Best gym and staff in the area. Staff are all very personable. Equipment is top of the line. Abundance of resources from equipment to trainers for the people that are serious about making a change in their life.
This is an excellent gym. The community and the staff are phenomenal. The comradere with others in the gym is what keeps me going. There is equipment for any type of fitness pursuits, and of great quality. I look forward to coming each and every day.
I currently use Xperience mainly for a fitness class. It is well coached and professional and yet fosters a collegial atmosphere. The space is snug and yet ample for class sizes.I intend to expand my usage of the equipment as I get more comfortable with the facility as I have just transferred from the shuttered Suamico location.9/10. Would recommend.
This gym has become almost like a second home. Love working out here. I’ve been a member of 3 different gyms this year and these staff and trainers are by far the friendliest. What I appreciate most is how they are consistently trying to improve things here.
This place is a second home to me. Everyone is nice and there is a lot of equipment definitely recommend!
I called to see if I can receive a 7 day pass because I’ll be in town for only a week and the guy I was talking to at this club was explaining membership options but if you think about it it is a waste of a month if I’m going to cancel after a week. So I told him I will think about it and call them back and instantly HUNG UP ON ME!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.
This place is great! I love my old gym and was was nervous when moving if I would find a gym that I felt like was a good fit for me. I love this place! Great people they are super nice and everyone is really friendly there. I love the Q fitness class it’s my new favorite.
Experience has been great since day one. Staff have been professional and personable. Im glad I moved over from planet fitness:)
Very involved staff, super friendly but will try to hustle ya for programs. Not alot of open space to stretch/floor excessive, but makes up for it with the enviroment.
Friendly atmosphere and helpful coaches. Good variety of workouts in ‘the Q’ classes
Excellent gym with all the right fitness classes, programs & weight training equipment! Great trainers for those like me who need that push to achieve those tougher goals in the gym!👍🏽Thank you: COREY D.
Stephen was very knowledgeable about the services offered. He was super friendly and engaging!
Honestly, my experience with Xperience has been nothing less than stellar. While I havent formally been introduced to all of the staff, Ryan, Emily, and Preston have been amazing to work with. Im glad I chose Xperience as the place to crush my fitness goals.
I love this gym! The employees make sure to greet you every time you come in the door! They treat you like family and show that they really care about you!
(Ash location) There needs to be more squat racks because three is not enough and smith machines don’t work for everyone so please MORE SQUAT RACKS!!! also please put better air conditioning i am dying while working out it’s so uncomfortable
The kids facility’s for daycare hours are impossible to use, too short, not efficient for any type of lift, canceling the wife’s and my premium memberships, any parents should try the Kroc center or ymca, this gyms no longer useable
Was a cool place but when I entered no one was in the front so I checked in and went to workout but all the machines are tightly put together and disorganized and there isn’t enough machines and no sauna are you kidding me come on not impressed ( edit: you have a steam room not a sauna)
Good, but needs to go back to 24/7.
Cant beat the amenities for the price.
Fun and empowering, gives me the confidence to keep going. I look up to my cousin who’s a trainer there (Cody I’m talking about you lol) and a lot of the more advanced and year long members there never judge or make you feel bad. I think this is a great place to start and a wonderful gym for those questioning if working out is for them. Try it, you won’t regret it!!!
I really liked this gym and pricing was good. Price is same but hours are getting so short . I get the virus is why they do it but theres no time limit on using anything and theres a lot of members here who overdo it and stay on a machine for a hour on the phone .Today I waited and a guy used the pool for 45 minutes then I gave up and went to shower just to have gym staff yelling in that it was closed, cant I finish showering, ? Its getting to where Im loosing out on my workouts due to greedy members. There should be time limits right now .
