the movers arrived on time and were very polite. My lamp was broken on accident while closing the storage door at the end of the move. The gentlemen who did it was very calm stating he was sorry and that they would fill out a damage report. Upon walking away, the man slammed his arm or hand against the wall startling me. As he continued to walk out of the storage unit he yelled “F**k”. I completely understand the frustration of getting through a move with no hiccups only to accidentally break something in the end. I was not upset for the lamp breaking as it could be replaced. I was surprised by his reaction given the rest of my interactions were very polite and professional. Office staff contacted me promptly within 2 days to provide a refund for the damage. I think their services are slightly overpriced and more expensive than other movers in the area. However, I had an overall positive experience.

Efficient, hard working, great personalities. The moving crew we had did a fantastic job. We didnt have just your average move. We had two 500 lb plus gun safes to move UPSTAIRS and to the new home. They nailed it.

I havent hired 2 men and a truck myself, but was sad that they REFUSED to wear a mask when working in my sisters home for a short period of time. They were also offered new masks and refused them. Their about page says that they are following coronavirus recommendations. Apparently, thats not true in Green Bay. I myself will never hire this company for anything, as there is now zero trust.

I was very satisfied with our experience!My fiancé and I were being relocated with our job so we had to quickly find a moving company to help us. When I first called, the person on the phone was very helpful. She got our appointment scheduled right away for the following weekend and asked us everything we wanted moved. The only thing we were not satisfied with was that we told the office that we had clothes (obviously, because we were moving our entire apartment) and nothing was listed that we had clothes so we had to move it all ourselves. Had made arrangements to have a store moved from 2 location to the next. During the quote process we gave them approximately how many boxes and filing cabinets needing to be moved. The team showed up late and came with 1 dolly. This adds time as 1 person is unable to move as much by hand. They request a 2nd dolly after some time. When a team shows up to deliver the dolly they ask me to call there manager as he needs to discuss stuff with me.1st off we are the customer and if you made a mistake or have an issue you should reach out to the customer not other way around.So I call into speak to this gentleman who informed me they only had us down for 36 items when in fact we had closer to 150He stated they need a 3rd person to complete the job in our time frame. I asked how much that would add for cost and he said due to the miscommunication and the trouble Ill give you a deal for 30 per hour. I asked what the normal rate per hour was and he said for 3 people it would go from 144 per hour to 174 per hour. So its always 30 per hour, making there no such deal for the issues Im having. He asks to follow up at the end and we would work something out to make it right.2nd thing he had to look up normal pricing. Managers should know there products/services and charges.Couple hours later move was finished, I called back to square up on the payment and inquire about the price of a 3rd guy. Speak with the same gentleman who I was told the manager as before. I ask what were going to work out for total price and for the 3rd guy. He asks if we could do 150. In my mind I was thinking per hour for all 3 thats a good deal! He then explained that would be the flat rate for the time worked for the 3rd guy.3rd guy came 2:30 left at 5:30I explained this made 0 sense after speaking this morning. 150 would cover 5 hours of labor normally at your 30 per hour rate and your charging me that for 3 hours? Thats 50 per hour, they tried to charge me more. Clearly at this point he realised I knew basic math and could identify a horrible deal. I ended up not receiving any deal and paying 30 per hour.My advice retrain your people on basic financial math and customer service protocols. You should be calling me, not me calling you. Dont try and get 1 over on your customers. Some would have just said yes not realizing you were attempting to charge more not less.Justin Sura

Our plan was to have two moving dates; Monday and Friday. We had 2men/1truck on Monday. Mid-day, they informed me that they had another team ready/ willing to come and help. So for the afternoon we had 4men/2trucks. They got the whole house done including piano (last minute request) and a simple bench swing A-frame that they made fit onto the truck. They were awesome and showed what they could do!

I was happy with the process from start to finish. Moving day was a breeze. I had a team of 3 very professional and courteous movers who worked together very well. They took care with my belongings and smiled when I addedItems at the last minute. The process was completed much sooner than I was expecting, which put me under my estimate. Very pleased!!
