My wife and I really like the new club! We also had a pleasant experience with Randy. Hes very friendly and kind. However we did see something rather disturbing with the manager Adam. He was being extremely rude to Randy. Very unfriendly. If he doesnt like something that one of his employees has done. He should really take that behind the scenes. We would have gave it five stars If we didnt see such inappropriate behavior by the manager.

Adam(manager) over at the East Planet fitness is so rude and unfriendly. I watched how he treated many members. He has no customer service skills. Nor does he know how to smile. Like a cyborg communist that he is. Im sure more people will come forward about this guy. I reported this planet fitness to the BBB as well. Also I plan on making other phone calls to see if we can get a better employee that treats people with respect and kindness. This is actually the worst customer service Ive ever encountered in my entire life. Im 41 years old.

I get a good workout at Planet Fitness it is a good place to work out at I stay motivated and focused day thank you Planet Fitness for helping me to get right

My abuela and I went in to get a membership at Planet Fitness. Shes 75 years old and wants to make some healthy changes! Yay! We really liked it, the only issue we had was with Adam the manager. He wasnt very friendly and he treated my abuela with disrespect. I dont understand why when we were friendly and nice? 🤷 Hopefully we wont encounter him often.

My bad. I didnt realize they moved. Dont know why they moved and wish they had sent out a notice to its members, but glad they didnt go out of business. The new facility is decent.My original post:Signs are gone, doors locked, lights are off and parking lot is empty. Suprise! They closed down! No advance warning at all.

Great gym, wish it had a pool, but the black amenities make it great. Reccomend getting the upgrade membership, free tanning and half off drinks is fantastic. Theres more but I dont want to sound like an advertisement.

Nice staff. Clean, spacious...and I love the ammenities: red light, water table, massage chair.

The billing procedures for this company leave much to be desired because they do not want you to sign up with a credit or debit even though you are allowed to as their app will inform you there is is a problem in your billing information and the real reason when you go to the bank and call the credit company is because Planet Fitness is allegedly trying to get around the processing fees charged them by Mastercard or Visa which by asking their consumers to get them their Banks routing # and account information which the gym can never use because if your bank is really secure this attempt to bypass the system aggravates safety & hacking software at your financial institution designed to protect you and then Planet Fitness makes it your problem. The National Office no longer exists so you end up leaving.

Friendly staff. Clean equipment. Not crowded. Looking forward to new location!

This place isnt for everybody, but I am not terribly picky. Give me a clean variety of weights and machines and I am set. Honestly, I love PF. This location is no exception. At least two of every weight machine and open circuit rooms for quick access. Bravo!

Great place and very friendly staff to point you in the right direction of getting your health back on track

Like the gym and the amenities...but when are the hours going to get extended? It used to be 24 hours, and as other people have written its too crowded and the hours are constricting. The weekends are especially frustrating, only being open until 7. I dont want to freeze my account, but I would like to know where things stand on that ttimelin-with the hours being extended. Even 10pm 7 nights a week would be helpful.

Just staring to go...but nice place to work out and blow some steam.

On a positive note the facility is very clean and the staff very helpful. My concern is that the sign on the front door indicates face masks must be worn yet there’s at least 30% of the people not wearing them. Other facilities require adherence to the rule.

Been paying for a membership (black card) since the pandemic started. Haven’t been able to use it because the hours are not convenient. Because of the limited hours too many people are trying to cram in their workouts all at the same time.

Friendly, very helpful staff. Equipment not as up to date as my home Planet, but seemed well kept. Very nice experience.

Great deal for what you get and what you pay.

It was a great clean club. I had no issues until my yearly charge was due and my card was charged twice. I contacted them and provided bank statements and was told for about 3 months that I would be refunded for the extra charge. I kept contacting them that I had not received my refund and at the end of the 3rd month, they told me they are no longer going to refund me. And to contact headquarters and provided me with the email. I emailed 2 weeks ago and have not got a response yet.

Very clean, staff seemed bothered if you had a question, Its not my home gym, but overall, not to bad.

Signed up at the Green Bay location. Very happy with it so far. My only complaint is that the Sheboygan location is the first one I visited and their equipment is much nicer and newer than East side GB. Will try the west side, see if its any better. Overall, 40 year old man with a dad bod and I was very comfortable and the staff was great!

Horrible. Instead of pointing out something that offends people they Single you out and treat you like a disease. I never got a rule book. Im trying to ask someone about whats going on and no one will help me out. For a place thats supposed to judgment free youre doing a horrible job and making my ocd, anxiety, depression and low self esteem worse. Green Bay East

Excellent place to work out. Plenty of well maintained equipment to use. The staff is very friendly and are diligent regarding cleanliness which is so important in the time we live in.