I would like to give this more. I have been coming here for the past 4 years. I have never seen it his bad! I like all the different classes they offer and the pool is nice as well. I wish they would open the sauna again. My husband and I are both disgusted with the way they dont enforce the rules.. such as wiping down equipment and the woman wearing sports bra and the men wearing cut off shirts. I have brought it up to them before and all they had to say about it was well, they are wearing really high waisted pants that doesnt matter the woman are still not following dress code and its frankly sickening. Im here to workout, not look at a strip show
Good equipment can use a little more natural light
Cleanest gym in GB
I’ve been to gyms all across the country and parts of the world . Xperience is def in the top 5%. Easily . First, it’s clean as heck and the staff are continuously on top of their duties . Salt water pool is life changing. The movie cardio room very original idea and I love it . Only thing i would recommend would be towel service and water extractor for swim suits in bathroom. But here’s the best part . It’s so damn affordable. Tremendous value. A gym like this, i would be pay $125 a month in Manhattan ! Great gym and can’t wait to get back in shape .
I normally am pretty reserved when critiqueing a business I visit with regards to service but i guess i want to make anyone aware looking for a new gym to avoid Xperience Fitness. I have been extremely disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the facilities over the last couple of years. Equipment that breaks is often down for weeks if not months on end. The locker rooms have a taken a continual turn for the worse. The tile and grout is mildewy and moldy, several areas of the drywall are peeling bubbling and falling off. The areas around the sink has chunks of the wall missing from water the caulk is moldy, the toilets and urinals are not scrubbed often and I am there 7 days a week working out. The shower areas need to have the grout steamed and scrubbed and resealed as the grout has become black and gross. The picture attached is 3 folders with personal information of clients who personal train with private information left unattended for anybody to look at. I have been mentioning it to the staff at the club and corporate and was told by Adam a personal trainer there that I complain a lot and should go work out somewhere else. Blown away that a business would tell its customers to take their business somewhere else when legitimate health concerns are brought over a very long period of time. Pretty disappointing that they address member concerns in such a manner. The only plus to the gym is location and hours during the week. Anybody looking to get a new membership for the new year resolutions I would avoid checking them out.
Really shouldve known better since they work with abc financials and they are the WORST company ever!!! Ive not able to use the facilities NOT EVEN ONCE due to covid and no one is willing to work with me! Im out of $100 for something Ive never even used! When I went to the club to ask for any refund or any exception they refer me to abc financials and then when I called abc financials they directed me back to club. I been getting the run around for a month. This is the worst thing to be dealing with after losing my job due to covid and really cant afford to keep getting charged by this company
Great gym full of amenities
If you walk in with no exercise in your life its gonna be hard and demanding at first. If you dont know how to start. Stick with a trainer. Its worth $ the results. They are very helpful and work at you pace. Very clean comfortable setting for shy nervous people. Its open 24hrs on weekdays for a more less stress setting. Love the salt water pool just to relax and swim .
I am revising my original review as things have changed. I really do absolutely love the gym and everything It has to offer. The only thing I am very unhappy with is the child care, since Covid they reduced the time a child can be in the day care down to one hour from an hour an a half. I personally do many of the Q classes, and with my work schedule and the time that day care is open I can really only do the 945am class since I work evenings. With that being said, they also changed the time you’re allowed to schedule to come to the day care. 9:30,10,10;30,11. You are no longer allowed to schedule to come for 9:45 (I would usually do 9:40). So. If you’re doing a 9:45 class, have to be there at 9:30, and usually class runs 5-10 minutes late, you get a comment from the person in the child care area stating you went over your time. I find this absolutely rediculous! Every time I’ve brought my son he’s the ONLY child in there so why does it matter if I’m 5-10 minutes “over” (even though I’m not because I got there at 9:40 not 9;30)? I’m a single mom with no one to watch my son during the day, it is getting to the point where I am seriously considering cancelling my membership due to issues with the child care area.Side note; 1 hour to workout while your child is in that area really isn’t enough. The 90 minutes was perfect. I’m not sure why they changed all of thisOther than that. I really REALLY do love everything else about this gym. But with limited options as a single parent I don’t know what other gyms I could go to other than the YMCA. Only reason I’m trying to tough it out is because I really enjoy the Q classes and the trainers
I joined recently and really like the facility. It is big and has all kinds of equipment that anyone would need. It’s typically very busy when I go, but always seems to be enough equipment to get my workout in. The staff is friendly and helpful and the price is right. The only concern I have to this point is that I’ve never seen any staff cleaning and some areas are dirty. Sure wish there was more time spent on keeping it clean especially this time of year. However, I can look beyond it for what I’m paying and the options available.
