Ryan exceeded my expectations today! I came in last week with a group for manicures and pedicures and after leaving, I had some issues. I called him right afterward and he asked me to come back in. Because of scheduling conflicts I couldn’t come back until today (a full week later) but he corrected my issues without hesitation. He didn’t make me feel like “just another client”. Thank you Sense Spa for being personable and I am so appreciative of the way you addressed me. I will absolutely be back, sooner rather than later!

Its GORGEOUS here! The Sense Spa was awesome and was able to accommodate 10 of us- there is so much space! It was so relaxing and my girls raved about the experience. They did such a phenomenal job on all our nails and they are so nice. I highly recommend!

Work: I got a shellac manicure and I am very pleased with the result. I had a little imperfection on my nail when he was all finished, but when I told him he cleaned it up very nicely and it looked perfect. I am very pleased with the way my manicure turned out.Professionalism: He was very busy and on the phone while doing my manicure. I was okay with this, considering how busy it was. He barely talked to me, but I do not mind not having small talk.Cleanliness: This is the part of the experience that scares me the most. I saw 2 ladies in my same spot when I came in. After they were done, I was seated there and NO cleaning took place. I figured they would clean in front of me so I could see everything being sterilized. No. The dusting off their nails AND their nail clippings were clearly visible all while I got my nails done. Metal instruments were used and not cleaned (the cuticle pusher and cutter). The nail file was also reused.Overall I am happy with how my nails turned out. I also LOVE the tea here. The cleanliness is what will stop me from getting a service done here again, but I am sure I will be back for tea!EDIT: The shellac manicure is supposed to be “14 days” but it’s more like a week 👍🏼

Best place in Green Bay to get your nails done. The salon is the most modern, clean, and up to date inside Ive ever seen. They do a great job on all their services and I love to give gift cards for special occasions out from here. Massages, bubble tea, and freshly groomed nails... Yes please.

My friend took me for a pedicure for my birthday. We were there on July 20. I got the regular sea salt pedicure because I’ve not been there before. We had one guy working on both our feet for a few minutes and he’d leave and start on another customer. He’d come back and forth. My friend was already with toe separators and ready for polish and then he came back and started my pedicure. So she had to wait. Between him and another young lady finally finished my pedicure. Then we sat for another 10-15 minutes waiting for him to come back and polish us both. Needless to say we both only left $4 tip each. And he was was making appointments with his appointment book in tow the whole time. Very disappointed. But beautiful place.

My mother and I came in for mother’s day Mani-Pedis. The pedicures we received were amazing! My mother got the ultimate dreamsicle pedicure and I got the sea salt pedicure, and both were definitely worth the money and amazing experiences.But, the manicures were not worth it. We were rushed through, both manicures done within 15 minutes. To be fair, it was busy, but I made an appointment. My mom also didnt know she had to check in since the appointment was only scheduled under my name, but this was our first time here and no one explained the check-in process to us, and there is nothing explained about it on the website.My mom and I both didn’t get cuticle softener before they were trimmed, and two of my cuticles bled, which the spa didn’t have products to stop the bleeding, so I just had to sit and wait for the bleeding to stop. The website says nothing about a lotion massage no longer being included with the manicure (due to COVID) and the manicurist didnt mention anything about it. I had to ask. The price is still the same despite there being one less service included. It’s fine if a lotion massage is no longer included, but something should be said. If I knew beforehand, I wouldn’t have gotten a manicure at all, as $26 for just a cuticle trim (that was very poorly done) and polish is definitely not worth it.My mother and I loved our experience with the pedicure and would like to return for more pedicures in the future, but I suggest against getting a manicure here.EDIT: I did ask the lady who did my nails if she used cuticle cream, and she said yes, when she absolutely did not because I didn’t see her use it and I was watching her clip my cuticles the entire time. And I also know she didn’t because my cuticles only bleed when they’re cut without being softened. When I asked again in front of my mother, she changed her answer and said she did not use the cuticle cream. It’s been over an hour and my cuticle is still bleeding.I realize I should have said something when she started cutting my cuticles, but I didn’t want to offend by making it seem like I was telling her how to do her job, especially because she was clearly in a rush. And I wasnt sure if there was a cuticle softener in the water she used to soak, which I asked after, and she said there wasnt.

Never went there. Went to the Tea house next door (5 stars) but maps gets it wrong each time.

