Wayne was great! The battery pack I needed was out of stock everywhere. Didnt know what to do. Hes my hero. He replaced the two little batteries inside for me. Even soldered the extra terminals I needed. I will definitely go back. Im very happy!

Brought in battery I needed replaced. Salesperson grabbed one off the shelf and handed it to me. I was all excited as I hadnt been able to find one. I quickly looked at it and told him he was wrong. He didnt even verify before giving it to me. If I had taken his word, Id have bought the wrong thing.

First visit. Very friendly, fast and professional staff. Skip amazon and find it here. Prices are very competitive. This is the only place in town to hard to locate batteries, bulbs and many other products. If you have a commercial account the savings can be substantial.

The associate was knowledgeable and I didnt have to wait for him to find the battery I needed didnt even need the specific number just a glance and took 2 mins to get them. Excellent job.

So tonight 12/29/20 at 7:15pm I needed to get my truck batteries check due to loosing a charge twice in one month. the store location and the website said open till 8pm. I show up looking for that amazing service that I always get from this place just to find a employee decided to lock up early while the open sign was still on. Understanding that some clean up is due at the end of the day I get that, but still refuse service at least 45min from closing which is posted at 8pm!!! not quality customer service!!

Michael was super. In addition to finding the right car battery at a great price, he pointed out rebate offers AND installed the battery in single digit temperatures. I have no reason to visit the big box stores, auto supply stores, or farm equipment stores any more. I am now a loyal Batteries Plus customer.

Good for what it says. Batteries and bulbs. Very good selection but compared to say walmart or auto zone its pricey. They do phone,watch,tablet batteries but again pricey. It is a specialty store,so if you need it and cant find it you will here. I buy my kids power wheel batteries here. Fairly cheap.

Wow! Wide variety of batteries are in their store but the customer service couldnt get worse. Called them to see if they had the battery and to ask for battery manufacture date before I drove there. The guy said like I said these batteries literally fly off the shelf and Im too busy to drop everything to go looking for a battery date for you. ok. Now Im going to Fleet Farm.

Michael is a great employee. He tested my car battery and we realized it was dead. So he put in a new one. Super friendly and helpful. Will be going back in the future for sure

When I finally figured out my phone battery was bad I called and they had a battery. There was a less expensive option of the same quality and they recommended that instead of the more expensive one . Not only did they put the battery in, but the young man even helped me with some other phone questions. As long as I was there I looked at the new kinds of light bulbs and they thoroughly explained the different options. Everyone was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy. They had a lot of knowledge and were really great to work with.

Got home from vacation and dropped my phone and wouldnt you know, No Touch Capability. I was on call for work and needed a working phone. Stopped in and talked with Wade. He looked at the phone and within 5 minutes I was out the door with a working phone. (Digitizer needed to be reseeded) Great, quick service. And reliable. I will go back again.Thanks

I had an out of the box issue involving the need to replace my car battery. When two local businesses failed to fix my issue (and had ended up wasting several hours of my time) I ran across Batteries Plus in my websearch. Admittedly, the 20% off coupon helped lure me in. However, the fact they knew exactly what I was talking about, were keenly knowledgeable of the topics at hand, and had the product I needed in stock is what clinched a 5 star rate/review from me. Very personable and freindly service. Even got me in, installed, and out reasonable quick during the lunch period. Great job guy - and gal! I will be back next week as while there I found that they had a price to fix another product issue I had a problem with at nearly half the cost of the dealerships quote.

Its ok place to go for batteries. The other stores recommend to go there if they dont have it. But unfortunately they didnt have what i needed.

I had to get a new key FOB. They were so helpful and did a great job. My key works and it was cheaper than the dealership.

Fellow very friendly helpful fixed my periscope no charge without making me feel dumb! Operator error! I didnt end up making a purchase because he figured out what I was doing wrong! :)

Ordered online. after waiting 2 weeks for notification of delivery to store and hearing nothing, went to store. Told batteries would be there next week. Waited another week. Called local store and was told Oh yeah, they are here. Dont know why you were not contacted.

I visited this store to have batteries replaced in three wristwatches, which the store technician said that he could do. Unfortunately, the tech didnt have the correct tool for one watch (flat-blade screwdriver); the next watch he was able to open, but could not figure-out how to remove the battery retaining clip; the third watch he ruined by breaking-off two of the four retaining screws when he over-tightened the watch back (he sent me home with the parts to my fathers watch in a baggie)!This is not the place to bring a watch for battery replacement!