I had to wait at the front desk for at least 5 minutes for an employee to come assist me. I was trying to sign up, and watched many people walk in and scan or just walk in. Many people suggested to me its not worth waiting but I wanted to legitimately sign up.Employee was extremely unknowledgable, confused, and not able to explain pricing. It was a lot of confused stuttering and employee was able to give me very little information. All I was asking was general questions about contract and payment. Process was long and unsatisfactory. I plan to cancel after 1 month due to the operations unless things greatly improve.I took my receipt just to get the employees name, it says Caitlin but this was a darker skinned male in the 20s. 7/24/2020 5:15pm.

Pay for 24-Hour membership thats only open from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. outside my available hours. Well have to cancel membership and take to running down the roads and trx system

Today (Sunday, 05/17) was the first time since mid-March that this gym showed to be open. I just drove past it a few minutes ago, and it is still closed due to the covid-19 pandemic. I highly suggest that the hours be changed back to what they were, showing it as temporarily closed. I am not certain how this gyms normal operating hours were reinstated here, however, this schedule is not accurate. Planet Fitness on the east side is still closed.

They have a good variety of equipment and lots of dumbbells if you dont like the smith machine bench press thing.

All the equipment you expect at a PF gym, well kept. Nicer locker room & showers than most (hairdryers & a scale). As with all PFs, cant beat the price.

Usually very good but today the soap in the shower was empty.

The east side location got new management a while ago and it has greatly improved since then. It is now much cleaner than before and the employees arent just standing around talking to each other. They offer classes but not the typical ones you would expect and I love the use of the massage chairs to help my old back after a workout. The only thing that I really miss is a track.

The building is nice. Dont get a membership unless you really intend to go. I got stuck paying for almost a year of the black membership and never went a single time after my friends backed out. Cancelling is a nightmare they force you to go into the building instead of just letting you cancel online or over the phone like the website says you can.

The staff is usually friendly, except one of the assistant managers. i forgot his name, but he is a big tall white guy thats bald. the locker room is kind of gross and dirty. the tanning beds work well though. they just really should learn to clean the locker rooms better though.

PF is great for price. Easy to use machines and large space. Most staff members are super crabby for whatever reason so don’t bother asking for anything.

Always equipment available when I go which is nice. That and the price make it a worthwhile exercise place. I stay away from the busy nights. Happy with it.

Seems these girls forget to set tan beds accordingly. I had this happen 3x Im in the bed. Or booth have to call counter. Then my time is shorten! 9 min to 6. 15 min to 10 min. Not happened on West side only East. Customer service skills needed!

I,ve been with this Planet Fitness for 4 years, I prefer the morning hours when its a little less busy. Although they rotate through staff, they have always been friendly and helpful. The equipment is well maintained and upgraded as needed. Recently all the cardio equipment has been upgraded. Its a lot more relaxed than some of the testosterone filled gyms Ive belonged to in the past. A good place for a relaxed atmosphere workout at a very fair membership fee.

I am an old out of shape fat guy who never feels out of place just trying to not go backwards any further. I am a black card member and use the massage beds and go to other facilities around the country as I drive my tractor trailer

The monthly membership is very reasonable and the annual fee isnt bad. New elliptical machines and treadmills, each with its own TV. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly. We usually have no trouble finding an open machine.

Very nice cardio machines! Very clean everywhere, especially the womens locker room. Easy parking . Sidewalk could be shoveled more frequently. Too many televisions everywhere since I dont really like tv be t many other guests do

20$ for a day pass... for a very basic gym thats 22 a month... what a rip off. Heads up guys Titletown down the street has way more to offer and a day pass is only 10 bucks! If youre reading this, youre welcome.

Currently standing at the desk where my membership was just getting started. The lady helping me then answered a phone call to the gym and helped them with account issues for 10 minutes. I guess there is no order of operations. Phone calls are prioritized I guess.

I love being able to use the tanning beds and massage beds!! I was able to have a friend join me for many visits and that was helpful for me coming and working out!

I go to planet a couple times a week, usually to tan . East side location. The floors are usually always dirty and I rewash the bed every time because I can still see a lotion film on it. One of the stand up beds has a door that is about to fall off. I look a video of me trying to open and close it.. its cutting in to the floor of the stand up bed. Overall could be cleaner.

I love planet fitness. Helpful in achieving my goals.

Great workout great environment to workout in

Staff is constantly giving maintenance to equipment, but they never have a smile on their face. Thats how most people are in northern Wisconsin, so it didnt surprised me.

I got a free membership from Medicare and I look forward to working with the trainer and setting up a routine workout thats something I can stick with.