Created a fake account so as to not upset the staff. Here is the deal. The required Welcome Workouts HAVE TO GO! These trainers shouldnt be qualified, they dont know what they are doing, working with somebody for the first time and giving them subjective exercises and sets/reps to achieve! These people dont even know me! Everybody responds to training differently! Unacceptable!
Place is the best!!
One of the better free weight selection fitness centers in Green Bay. Plenty of treadmills/ellipticals and cable machines. Can be pretty busy, but rotating between equipment helps out with that.
I had to cancel my membership due to moving last year, but moved back in the area and rejoined and it has been really great so far. Very clean facility, tons of machines so no waiting, and tons of equipment overall. Staff is very friendly as well!
I just joined, as I was convinced from the employee working at the Green Bay branch that this was how to conduct my 5 day free trial. I have been disappointed ever since, and after 3 days I have already cancelled my membership. Utter disappointment- the facility is fine- plenty of machines, but the COVID-19 safety protocols in place are wholly insufficient. In one of the currently worst areas in the country (in terms of case count), most of the members are maskless (except when entering and exiting the building), the locker room was dirty (with signs stating clean before and after using the lockers, but no supplies with which to clean), and the equipment and facilities were either in ill-repair or underperforming. The tiny pool was falling apart, and the lack of a reservation system meant you can never accurately count on being able to swim. The treadmill I used squeaked so loudly it was unbearable, and my personal training didnt happen...because the trainer never showed for the appointment. On top of all this, the most outrageous offense, imo, was that to cancel was/is an exercise in futility/patience-testing. I was unable to call/cancel in person. A call to experience fitness led to registering online, then being directed to a pdf which indicates you need to contact another company and provide either a certified letter or email with agreement number and reasoning in order to cancel. I encourage everyone to inquire about this policy and read all the fine print- It should not take multiple conversations/different phone calls, emails, web registrations, etc. to cancel a trial period membership. It is downright entrapment. Completely disappointed. I encourage others not to be lured by the lower costs, and to keep your health and standards paramount- their business model is clearly working for them, but not something I can support.
Staff are very nice and helpful. For a person new to lifting weights I decided to work with PT to learn, and really enjoy it. Helps me to push myself a little harder. Would recommend going to this gym :) they will help you get on the best track to reach your goals.
Warning! I would caution anyone thinking of joining because of my experience at Xperience or at least see if there is an option to NOT provide your credit card information. I cancelled my membership after the membership freeze they recommended for the summer months rather than cancelling. The day before the freeze ended I called and was told how to cancel my membership via the app. When it didnt work, I was told to check the next day when the membership was active. I did this and cancelled as instructed. I was incorrectly charged another month of membership and an additional month for the Q class. I can honestly say it took over 2 months f and many calls to the GB location and the corporate location to finally get the refund for the $99 month of Q classes. I never tried to recover the incorrect monthly fee as I thought I must have missed something but in hindsight I believe it is a poor system or purposely difficult membership to cancel. I was promised over 7 times that the check was in the mail until finally it was issued 10 weeks after my initial call to Xperience Fitness. That being said, the time I was a member, it was a very good class, Cody is very nice and clean facility. Knowing what I know now though, I would not have joined due to the hassle.
Decent facilities. Painful to change membership levels
Horrible customer service. I signed up for the 100$ interview with a trained instructor and I was rescheduled twice. I have only been a members for less then 3 weeks. I have not been able to use the facility at all. I am a disabled Veteran looking to lose weight. After 2 weeks of getting the run around from the staff about starting, I decided to cancel my membership. I do not get any of the money back for getting rescheduled. I talked with Kayla and she told me that is just how it is. I still have an opportunity to utilize the appointments. Why would I continue to be a part of a membership if I am not worth keeping an appointment for? I was first told the appointment was canceled due to scheduling. Then I was told it was due to an emergency. Last I was told the hours didnt match with the appointed time. So, someone is lying from the gym. I was giving a customer service number and that is it. So lets get this straight.1. Never used anything from the facility.2. Never received an appointment.3. Lied to.4. Stolen from.Do not support this business and get the people who take advantage of hard working Veterans exspossed for who they are.
