This place is my favorite to go to! They never mess up on these beautiful nails they can create! Definitely recommend coming here unlike Hollywood nails. Very nice/peaceful service aswell!

This place is AMAZING. 10 outta 10 I fully recommend. They have massage chairs, nice warm water, pedicures, manicures, and foot massages. Its a must try.

This nail salon is so awesome. We just stopped by to look and they were ready to take us in. Very quick work but yet VERY neat. Also if you want to show them a picture of nails you want they will do them just like it! Definitely recommend this place.

Ive been going here for over 3 years. Its by far my favorite place to go in Green Bay and Ive tried most of them. I get acrylics because I have a nail biting thing and Ill bite till they bleed but with acrylics I dont so for now its an expense Im willing to pay.Ive seen the salon go through some changes but Ill continue to go because I dont end up with thick uneven gobs of gel and they trim them nice and short like I ask for!! Went in on Sunday (4/11/21) with a friend and her daughter. 2 gel manicures and 1 pedicure. While getting my manicure a girl walked in with a scheduled appointment. My technician rushed so fast through my nails to tend to her that I was done within 10 minutes. After leaving we all were disappointed in our nails and i then noticed the edges of my nails weren’t filed (after he cut my nails down almost to nothing) 3 days later and they are starting to lift (never had this happen before) Guarantee I will not be going back, save your money and think twice before going here

Clean environment. Very friendly nail techs, they cater to the nail you like. Not a lot of options as far as nail design goes. If they had more embellishment options I would be more inclined to go.

Service is good and people are nice, but I had a nail break not even an hour after getting them done and then I had two more nails break the next day and it barely took anything for them to snap off. I am extremely frustrated since I paid $50 to get them done. I could have gone elsewhere and gotten them done for cheaper and not have to worry about breaking my nails the day after getting them done.

$60 (plus tip) for deluxe gel pedicure & regular manicure. Simply mediocre all around. I had to ask the nail tech to fix/correct every step of the way. Put the paint on very sloppy & tried to blame it on the nail polish being bad (not really an excuse..) so I had him redo it in another color. Still rushed & put it on sloppy. Dried my nails w a fan which left dust & streaks.I specifically asked if they had time because I didnt want them to rush.

Got a manicure. The place was pretty dirty. Nail clippings on the floor, the tools were not in the nice, sanitized bags as Im used to. Funky smell coming from the gel drying machine when I pulled out my hand. The people were really nice, though.

I would give this place less than one star if I could. I have gone to this place several times and my nails always turned out okay. For those, okay was fine enough. However, the last three times I have went in, my nails have started to chip within a few days. It got to the point where I was there three days in a row because a new one was chipped. When I got matte, the woman put gloss coat on first, which increased them to chip within a few hours even though I do not use my hands that often. When I went into have them fixed, she looked at me annoyed and only put another top coat on which has already chipped. Only went here for the convenience of them being open later but I will never be returning to this place. I would rather take time out of my busy day to go somewhere else. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve gone to this nail salon twice now. The first time, i had an acrylic set done, and a fill in a couple weeks later. Both times were great! The waiting time is reasonable without an appointment (at most 10 min even when they’re busy!) and they paid great detail to my nails. I had my nails done by different men each time, and both were sure to ask if I was okay with the shape and even the color after putting it on my nails, and made sure my nails were the same width at the top! (first time I had coffin tip, second I got almond) They work with you and don’t jolt you around like some nail places do, and make sure you’re comfy with what they’re doing, and are open to make changes. Great customer service and pretty nails!

Ive been here 4 times and every time the staff is friendly and attentive and my nails are always well done both in shape and design/color. Being in the mall I was skeptical and didnt expect much but I always leave satisfied.

I looked away for a second and felt the cotton ball being removed from my nail when I looked back the dude cleaning my nails was scrubbing his dirty yellow/brown finger nails with the same cotton ball he was using to clean mine. He quickly put the cotton ball back onto my nails once I looked back and you could see that his granger nail was still wet from where he had scrubbed it.

Went in got my nails done and they turned out horrible they were tilted up wasn’t filed good 😒I did my math 45+55 is 100 lady charged me 105 for what I called back to get a refund because the nails weren’t nice and they said they can’t refund but I could go in to get them off and done again but never coming back wasn’t worth it nails not filed good charged me more then I was supposed to pay nails coming off next day Definitely Never comin back to this place I don’t recommend it If I could I would give it a zero 🤬

I’ve been coming here once a month for 7-8 years and have only had one time that I had an issue. Tim is very knowledgeable in what he does here! I Just wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Overall they did a good job with my nails. However i just couldnt get past how filthy everything is. They could def use a scrub fr ceiling to floor. Maybe some new paint? Its just confusing how theyre located in the mall, and its not clean? Very strange.

