I moved into a new construction house but it doesn’t have a mailbox. I couldn’t find any information online about how to activate my new address or where to put my mailbox so I went to this post office and asked for help.The staff I talked to didn’t know the answer, but she politely let me know that she would have me talked to her supervisor, Chris.Chris was super nice. He came out with a drawing map of an area nearby my house. He was not only pointed out the location where I can put my mailbox, but also handed me an instruction sheet that answered all the questions.I couldn’t ask for a better service. Thanks again for spending time explaining everything to me.

When you call and leave a message, DO NOT expect you receive a call back. My package has completely disappeared with no tracking and do you think I can get ahold of somebody?!?! UNREAL!

Wish I could give no stars. FedEx is way cheaper for packages. I did not know this and sent a package via 2-Day Priority with USPS. The package was over two weeks delayed. USPS is simply horrible. Complete disregard for customer service and efficiency.

Carriers cant drop off any packages it seems. All packages say to leave if no answer. Carrier never knocks/rings bell. Fails time and time again to leave pink/yellow redelivery slip. No phone number available to contact directly.

Worst service I have ever experienced again! My QR scan code says it’s invalid and so is the tracking number associated with it, therefore I cannot use the online nor automated phone system to track my package. The wait time to talk to someone is 1 hour!! This is a Christmas gift and you’d think ordering it a month before Christmas would be enough, it always is for UPS. Last time they didn’t deliver my package they returned it to sender within 24 hrs. I work at a hospital so government hours don’t work for me to run to the post office. Again I have no idea when my package will be delivered or if they’ll send it back. I will watch on all future purchases to make sure they do not use USPS before I purchase items.

Cant contact, no help available for simple shipping issueCarriers failed to deliver a package after days of having my pink slip filled out and posted to the lid of my mailbox...then the slip was removed by the carrier and never received package now I have no reference number AND nobody to contact! Great! Might as well just allow carriers to steal packages if this is how it goes

Every time I have a package delivered, somehow the Post Office messes it up. They say it has been attempted to deliver with a note left. That didnt happen. They say they delivered it, they did, but across the street. Luckily we are friendly with our neighbors. Now on the latest attempt, they claim a package was delivered(a birthday present for mom) no one has seen it, no one knows where it is, and at the time they claimed to deliver it, I was out cutting grass and literally stopped and waited, but no package. There were 6 people home that day, but... no package. This is why the post office is becoming obsolete. Its not that they cant keep up with the times, it is that they simply suck at their job...

Polite and cheerful if you initiate the emotion. They get the job done professionally. Ive been going there for years and find consistent good help. Only reason for the four stars is that there is usually a wait.

I never had an issue picking up a package before without a yellow slip. Tracking number and employee confirmed it was there as usual but this time I was met by a less than enthused pink haired, lip pierced slouch that was too lazy to get it and help save the delivery person some time and help a customer. Help a customer... who would do that these days? One star for service and for the great motivated employee that denied my package after I drove there. I wouldn’t have had to drive had they trained their employees on how to answer the phone mind you. Simply amazing. If everyone that worked there was as kind and professional as our delivery person I doubt I would have this issue.

I am extremely annoyed and upset about their service! If I could give them 0 stars I sure as hell would! You can not entrust these people with your packages! There is always someone home and even if not I would always use there app to check on the status of my package and when I notice it is out for delivery I would wait all day in the living room and constantly check my door steps to see if it was left. So to not receive a package and look at the status of your package saying no recipient was available to receive pacakage is beyond me! Not only that but I even went online to reschedule my delivery and how I would like them to redeliver waited all day and still NO PACKAGE!!!!!! Called them as I was annoyed and had to wait for 1hr and 20min+ just for them to pick up my call.Told them to just hold my package at the facility as I can not trust these people to get the job done. BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!!

Lost nearly $100 of packages. They claimed they left it at my front door despite me being home at the time of supposed delivery. No knocks or anything. This isnt the first time they have messed up. Ive received mail for different addresses, and have caught them abandoning packages without checking before.

I have mailed two large packages in the past two months. The first package was lost for more than 15 days. After repeated attempts both in person and via telephone to locate my package, after 21 days it was returned to my house. It had never left the post office I hand delivered it to.Second package was damaged somewhere along the way, of course no one knows anything about it and it was delivered EMPTY! Ive filed a claim and guess what? No one knows anything about the contents or where they might be. 35 books have simply disappeared into thin air at the hands of the post office.Today, I have to mail a package, which needs to be tracked. I am trying to get an answer as to how much it costs to track a package. I cant get a human on the phone. Ive tried the chat line, all I get is Lakesha, who claims she is technical support and cant help me. Shes given me a phone number and all I get is a recording, no options for tracking pricing. This is how our government runs its business. Postal workers dont know anything, all we have are robots on the other end of the phone and packages are damaged, misplaced and stolen contents. Absolutely horrible.

I was provided a clothespin by my carrier telling me I must clip my mail to the outside of the mailbox or they would not pick it up. So, I do that and yet again...3 days in a row, I get mail but the outgoing mail is not picked up. How is that even possible? I called the Post Office after 2 days and they said they would contact the carrier...again, that same day, mail delivered, no outgoing mail picked up. Very frustrating...lets see if day 4 is a charm.

Ive encountered many problems with shipping and mail lately (none of these problems existed until summer 2012) Mail in the wrong box, refusal to deliver packages, and letters. I was expecting a delivery and even though I had someone at the address to receive it it was taken back to the post office and immediately returned to the sender without even an over night at the Coffrin location, or notifying me - this same package was miss routed, and is 2 weeks past its delivery date, after many phone calls back and forth giving my tracking number a dozen different times, the courier still refused to deliver and hold the package for even a few hours (less than one business day).

No one ever answers the phone. I always have to go and pick up my packages because they do not get delivered on the day they are supposed to. My package arrived at 10:03 am and I called at 4:50 pm 40 minutes before they close just in case I would be able to pick it up on day of delivery to see where it was and was told it was in a bin with 400 others and no one was there to sort them. Every person I encounter there has been rude and unhelpful.

I send tons of care packages to my friends and family. Depending on what I’m sending I like to use their flat rate boxes (if it fits, it ships!) or my own box which is priced by weight and size.I have run into issues, however, they were my own fault; address not labeled correctly (which caused a delay), mail not being picked up ( I didn’t put my flag up to indicate I had outgoing mail), and a package that got stolen (my brother lives in a not so good area right now, he’s a broke college student, and I should have sent the package signature tracking so he HAD to go pick it up at the post office).I also just created my own stamps out on website! The downside is you have to order the envelopes with them. I can’t wait to send out Christmas cards this year!My mail carrier can always count on hand warmers in the mailbox for winter and an ice cold water in summer! Thanks for all your hard work throughout the year!

Always running HOURS behind, and carriers are very rude. My 3 yr old daughter waved and said hi yesterday and he proceeded to tell my daughter to go away! I always have someone elses mail, which leads me to believe I am probably missing mail myself!

They can never seem to answer their phone; besides finding their phone number. It’s led me to make many unnecessary trips to the post office that is out of my way and could have been avoided if they’d just answer their damn phone!!! Not to mention I tried calling over 4 times today before just going. Very irritated with their customer service!

This place is useless. When you put a mail hold while on vacation they still deliver your packages. Also heard if you put a package warning on your address they still deliver them.