What a fantastic experience - I cant wait to go back again! I used the steam room and salt room - very relaxing and a nice warm way to spend some time on a super cold Wisconsin day. Afterwards we had pedicures - with delicious tea from next door. Couldnt have been more perfect! The staff was so friendly and accommodating - definitely a 5-Star experience!

Terrible service! I scheduled an appointment a month in advance for 12:00. 20 minutes after 12 she tells me 5-10 more minutes.. which was more like 15 before I finally decided it wasn’t even worth it anymore. Appointments should come before walk ins. I’ll never schedule here again

Every time I’ve had shellac done it’s lasted 3+ weeks. They do an incredible job

I would give them no stars if I could. When I was there, the employee constantly stopped doing my nails to answer the phone. This took twice as long as I had planned on and had to call my babysitter to see if they could watch my child longer. I should have learned my lesson in their unprofessional behavior because the next time I booked an appointment, I forgot the appointment and over the course of 2 hours past my original appointment time they text, called and even FaceTime’ed me to scold me for forgetting about my appointment… they called twice, FaceTimed me once and text me 6 times to tell me how upset they were that I did not show up to my appointment. After 2 hours of this, I had to block them from my phone so I’m not sure if they continued to contact me. Never have I ever had such poor service when I was there or if I had accidentally missed an appointment. If you plan to go there, plan double the amount of time to get your nails done and don’t miss your appointment or they will harass you.

Not a welcoming feeling when you walk in at all. My first time there was confusing from the check in to no one even welcoming you or directing you. My nails turned out nice with Ryan, but my 2nd time, was very disappointing as Ryan was more focused on where walk-ins were to be seated and scheduling incoming calls and making call outs on people who missed their appointment and not FOCUSING and making the customer right in front of him happy. My nails the 2nd time are gritty and bumpy and not smooth and pretty at all.Received a call from Ryan stating that I should have let him know right away, and because I didn’t he stated that they don’t think they will be able to do my nails there anymore. WOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE- NOT.

The way you speak to customers is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Im looking at these reviews and Im very surprised you have any business at all. Stumbled upon this spa but you will be assured I will never be visiting. Keep your replies professional. Theres absolutely no reason to be harassing customers with texts/phone calls. Very lovely spa when you first walk in. Love the tea bar idea, getting a mani/pedi with a refreshing bubble tea. I will say, we called ahead for a few of us girls to get the manicure and pedicure, but out of six of us, there was only four employees. So there was always two girls in our group waiting for service. The gentleman that did my mani/pedi, was on the phone 3/4 out of my entire appointment, stopping my nails to write in their calendar for new appointments, forgetting which nail he was working on. I didn’t know if he was talking to me or a phone call when he spoke. He cut my cuticles several times that caused me to bleed. I did say “owe” out loud once for sure. I winced every time he went to recut my cuticles, waiting for it to get cut too short. Four days since I got my nails done and I already have a chip cut out of my shellac. Sucks but what can you do. They were beautiful. All in all, it was a nice little spa and would come back again.

Love it. If you are having nails done get the dip, well worth it.

Love the massage chair. The place is open and beautiful - also does not smell like nail polish or acrylics. Hannah (not sure of spelling) did a great job on my pedicure and my feet were rough -dry and cracked, and they were awesome when I left (I posted a before/after comparison of my heels). I love that Q-Tes is connected so I got myself a bubble tea drink before going in. I told my husband that gift cards to there would be great and I want to get back for a manicure some day.

Went here one time before and it was nice so I was going to book again for my mother and myself before my wedding. I called and there was a communication barrier. (Mind you I’m well traveled, a Navy veteran and have lived in Hawaii, Guam and Egypt for many years so I’m used to different accents. Plus my fiancé has an accent.) I mostly understood but to clarify I just repeated back what they said to make sure I understood. (Which one does when trying to communicate properly/effectively.) Towards the end of the call the man got frustrated and literally sighed loudly and said “God” because I guess he was frustrated that I couldn’t understand his accent 100%. That is so rude and unprofessional. Has never happened to me before. I’ll never go back again.

