I have been looking for a decent nail place in Green Bay for 5 years. I have gone to locations all over and this place is by far the best! They were able to get me in same day and I loved my nails. SO GRATEFUL!

My nails look like a toddler did them. Just wasted my money on these, because I don’t even feel confident to show them off to people. I told the lady what I wanted and she told me she was gonna choose the nail shape she wanted for me and filed them super short. They’re lumpy and don’t even look how a nail is supposed to. Never coming here again.

I just recently started to get my nails done after 10+ years of not doing them. Im so impressed with this place.. its clean, doesnt smell like a nail salon, the staff is wonderful, and they do excellent work.I will never want to get my nails done at any other place but here!

I have been going to I-Pink for about a year now and am beyond pleased with their work every time! I go to Lin by request and appointment, but have had a wonderful experience with all the nail technicians there! I have brought many of my friends here with me and all have fallen in love with the nail salon as much as I have! Many of my friends, like myself, have become regulars here and are always greeted with smiling eyes and great service! Thank you to the staff for always keeping it clean and providing such a relaxing and professional experience!

WORTH THE WAIT. Expect to be seated about 15min after your appointment time but it is so worth it! The quality is unmatched! They take their time to do it right. Lin is an ARTIST and is incredible with designs/fine line work. I have never been disappointed by them and they are all very friendly. HIGHLY recommend.

Unfortunately I’m having a really hard time finding a good nail salon in Green Bay.Not sure what went wrong with my polish but it looks like it tightened up and wrinkled while it dried. It’s not at all smooth. This is what it looked like coming out of the salon. The shape of my nails are good and they got me in for an appointment day-of, but unfortunately I’ll have to re-paint these because the polish looks really bad. They left lots of residue on my fingers as well. Disappointing after reading so many good reviews

Let me start off by saying I may have been to every single nail salon in Green Bay lol. I started coming here about a year...maybe year and a half ago and Jean and Lin (Owners) are amazing !!! I do not say that lightly . No matter what I am here for, a fill, manicure, pedicure I am ALWAYS satisfied with their work. They take their time and have conversations with me. I couldnt ask for better customer service and attention to detail which is important as all of you ladies (and men?) know when youre coming to treat yourself to a nail day. Thank you guys so much and I 100% recommend Jean or Lin for their services.

Jean was so amazing with my nails. My hands look like they came straight from a magazine! She was very gentle with the area around my nails. Absolutely love them :)

Back to write another review again! I just cant get enough of the salon! They do such an amazing job, they take their time to do your nails, and they take their time to make sure you were satisfied. Make sure you leave without any complaints, and the staff are so nice. I had my nails done by Jean, the store owner, and she did a fantastic job! She even gave me a discount on my nails because i was on a budget💎. this was my third time going there and yet again I left satisfied and happy. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, they are friendly and have conversations with you, they even offer free beverages to you. I will always come to this nail salon, I wouldnt trust any other nail salons. Ive been struggling to find a good salon in Green Bay, and this is the only salon that leaves me satisfied and happy .

When I first got my nails done here they were done by lin who did an amazing job so when I went back for my second apt that i specifically made with lin he was doing someone elses nails so I got some random lady who didnt pay attention to what she was doing she was also talking to another co-worker while doing my nails again NOT paying attention to what she was doing. Next day my nails were chipping NOT IMPRESSED so unless you get the owners not worth your time or money.

I had such a great experience! I got a pedicure that came with a clay mask for my feet that left a sensational tingling feeling, a hot towel wrap, exfoliating honey scrub massage, cuticle/callus removal, and French tip polish all for $40 bucks! What a deal! Tony did a great job and really wanted to make sure that I was happy with my pedicure. I was very satisfied! Im originally from California, and I can tell you I have not gotten this kind of treatment for such a good price! I will definitely be coming back here! Thank you TS nails!

Loved the person who did my nails! I came here because my normal salon was booked up and I needed my nails done that day because I was going on vacation and couldn’t wait! He took his time and made sure every nail was perfect!! On the other hand, it wasn’t very warming and welcoming! I had an appointment set for 5:15 and still had to wait, another girl walked in, and didn’t have one so a lady in the chair fanned her hand and told her to sit and she would have to wait for 20 minutes! It was very rude because she was sitting in a pedicure chair relaxing, eating corn on the cob😂when she very much so could have done her nails! They laughed at this lady who just wanted her nails done! If you don’t take walk ins then don’t have that sign up saying you do! If you come get you nails done by Lin!!! He’s great!

We had a party of 3 so we booked a 10am. We arrived and all people were busy with someone we waited Almost 45 min. I would of left but we had only that day to do them. Once we got seated and soaking then they went one by one as they finished with other customers they came over to each of us, so we had to wait for each other. And one massage chair didn’t work. I felt it was rushed even though we were there for almost 2 hours. Won’t go back.

Theyre taking Covid19 cleaning very seriously and have barriers up at all stations. All guests must wash heir hands at a touchless station also.