Equipment and pool are nice. There is decent locker rooms. Staff are usually mid range. There is one guy who never wears a name tag and is always rude. Only reason I kept a membership was because of Stephen. He was really nice and easy to talk with. Got me a shirt. Hes probably the only reason I have had my membership so long.
Everybody went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make me feel as comfortable as possible. I was greeted with a smile from every worker. It was a clean facility and I was genuinely impressed by everything offered!
I used to be a member of this gym years ago before it had its current name. I liked it for the most part, but I ended up taking a job out of state. After several months, when I decided that I was not coming back to Wisconsin for the foreseeable future, I called to cancel my membership. I was told that it was taken care of, but I was unknowingly still being charged every month from them for over half a year. I didnt find this out until about 6 months after I switched to a bank in New York and I received a bill for months of owed pay from the gym. When I called to complain about the obvious problem I had, I was told that they had no record of my cancellation and needed to cancel in person, which again, is an obvious problem for me living 1000 miles away. I was able to talk them in to mailing a signed letter stating that I cancelled my membership. Even though they already stole several months of membership dues, and had supposedly become a new gym with a new name, when I moved back to the area years later and looked in to the current Xperience Fitness they said I owed them past membership dues plus interest. I went elsewhere and didnt look back. I pretty much forgot about this place and their greed until recently when they began spamming my email address. I suppose I would like to thank their marketing team for making sure that I just dont blow off terrible treatment, and at least share my story so that perhaps someone interested in finding a good gym doesnt get scammed by this company.
I find that the staff at Xperience is very helpful and more than willing to aid in helping me with my fitness goals. A great place to workout.
Husband and I went in to ask about membership and for a rundown of the lifting amenities. We were told that the person who could show us was busy. We gave the man managing the desk our phone number and asked if we could get a call back and never received a call.
I love this gym! Ive belonged to gyms my entire adult life so I have lots to compare it to. By far this is the best gym. The personal service, friendliness of the staff, quality of the equipment & classes, expertise of the trainers, and cleanliness of the facility. What more can I say except Im not leaving till Im dead!
After canceling because I was charge different prices everyother month a year later they decided to change me AGAIN!? Not surprised that the two charges are different one for $13.65 then the next $29.99...
Love the staff (Cain is the best)!
Great customer experience at Xperience! Daniel at the GB, WI store was AMAZING and so helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone!
First time here. I had an appointment for a tour and had Daniel. Very nice. Explained everything they offer very well.
I came in to get signed up at and was told that there was no one there to sign me up... and that someone would call me back. Then I asked if I could just workout for that day and they told me I had to purchase a day pass for $20. First of all why is the day pass more than a monthly fee? And why isnt everyone trained to sign people up. Thats not a very good business plan.
For my first day Id rate my experience as five stars. The facility is clean, the employees are great to work with. I was actually thrown off that they asked me what my goals were, never had I had a gym (besides CrossFit) ask me about my goals and actually set me up with programs to actually meet them.
This gym has a great amount of equipment, and a convenient layout. The price is fantastic. My only problem with it is the cleanliness and locker rooms. Quite often the weight lifting area smells of BO and the locker rooms are often dirty. The lockers themselves are quite small and in winter its difficult to fit my suit, overcoat, shoes, bag, etc without taking up two lockers.
First time here good tour joined now the fun begins
I would highly recommend no one using this gym. They really are just about the money. I was doing the Q program, and I will say that the program itself is nice but the way things are handled at this gym are just ridiculous. I had a financial situation come up where I could no longer afford the $80 a month gym membership they were charging me.. So I went in and I asked to cancel. The guy behind the counter made it a huge deal and was guilting me pretty hard. I get it, I’m in sales too but like, just stop. And finally he advised me that he would cancel the membership but I was still going to be charged the $80 for June because it was the 30th of May and I was within a “5 day pending payment period.” Which is odd considering my bank had nothing pending. I asked if there was anything I could do to avoid that payment because I could really afford it and I was told no.Considering the situation I am going through, this is beyond frustrating to say the least. There was no offer of a refund for the month or anything of the sort. So I’m paying another $80 for a month of classes I’m not going to take. Safe to say I will not be going back to Xperience ever again and I’ll make sure to spread the word.
