The staff here was very helpful and I would highly recommend! They explained to me what the issue was with my lawn mower in a way I could understand it and got it down in a timely manner. Excellent place!

Look at the date on these reviews, its been under new ownership since fall 2020 and the new owner Jons a great guy! I recommend it.

I called them at 10:15 this morning. Tristan was very helpful and said that they could pick up my snowblower and fix it for me. I asked if I could get it back by tomorrow and he said that they would try. Gene came about a half hour later and picked it up. Tristan called me back at 3:00 and said that they would drop it off right away. Gene came with it before 3:30. It took 5 hours from my phone call until I got it back. That’s some of the best service I’ve ever had. I will use them anytime I have a small engine repair and highly recommend them.

Can not believe how rude the staff is called to check on the status of a warranty repair for my mothers snow blower droped off 7 days ago took forever to get someone to answer the phone then the guy would not even give us his full name just keep saying my name is joe you want my ss# so we ask for the number for the warranty said its on your paper work and would not give it to us really this is how you run your business i told my mom to hang up because my mother was getting upset im so mad how you treated my mother it was uncalled for i will never do business with this place ever again

I cannot belive how rude and insensitive the staff are at this place. They spoke to my mother-in-law like she was some kind of street rat.

Receiving staff was friendly n helpful. No work done yet. Says backlog is 2-3 weeks.

My grandmother was calling to check up on her snowblower and the guy who picked up the phone was very disrespectful saying all this type of stuff saing why should he help her, and when she asked for his name he said Joe and she responded back with Joe what? And he then says Its Joe thats all you need to know. What else do you want my social security number. Who responds to a customer like that. Let alone a 56 year old lady just trying to get her snowblower back.

My in laws had a snowblower here for over 2 months for a tune up. Every time my mother in law would call to see when it would be ready they kept saying they were waiting on parts. I finally picked up the machine today without the new parts. I was basically told its not their fault that the Chinese put a tariff on steel. The parts they were waiting on were not necessary and were basically an up sell to the tune up. Terrible service and communication.

Pressure washer used only 4-5 times brought in for low pressure. Had a week before even looking at it. When we called week2 to check status, we were told they were waiting on parts and not to call that they would call us when ready. Week3 still had not heard and called - still waiting on parts. Week4 WE called and were told wire was fixed but now pump was bad. Told them not to replace pump and we would come get it. Picked up and loading in vehicle when we realized they had not put it back together and bolts were not in it. Gave back to us in pieces. Will NOT be returning!

Used the for a few years and always do a good job

Charged $30 to collect my riding mower and push mower and had them for too long a time. They didnt even contact me until I contacted them. Charged $70+ to tune up the push mower (basically just replaced spark plug and filters is all). Did nothing on the rider due to liability issues with a rust hole in the deck but still charged $15 to tell me that. Total bill $119.08 for very little gain on my part. Cannot recommend whatsoever. Will never use again.

Ive had Northern Power Equipment tune up my snow-blowers and lawn mowers for the last 3 years. They do a great job and are affordable.

Terrible customer service. Often unresponsive and unwilling to work with customers. Doubled the cost of their service without telling me until they returned my machine. Go somewhere else if you need repair work done.
