Within less than 45 minutes the crew arrived and was professional, kind, and cleaned up the mess and talked me through the entire process. I was so thankful for their service!! Was refered to Servpro through our home owners insurance after our basement flooded. They took care of everything from the cleanup, testing for mold, destruction of damaged walls and carpet, to renovations. They helped restore new carpet, drywall, and painting. And are helping replace vantities that were damaged in our bathroom within out allotted budget. They are easy to communicate with via text, telephone, or email, and always happy to answer questions.

This is the second time we’ve had an issue with our water heater leaking and getting water all over our finished basement. This time around was just as good as the first time. Very professional people-kind, courteous, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Even when we had an issue with our insurance company, they were understanding and patient and said they would work with and around with whatever the insurance company decided. We ended up not filing a claim with insurance and they did an outstanding job...again. I would not hesitate to use ServPro again-it’s just like their slogan. “It’s like it never happened”. 100% true!!

Our sump pump was not able to keep up and we had flooding in our basement, we are so happy with the timely and personalized service. This was the second time we used this service, last time a pipe let loose and flooded the wooden floors and leaked through to our basement it was on Easter weekend and they were here promptly and took care of everything!

I attended a class for continuing education through Servpro. The class was very affordable and the lunch was good. For 10 bucks you cant go wrong. I recommend watching the website to see when they offer these classes.

Had a dehumidifier start on fire in our basement and called servpro the day it happened which was on a Sunday morning and within 30 minutes I received a call back to set up a walk through for the following morning Monday with Beki, from that point after the walk through my wife and I felt comfortable with Beki and her team to handle all of our personal items. Great communication and great service! I would highly recommend them and want to give a big thanks to Beki and to Angel for all that they have done with our whole life! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK ON YOUR HOME. THEY WILL SOAK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. ESPECIALLY IF THEY KNOW YOUR INSURANCE IS INVOLVED. ALSO DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO ANY OF THE FINISH WORK WHEN PUTTING YOUR HOME BACK TO NORMAL. MY 10 YEAR OLD SON COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB WITH PAINTING AND TRIM WORK. LACK OF COMMUINCATION IS A HUGE ISSUE WITH THIS BUSINESS. THEIR EXCUSE WAS ALWAYS THAT THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF!!!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. AND AS FAR AS THE ANSWER FROM THE OWNER WE OBVIOUSELY HAVE DIFFERNT VIEWS AS TO WHAT IS SUFFICIANT. AND I BELIEVE YOU OFFERED TO COMPENSATE OR REDUCE THE PRICE BY $250 FOR ALL THE TROUBLES IN WHICH WE NEVER SAW? AGAIN ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE POOR SERVICE THAT IS OFFERED

We needed some mold removed from our attic that was found during a home inspection. The buyers realtor came in with a mold specialist and I called SERVPRO. The difference in the two quotes was amazing, SERVPRO provided details of what they were doing and what products they were using. Luke Swagel was our project manager. He was easy to get a hold of and very knowledgeable. From start to finish he was great to work with. They have a real person that answers the phone! Beki DeMoulin is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. The servicemen on the job were very professional, which can be hard to find. We got in the schedule right away and the job was done quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Would love to offer zero stars. Dispite the month and a half wait to have servpro fix a pipe issue in my apartment I have yet to have it fixed. After 3 weeks I have half of my ceiling removed in my kitchen. Whenever I try to get in contact I am told they have emergencies to deal with. Every day over a month and a half? Come on now..I have gotten the run around d so many times when I call. Ive had appointments cancelled, calls for scheduling not returned, and told my issue is at the bottom of the list. How is this a good way to run a business?