Very friendly staff. They are not pushy at all and sincerely want to help you meet your goals.
Personal trainer is amazing, pushed me to a great place, equipment is awesome! great place!
They exceeded my expectations of customer service. I called this week wanting to make an appointment to join. With my crazy schedule between work, school and physical therapy 3 times a week it did not seem like it would happen and I wanted to get it before the 15th to join for a $1 and Dan offered for me to come in on a Sunday mind you they do not do sales on Sundays so he could help me. Incredible service!! 😀
If 0 stars was an option, I sure wouldnt even give them 1 star. I would NEVER recommend this gym for a variety of reasons, however the most important to many people would be incorrect billing. I have been billed for services for the past 7 months after I cancelled my membership. I have talked with the account rep and she informed me to dispute the fees with the manager. I did write a formal letter to the manager of this gym and heard no response since last month when I mailed it. I now have another monthly fee and no resolution. I guess I will be going to gym and discussing this matter in person. Poor Customer Service.
All I want to do is talk to someone about pricing I dont want to have a tour and then talk about things. I have called and even went in. They tell me it will take a half hour. I am busy and I dont want to spend a half hour when all i want to know is prices.
Went in to sign up this morning and the gym as a whole felt so welcoming and had such a great atmosphere! Ive toured other gyms and never signed up until touring this one. It felt right! The kids club was amazing too! My kids havent normally been into a care setting like this and where very nervous to go in. When I picked them up they were both happy and looking forward to going back again (WIN).Highly highly reccomend them! Plus their prices and a lack of a contract is amazing as well!!
Great first impression and tour. Ben was very informative and clearly committed to the experience!!Looking forward to the pool!!
The people were very friendly and patient. They answered all my questions and explained anything that I didn’t understand. They were also willing to work with me when it came to the membership.
I love this gym! They offer so much for you to do including spin classes, cardio classes, weightlifting classes, personal training, and they also have a ton of up to date equipment for you to use. I have never had a problem getting a machine at Xperience. Everyone there is so nice and friendly and they truly are dedicated to helping you meet your goals.
I love how all the employees make you feel like you are part of a team, I especially love the Q class -- being new to fitness I was always intimidated that I didnt know what to do or how to work out and was afraid to do something new. But the class is led by a personal trainer who walks you through (and keeps you responsible!) for the exercises. The Q class is amazing and everyone is so nice. The employees remember your name, say hi and check in on your personal goals and life. Special shout out to the front team, Zach and Sam, and Ben and Daniel and Steven, they always say hi to me and my kid and make sure you are welcome. I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym, but everyone there makes me look forward to going and Im excited to finally eventually maybe be in shape!!
Quest sessions are so loud that others in the building are unable to hear their own devices.I have brought this up to staff all the way up to their CEO with no response.Decibels exceed what is healthy for the human ear. Decibel meter exceeds 102.0 dB at times.Mens shower stall partitions are covered with residue. (Possible lime or just soap scum)Grout in the shower floor appears to have mold.Staff is friendly but appears to have no influence with the people on top who can resolve members concerns.Check it out before you sign up for a membership.
Ben was very thorough and fun. Made me laugh so- I consider that a great Xperience!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I moved two hours away from the closest Xperience fitness, but before I moved I went and canceled my membership. Then I got a call just a couple days ago stating that I had a balance of $111 that I had to pay for my membership. I called and said that I had canceled my membership and they said because there was no written evidence, that I have to pay the $111. This place has officially scammed me out of $111. I would not recommend this place for anyone who will possibly eventually cancel their membership because you might get scammed too. I was even told that my account had been closed out and cancelled when I cancelled back in August and now they say there is no record of my cancellation! Total scam!