I got black acrylics earlier today, theyre gorgeous and amazing quality, however when i got them done last time i went they came out uneven and thick (but still pretty) so you never really know what to expect with al the different people

This was by far the worst pedicure Ive ever had. After waiting 20 minutes to be taken back my pedicure lasted exactly 10 minutes. My daughter then had a pedicure that lasted exactly 10 minutes. They used dirty sandals to put on both our feet. While my daughter was having her pedicure someone came in and they use the same bowl they use for me without washing it. I asked to speak to someone about the quality of my pedicure and I was yelled at and told I had to pay when all I ask is simply not to pay the full price for lack of a better pedicure. I will be calling the health department and a Better Business Bureau about this place.

I stopped at T S Nails last Friday. I asked for a manicure and shellac. Yesterday my nails started to chip already. Today I was able to remove the shellac in one solid piece off of each nail. It looked like it was applied too thick. I paid $40 for it to last 4 days only. I will not be going back to T S Nails.

I will never go back... had gel mani in 2 days 2 nails chipped 5 days 4 more nails chipped.... went back to get fixed and he said they were my own nails no fixing 🤬 I’ve never had gel polish that cheap.... lesson learned never go to a mall nail salon I’ll stick with local...

The people i had dong me nails were so nice the didnt judge that my nails were short and bitten we had fun conversations and they did the best they could even through a bust Xmas rush and they were still beautiful

Me and my daughter went in for pedicures only, the gentleman doing my daughter’s nails kept asking my daughter questions he should of been asking me. She’s only 5. Like if she wanted a design and if she also wanted her fingers painted and a design on them too. Um excuse me, I’m the mother here. I’m the one who’s paying. I got a deluxe pedicure $35. Thinking my daughter would only be charged $10 bucks at most with her tiny fingernails. I left paying $60 not including tip!!!! They charged my 5 yr old a grown up pedicure?? Sorry maybe I’m not experienced enough because it was the first time me and my daughter finally went together but I think that’s ridiculously over priced! I’ve taking my daughter to get her nails painted and design and that alone was only $5 at a different salon! So I was thinking another $5 for her toes. No they charged me $30 for hers and $35 for mine?! Won’t be back here again.

Always love the results, nail polish doesn’t chip even though I do lots of dishes at my job. Very friendly staff, it’s always fun getting my nails done here!

First time ever here for a pedicure & the guy did awesome! Excellent service, so kind, he did awesome massage & design, definitely worth every penny.

First of all, when i called this place they couldn’t hear me so it was very difficult to have a conversation. Once we got there it was obvious that they were way overbooked. When they were doing my nails he filed them so hard and aggressive I thought the nails were going to break. The guy that I had also wouldn’t let me get my nails as long as I had wanted them to be. I will never be going here to get my nails done ever again.

Just got a pedicure. The guy did a great job. Great massage and very attentive.

So I stop here with my friend for a splurge girls day and at the last minute we wanted to get our nails done. We got the same thing for our pedi, and they did alright with it. When it came to the mani, I got acrylic nails while my friend did the gel. The lady doing my nails ended up cutting me and didnt file the nails right leaving an edge on the tip. I asked for her to fix it and she tried but I just didnt want to sit there any longer. A few days later my middle nail broke off from shutting the trunk door close. I was very upset for the cheep fit on my nails and spending almost 40 bucks on a service were I just felt like unwelcome. They didnt make conversation and when I tried to talk to them, they just said little to nothing back. It was very awkward and would not recommend coming here for a out of a blue nail appt. Go somewhere where you know youll be treated like a customer.

They asked where I lived and they didnt do a nice job with my nails Ive to a lot better place where it was cheaper and my nails lasted for a good bit but here my nail broke after 3 days

Got gel nails done a week ago and they are already coming up! So annoying when you pay a ton for pretty nails to have them less only a week!!

Went in for a basic mani/pedi today. Not looking for anything fancy, just some nice color and some help for my cuticles! My mom came too for just a pedi. Both girls were super nice, friendly and talked with us (in English) the whole time. My girl (wearing a Mexico jersey- wish I would have caught her name) spent a ton of time working on my fingers and toes and did a beautiful job! I dont know anything about shellac or gel or the quality of any of those things, but for a basic service, for a good price, Im very satisfied!

I went to ts nails on Friday only because i was already at the mall the staff was nice bt they applied as less acryllic as possible to my nail and 2 hrs after i made it home my nail was broken in half ....this is my 2nd bad expérience here i would nt recommend anyone go here .!!!!

I went here to get my acrylics for Homecoming and it was awful. I am not here to make rude comments or make this business seem awful but it was absolutely bad. My experience was terrible, my nails were bleeding and cuticles were ripped and bleeding as well. The person that did my nail also made all my nails uneven, they weren’t even in a coffin shape, they were squared. They didn’t even polish it correctly and they also left one of my nails chipped. Worse expeirenece ever, but everyone has a different experience. But mine, was truly unforgettably disgusting .

Didn’t shape how I wanted to, gel paint started chipping not even a week after, went to get my money back they said they couldn’t because the matte finish makes the gel polish chip? Horrible.

I had asked for an overlay (acrylic on my natural nail) But the lady who did my nails did not do an overlay she put glue an the tip on my nail. I also I asked for a palm tree on my ring finger and white Hawaiian flowers I did not get my expected nail art. :( I will not go there again not at fifty bucks for my set and nail art.