I had an 11am appointment and waited 30 minutes. They do not respect your time. N the phone yesterday, I expressed I needed to be done quickly. They said it would take 30 minutes, not to wait 30 minutes! Then they speak another language in front of you and it’s rather rude! Then they act like they don’t understand you. Not a fan

It aint just for women. I go to get my hooves clipped and buffed. Feels good and relaxing. Women know how to treat themselves. Men should learn the art, too! This is a great place to do it!

Best place for dip powder and brow waxing I’ve been to yet. They have awesome ventilation over each station! Chemicals and powder hurt my chest and give me a nasty cough, but it never bothers me at iPink. Everything is super clean.I wanted to note on here that sometimes there is a wait for your appointment. If you want designs done, please request it when you schedule. If you just ask for dip or full set and then request a design when you get there, they either won’t have time to do it or the next person has to wait for you to finish. Designs take longer!

Quick and good quality! Got a full set acrylic. $25 plus $5 for coffin shape. Only paid $30! That’s awesome. All Vietnamese and that’s my kind of people so I really enjoyed them :) very nice. Going back for a fill in 2 weeks! I forgot the older mans name but he’s super nice

I am always hesitant to try a different salon, but they were AMAZING. Lin worked quickly and cleanly and my nails looked amazing afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone. Ask for Lin!

Nails look fab!!

Positives: full set of gel nails was done beautifully. Tech worked meticulously and the result was great. I only wish he had taken care of my cuticles first.Negatives: pedi tech kept me waiting a long time and the water was almost cold. Did not do a very good job exfoliating - way too light of a touch. No plastic liner was used.Place was dirty but they are moving soon, so hopefully it improves.

Id just moved to the area two weeks before visiting I-Pink. When I walked in I was not greeted. Took me about 30 seconds to find the waiting area. I walked in totally lost but no one offered to help or acknowledge my presence. After finding the waiting area I waited for 15 minutes before someone finally asked me what I needed. I wanted a full set with a pedi. She did my pedi first. It was not relaxing she cut my big toenail uneven and my cuticles were cut so low it burned when she polished them. After she was done I asked to pay and left. I didnt get a full set nor did I tip. She did a horrific job painting my ties. NEVER going back! I took pictures but not sure how to post them.

First time going to get my acrylics at this place, I had an appointment with someone named Miyuki. She did an absolute amazing job, my nails are soo beautiful and I feel so gorgeous in them. The workers are funny and talkative, they make you feel very welcomed. Would definitely recommend this place to many other people and would come back here again.

Wonderful staff and now in a new building and its just so beautiful and is a relaxing atmosphere!I went ag got a gel manicure and they did such a great job and the gel lasted longer than any other place Ive been!

First time go there get my nails and pedicure done. I’ve never heard about this place before, but it looks nice and clean, they provide disposal liner for pedicure tub, also offer drinks. I had their Signature Delux pedicuure, love the hot stone massage. Forgot her name but the pedicure lady did amazing job! I’m very picky about my nails, I’ve tried so many nail place in Green Bay, not very impressive. This is the BESTTT nail set I ever get, Jean did excellent job! My nail look amazing, exactly what I want! The staffs are friendly, I feel welcome. This gonna be my new nail place,Definitely going back!

The first couple times there were excellent. My two daughters and I decided we wanted to treat ourselves to pedicures and one of my daughters and I needed a fill. My daughter scheduled them and we expected to be able to sit near each other and get pedis at the same time. That did not happen. We got split up. And couldn’t sit near each other. Then the pedi I got the tech was rough. She was pounding my legs and even used the nail cleaner brush on the skin on my shins. It hurt!!! I was hoping for a nice relaxing massage as I asked for the deluxe pedi and I was far from relaxed. Then when it was finally time for me to get my nails done I noticed another girl getting chrome nails done and when I asked to have it done with nail design I was asking for Lin told me no. I was willing to pay extra and he told me that I would have to wait till next time. I ended up with an okay design but disappointed that I couldn’t get what I really wanted. I felt like he just didn’t want to do the work to get them done. I won’t be back for a pedi and may not be back for nails.

Poor service. Called ahead of time to see if they were available to do four pedicures at the same time. They said yes. When we came in, only 3 of us got our pedicures done. By the time, the fourth worker (who finished with another customer 15 mins after we started and sat around first before coming over) came over to start the fourth person, we were pretty much already done, and ready to dry our toes. When we drying our toes, two employees used the wax to wax their eyebrows, didnt clean the utensils. DOING THIS WHILE IN FRONT OF US. Very unprofessional.

Second time in less than a week going in and was ignored. Called ahead of time and asked how long was the wait, I was told to come now and there was no wait. When I arrived I said I wanted eyebrows, they ignored me and about 10 mins later said it’s a 10 min wait. Rude and unprofessional!

Lin did exactly what I asked. I absolutely love my new set with gel polish!