I loved the Appleton Xperience Fitness so once I moved to Green Bag, I decided to just transfer my membership. Let me tell you, I figured it wouldn’t be any extra cost to transfer my membership. I was wrong. It was a $20 transfer fee. I was quite disappointed because first of all, the Green Bay Xperience doesn’t even offer as many machines as Appleton’s. Plus the overall cleanliness isn’t great. Like dang, shouldn’t they be happy I’m just transferring my membership instead of going to a new gym? Will be looking into other gyms around the area.
Daniel was very personable and never didn’t have a smile on his face.
Love Tai! Really excited to start training with him! He rocks! I’m looking forward to all the benefits XPERIENCE has to offer me.
While part of it is my fault, Im rating it like I see it. I was paying the original 19.99 because Ive been there forever. I lost my license due to a medical illness, and instead of contacting my Dr for a note, I canceled my membership for a short time. The guy never informed me the prices changed and that if I came back when I could drive again, Id lose my original rates. I dont care if it is just a few dollars. Its enough to make me want to go somewhere else
Close and reliable.
My sister & I joined the gym because we heard good things from our family that goes there currently. I was excited but a little disappointed at the 2nd visit that was set up without explanating what it was for exactly. I was brought into a room & spoke to a total stranger trusting it was just what everyone does when joining a gym. After 45 minutes or so This trainer knew a lot of personal information about me that I would not have otherwise shared if I would have known it was just for a sales pitch on selling himself as a personal trainer. He told me at the end it was $499.00 starting for a couple of sessions. At that point I was completely taken back because I thought I was there to learn how the equipment worked. I told him I could not afford that. He continued to push & tell me that it’s not that much. That it’s no more than 2 pair of shoes! He went from nice to rude. I was so uncomfortable & I told him that I wish I was told before they made this appointment so I could have had the chance to say no. They insisted my sister come separately . We live together so I told her when I got home & she said she would definitely not be going to her appointment the next day. So I went with her & ask him if he could show us how to use a few pieces of equipment. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life! My sister & I are going to go again but I shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable. He has all my personal information written on a paper somewhere. I should have asked for it to shred but I just wanted to leave. A good thing that my doctor recommended I try & get out to do really shouldn’t have ended up this way. I’ve been apart of YWCA, YMCA, Golds Gym when it was in Green Bay. I never had this experience. There have been a lot of other nice staff members so that’s why I gave it at least a 3.
Daniel was super helpful & informative. Excited to be starting at Xperience.
Ok, So i love this gym, but really, you limit the times you can use the gym depending on which membership you choose? So because the only time I can go the gym is in the evening I have to pay $30/month instead of $10...thats not fair at all....
I have been a member for a long time here and wouldnt join anywhere else. If I move to a new city, I will first make sure there is an Xperience Fitness nearby! Great quality at an affordable price.
Very nice clean gym, and friendly knowledgeable staff.
Weights are broke grips on things are ripped hours are good for night shift workers like me no weight organization have to go find them
Was not really sure if I was going to like this place but I was pleasantly surprised. I really like the staffs professionalism. The facility machines are maintained very well and there are plenty of them. The free weight area is large enough with more then enough machines so waiting is minimal. Theres a good mix of hardcore muscleheads and just folks trying to keep things together. There are certain hours where it is very crowded but still bearable. The pool is a big plus. There is a dry sauna available. It could use a refurb but it gets the job done. The locker rooms are small but useable.
Meh....if you need a place to run then fine. I wouldnt do a long-term membership.
I’ve been a guest at Xperience a few times. I won’t join because of how I was obnoxiously bombarded with calls and emails, every day because a friend put my name down as a reference. There were a few times I’d answer and explain I use a gym that suits me better. I eventually blocked the number and a few months later I checked my “blocked number voicemails” and was disgusted by how many voicemails I had from xperience over MONTHS. The gym is nice but I now refuse to join.