Super clean and a very talented staff

Would NEVER use this nail salon again. Found the staff to be late and rather relaxed about the fact for my scheduled appointment, rude whilst performing services, and I paid $21.00 to walk out with a nail infection...do not ever trust that this business cleans their tools between use. It was my first time ever receiving a manicure, and after this experience, it will be my last; I felt like rather than welcoming me and explaining things to me kindly, I was barked at the whole time. One walks through the door and rather than a nice “Hi, how are you? How can we help you today?,” it was “What do you want?” And then, when I tried to explain, I was ignored anyhow. I have read enough of the reviews online to understand that the owners do not understand accountability and rather make use extensively of weak excuses, so I’m not expecting much from them....and then they respond weeks later telling me I went to the wrong nail salon because their nail services start at $36. FAIL! Your own website lists the basic manicure at $21! Idiots! 🤣

Beautiful spa and wonderfully relaxing

Clean and organized but make an appointment.. walking in didnt work well for me.. luckily there is a tea house attached to enjoy a beverage while you wait or during your service. Prices seemed a bit high to me but Im from California so Im not sure how it compares to more local places. Also Im a licensed nail tech and very particular about whom I receive nail services. That said I would go back in a pinch but not regularly.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now, if not longer. Every single time is amazing. My daughter and I especially love Kate, Sylvia & the owner is always super sweet. We’re greeted by name every time we walk in. I’ll never ever go to a different salon ❤️*******edit*****. my daughter & I have been coming here for years & today my heart hurts a little after our routine nail services... we waited over 25 mins past appt time just to sit down.... only to watch as two older white women walked in way after us & received their services before we did 💔 this is somewhere I love & tip at the least 30% every time.... I wish things were different. This really disheartens me 😞

The salon was highly recommended by a lot of my coworkers so I wanted to give it a try since I was looking for a place for my daughter’s wedding party. It was a great experience. The salon was new, clean, and absolutely beautiful that I believe you couldn’t find any where better in Green Bay. The staffs were very friendly and knowledgeable. The holiday rush was hard but they handled very well. I am sure that my daughter will enjoy her party here for the wedding.

Mary Clare did an AMAZING job on my therapeutic massage today! She worked to my needs and body and gave me some really great feedback on how to improve certain areas/muscles. She is very experienced and friendly!

Never had a pedicure booked an 1130 appt for myself and a friend. They got us both soaking and my friend got started 45 minutes later my water was cold feet shriveled and kept telling me my person will be here soon. No offer of a discount or even a glass of 🍷 would have been nice so I walked out guess this 55 year old lady will have to wait longer for the experience but never go here is my reccomendation! Not a way to run a business

My pedicure and the building are beautiful and staff was nice. Giving 4 stars because there was a lack of communication, I had never been there so I didn’t know the ropes. Instead of “hi, how are you today? My name is...” I got “what kind of pedicure did you want?” Also, the girl doing my massage told me the entire time how tired she was, that she works too many hours and wanted to go home. Very professional.

So, I really wanted to be impressed, but felt a little rushed. We chose the Hot Stone pedicure. The guy doing my Wifes feet was also answering the phone and making appointments. The woman doing my feet did a good job, I guess I expected more for the cost. Maybe there was a lot more to do with the hot stones, but I expected more of a massage. Maybe Julie at T-Nails in Northern Virginia spoiled me....

I can never get in here, and every time I try they are so RUDE over the phone. Get someone at the front just to answer and schedule who can speak clear and into the phone. Instead of using your ear piece answering the phone while doing nails. (which I noticed last time I was there) Every single time I call you are so rude. You really need to work on the way you schedule and answer phones. You use to be my favorite place. For such a growing company I dont see any reason why you cant hire someone to schedule and answer phones ONLY! Be more organized.

This is the only place in Green Bay I will ever get my nails done at. Staff is friendly and the prices are very good. I also love that they have a cafe too❤️

Beautiful spa and very clean! Several of the nail technicians/ARTISTS were very bubbly, friendly and talked to me (it made me feel welcome) on top of that my manicure is beautiful! I can’t wait to go back and check out some of their other services.

They always do a fantastic job on my gel manicure and acrylic nails when i get them. I would give 5 stars but they always overbook appointments. Sometimes itll be your appointment time and a regular customer will walk in without appt and get put ahead of you. Its definitely worth the wait and they understand exactly what you want!

The “manager” is beyond rude and disrespectful! He made horrible comments towards my mom and me. Avoid this place at all costs. The manicure and pedicures were below average too. So many other great places in Green Bay!

