FedEx is literally the worst delivery companies in America. I cant ever just received my items on time and it is a headache to deal with them. There was no delivery time or date even though I had to reschedule my delivery because they tried to schedule my delivery late night. I wont be doing business with them again and I advise others to do the same.

Its a pretty small FedEx front office for shipping. Not much room for more than one customer without shuffling sideways. Employee was nice enough. Its okay.

I had a great experience here. We had to ship multiple rather heavy items. When we wheeled the cart in with everything pre-labeled they offered to take the cart from there and get everything taken care of. I didnt have to stand around or help them weigh the items. Thank you to the employees for making things easy!

Worst shippers ever. I would recommend any other company to deliver packages. These jokers screwed up my original order, then split my replacement order up between 2 trucks on the same day within hours of each other. Smooth planning doesnt exist with FedEx. Ex as in ex shipping company that Ive dealt with. Poor delivery service that also cannot follow directions left on where to leave packages. What a joke. At least I finally received my items.

Even though Holly didnt know how important it was that we received our package today, she treated me as though it was a priority to assist a customer! This is one of the better FedEx centers Ive been to its just a shipping center they dont sell all other kinds of junk and try to upsell you on packing services. Its not crowded either it can be difficult to find from the street so I had to use my GPS even though Im familiar with that street. Counter staff was very friendly

Nice facility. It is off of the usual roads, so it took a little bit more time to find them. Good service inside, and they answered all of my questions!

Was not one of my better shipping experiences. The people were ok to deal with. The policies and hoops I had to jump through were less than great. FedEx is my last choice for shipping behind pony Express

My trip this time was incredibly easy. The woman who helped me was genuinely concerned about helping me. I was nervous because of a prior experience, but will definitely go there again.

They always deliver when Im not home, and sometime I cant put a hold exception in because of sellers request.Just had a hold exception at a Wal-Green today and they still attempted to deliver at my apartment when Im not home.Two star only because the counter service is great, and the line is usually not that long if you are there first.

Will never use FedEx again. Especially Waube Ln. My dresses for a wedding have arrived in Green Bay and they refuse to let me pick them up today so I can make sure they fit sooner. If my package is in Green Bay I should be able to pick it up ANY time I would like. I PAID FOR IT. Will never use this service again.

Just stopped by to pick up a package I asked them to hold. The employees were very kind and helpful.

The delivery driver decided to knock at the garage door instead of the front door. We were home and couldnt hear. Common sense says use the front door where the door bell is at

I got my package and I told him that I denied it and every wrote on it to send it back.