DISSATISFIED Customer, I joined my self and my daughter up at this club last year payed our maintenance fees and monthly fees all year. My daughter did not use the facility for at least the last two months of the year we signed up for so at or around the end of the year we decided to cancel her membership and I was continuing mine. It turns out I canceled hers one day after being charged the annual $39.00 maintenance fee. I spoke with someone at the club about getting the $39.00 fee refunded and was told there was nothing they could do I needed to contact Kayla B. via e-mail would be best. I explained my situation to her also explaining that I would be continuing with mine and was told we have a 30 day cancellation policy that she would not refund the $39.00 fee. So basically because I did not remember a year later that this 30 day cancellation existed. I am paying a years worth of maintenance fees for someone who does not even go to the club. Kayla B. absolutely refused to consider a refund.
Staff seem friendly and offer a little more then most fitness center in town.
This is my favorite gym. Ive tried the other area gyms and while each has pros and cons, overall, results came with my time here. Knowledge is shared, people are friendly, and the staff is willing to help.
Very happy at Xperience Fitness. I love the choice of classes I have between Green Bay and Suamico site. Staff always knowledgeable and friendly. Laura, at GB site, Sherna at Suamico and Jess R are the greatest fitness teachers.
Love Xperience Fitness! Great facility with great staff
Worst experience ever! They make you pay for two months up front and I had to cancel my membership after a week for personal reasons and they refuse to refund me a month back. The person who signed me up told me Id get a refund back but he didnt tell me you only have 3 days. Called 3 days in a row. Never called me back. Only way i finally got response was going on the live chat. Never going back!
Well first off ppl are nice but please notify ppl about hidden expenses and just the membership amount and the yearly fee but actually how much everything cost. All I wanted was help to lose 60lbs but I cant afford a trainer for $8,000 a year or $865 every 2 weeks (even the other plans were so high), even a group session is $89 a month on top of what you payand all I wanted was maybe 1 or 2 sessions to show me what machines I need to use and how many reps. Your childcare facility too please let ppl know to call in advance and that your child is only allowed 1hr and no one is in at 8:15 am cause I had an appointment at 8:30 and got there and the lady told me about calling first and all (was kinda rude about it too) only wrote my kid in for 30 mins. Not only this but tell ppl when they sign up and if they need to cancel to cancel 7-10 days before their monthly fee is due because it takes 7-10 days for cancellation to go through so now Im gonna be paying $29.99 for a month I will never use plus the $10 childcare fee my son will never use!!!!! Rip off!!
I wouldnt recommend this gym to anyone! It is run down and ghetto. I wouldnt let my worst enemy use their personal trainers!
I was a member of this gym for a couple months last year and I ended up canceling my membership because I preferred Planet Fitness. A year later Experience Fitness contacts me saying they never canceled my membership and want me to pay for the past year! I advised them I canceled my membership and havent even checked into a Experience Fitness location since my cancelation, but they didnt seem to care. Besides this I was not fond of how they try to push you to get the more expensive membership and buy products they sell in house. Any other gym in the area has everything they have for less.
Great gym to workout and I like using the pool. Just too bad its always crowded
Good unless you plan on cancelling.
Excellent trainers and state of the art equipment!
Good place. Lots to do. they offer cardio bikes, treadmills, elipticals. lifting machines, free weights, an area with mats, salt water pool, sauna, multiple classes, tanning, and a kids zone. Over all it is a good place, also offers a friendly atmosphere.Cons: sometimes it takes a long time to fix things, like running faucets, or showers. also some treadmill issues is that they dont adjust the track on the treadmill so when running the belt can stop. (but only on certain ones)
Garbages always over-flowing, fan in womens bathroom is caked in dirt and dust, frequently out of cleaning supplies for machines, friend said mens bathroom floor is always sticky with dried urine, and overall dirty. Never seen workers cleaning machines....not like the one in Appleton/Menasha area at all
The Zumba instructor JENN SCHULTZ is very bad in her teaching. She had been repeating the same songs for the past 3 years. Me and few of my friends hate to go her class.
Would be a nice gym but it’s filthy! Staff was friendly and knowledgable.
Great trainers who are always there to help! Absolutely loving the Q!!!