My friend and i made appointments for a full set and a (no shelac, just painted) french manicure. Over the phone. Our appts were for 445. I waited 45min after that time, and my friend was over looked when some other people came in and i had to say something for her to be next, she waited 55min. (Yes i watched the time) When told to pick a shellac she said she wanted “painted not shellac”. The girl doing my nails said it was a “waste of time only doing a painted manicure and it wasnt worth it to them” Then the woman doing her manicure attempted to use shellac and when reminded that she wanted paint and not shellac, the woman was visibly upset at her customer. She said something to the owner in another language in a very negative tone and expression and aggressively put the light and shellac away and pulled out paint. Then During the hand and arm massage part of the manicure the woman just rubbed a bit of lotion on the arms and nothing more. The whole vibe changed. Overall i felt it was very overbooked, and unorganized. And if you dont want shellac it would show that youre not welcome. Some of the people seem very nice, but its very over booked and unorganized. I was disappointed since it looks like a very nice place. But if you dont get a certain type of service youre treated differently. Dont offer something if you dont want to do it. We wanted this to be our “mom spot” but after that day i dont think we will be returning.

Do a good job but always over booked. Even making an appointment makes you wait at least a half hour. Walked out more than once because of wait time for almost an hour after making an appointment a week ahead of time.

The salon was very nice! It was clean and comfortable. I also loved the decor and vibe of the place. Unfortunately, the service was not as good. We were disappointed that we made an appointment for two mani-pedis and one of us was seated right away for the manicure, while the other waiting 30 minutes before it was started - the owner was doing her nails. When you are the owners client, he has a helper do part of your service (so they switch back and forth), this was fine, except that they seemed to keep forgetting about us and we ended up spending a large amount of time waiting on one manicure to be finished. The owner was answering the phone and trying to manage the other employees WHILE doing the manicure. He then scolded his helper in front of us when we were trying to check out because we were forgotten about again. We would have preferred to see the owner just managing the salon, rather than trying to do services as well. On a positive note, the quality of the mani-pedis was great!

Update: I visited again today. I needed a fill. I made an appt and again had to wait almost 30 minutes. They were over booked and understaffed to say the least. My nails are a coffin shape and I very clearly stated I wanted the same shape. Once nail tech was finished I was rushed to the checked out, probably because there were at least 6 other people waiting who also had appts. Once I was home and had actual time to look I noticed my nails are all different shapes and sizes. None of them are coffin shaped and some of them are lop-sided. Im so disappointed. I called and spoke with what I assume was the owner or manager. I explained the issue and was basically interrogated as to why I couldnt come back in tonight to get them fixed. I guess having to go to work and saying I had to work was not a good enough answer. Im going back to get them fixed on Monday because I paid $45 and I want them corrected. After that I will not be returning.Original Review:I decided to check it out based on the recommendation from a coworker. She warned me about the wait time even if you have an appt. She also said the gel colors dont look the same as they do on the sample strip. I had a 10:30am appointment and waited until 11am. People make appts for a reason. My nail tech was off and on her phone the entire time. My nails turned out great but the color is off. Not sure why. My main complaint is the wait time. Ill visit again and give them one more chance to provide good customer service experience.

Speaking on behalf of three customers and two visits:1. Completely disorganized - no computer system, owner yells across the room at his employees, location does not honor appointments- First visit: had appointments at 1:30pm, took 30 minutes for the first of three to get a seat, took an hour for the third person to get a seat.- Second visit: had appointment at 4:30pm, took 90 minutes to get a seat and it was not with the requested nail tech (appointment was schedule a month in advance with a specific tech). Did not get SNS as requested. Instead, received regular gel, but was still charged the price of the dipping powder. Nothing was offered as an apology for the ridiculous wait, not honoring the nail tech we directly scheduled with a month in advance nor for performing the incorrect service at a higher price.2. Pricing - SNS manicure is expensive at $45 and is not a true dipping powder manicure. It’s a powder base with gel polish on top. Two of the three people’s nails lasted two weeks without chipping. Third person, gel polish chipped and lifted off the base in less than a week. Average length of a true SNS manicure is three weeks.3. Will not return... which is sad because I was happy with my nail tech’s work, but I cannot work with a company who does not honor its own commitments nor can it recognize when it has done a customer wrong and apologize for it.Incredibly disappointed considering I know the quality of the work of this team before it moved to this new location.
