My father-in-law passed away and while cleaning out the house we discovered mold throughout the house. The worst was in the basement. The estimate we received was spot on. On August 27th, 2021, we were hit with rain going sideways and we realized the next night at 9 pm that our basement was flooded. We called around and all the restoration companies were booked out due to the storm until Tuesday. Mike from CCS called me back and although they were backed up until Thursday, he took a lot of time over the phone and texts to help me through the steps to save our bar, wood work, and floor boards, etc. in the basement. He was stellar, and great to work with and I would highly recommend CCS with people like Mike working there!

We recently had a flood at our house. We called Jamie up and he was able to come out quickly with fans and a crew. We ended up having to scrap the whole kitchen after water ran for hours. He did all the back and forth with the insurance company for us. He was able to get the insurance company to cover the full cost of the repair, which included floors and cabinets. He contracted with local companies that provided quality work (Becks Quality Cabinets and Koehler Flooring). We could not be happier.

You cannot go wrong with CCS. They are wonderful to work with. I did not realize that I was dealing with a General Contractor. I was selling my house and had a few updates with the inspection to correct. I got in touch with CCS and Jaime was there lickety split to help. He treated me like a family member and gave me good sound advice. I contacted other people, but they did not come close to his honesty and professionalism.I went with the best in my book I was given a fair price and recommend them. They are hard workers and take total pride in their work. I did not realize that he had all these connections with electricians and plumbers, etc. Mike is another super guy to work with- He was answering phone calls, emails, text messages to all my demands and yet he stayed calm, cool as a cucumber and made me feel like everything will be fine. Jason and Chris came and did a demo and mold bio wash in our basement. They worked really hard, were very courteous, and did a very thorough job. The clean up went well, and we were very satisfied. From the start, to the finish, Mike, Jason, and Chris were professional and honest. If you hire them you wont be disappointed. I give them 5 stars, wish I could give them more.

Found CCS on Angies list. Received a call quickly and even on a weekend :). Jamie came over soon after and evaluated the situation. He explained possible approaches to treat a problem of musty smell in a bedroom. He employee then came the following day, sprayed and fogged the room. Very professional and thorough. Jamie called several days later to check and see if the smell was gone. He also came up with a plan if this step did not work. Made me feel comfortable to reach out to him if the future.

I moved into my home in April and by June I had a basement with incredible water damage from all the rain and flooding in spring. I contacted CCS and Jamie came to my house. He did a very thorough walk through of the both the basement where the damage occurred, and around the outside of the house, telling me what I could do to protect my house in the future. Once the damage was assessed, we came up with a game plan to fix the problem. Jamie was very willing to work with my insurance to get the most money for my problem and he was very easy to contact, coming out on the weekend to check the progress and fans, etc. I worked with both Jamie and his helper Mike. They were both very nice, trustworthy, and honest; told me what I did and didnt need as well as dehumidifier advice and such. Very accommodating to your schedule and easy to get a hold of!

After listening to 5 mold remediation sales people and comparing all my notes & pricing, hands down I chose to go with Mike from CCS to treat my attic mold that was discovered during my home inspection. Mike spent the most time answering all my questions without getting annoyed with me. He knew my daughter & grandchildren would be moving in soon and I wanted to be assured the mold would be taken care of. The work was done 3 business days later and I am relieved to see the mold is all gone. With Mikes suggestions, we now have a better air flow system up there to avoid this situation going forward! Im always suspicious about online ratings, but they had over 25 reviews and most of them were good, so we gave them a try. This definitely was a good decision on our part. Jamie and Mike came the next day and helped us solve the problem - not by pitching a costly action, but by discussing with us a sensible solution that actually worked. My wife and I really appreciated their help so we hired them to do a couple of additional tasks, including gutter cleaning and mold prevention. They were great, providing quality work and charging us a fair price. Well definitely call them again if we need help with a tough household project. These people were friendly, knowledgeable, and effective. Highly recommended.

CCS came out to our new new home for mold treatment in the basement. They were responsive, polite and helpful. They came out to treat our home the day after our home advisor request. The product they used seemed to work. They also helped counsel us on how to keep the mold from coming back. We have not had any regrowth after about three weeks. We had an environmentalist come out to evaluate our home after the treatment to find the treatment was effective. Price was fair and we didn’t have to wait!

We had to use them for the sale of our house, per the sale, the box sills needed to be cleaned, sprayed and then new insulation put back up. They were very easy to work with and flexible for scheduling especially because of the time sensitivity. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone needing this service.

CCS fixed the mold issues in my crawlspace after this wet summer in Wisconsin. They do excellent work, and are very professional, punctual, and courteous. Mike and his team go above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend them for any work that you may need!Update - In addition, I had issues with a brand new commercial grade dehumidifier I had purchased, and had to send it back for repair. Mike went out of his way to let me borrow one of his dehumidifiers to keep my crawlspace dry while mine was being repaired. Excellent customer service!!

Jamie and his staff are fantastic to work with. Unfortunately for us, we have had to use their services twice in the last year and both times they exceeded expectations. The most recent experience involved a sump pump that died and led to a flooded basement over 4th of July weekend. Jamie was able to coordinate getting the sump pump replaced on the same day we called and started the drying out process. Besides just being nice people, they are professional and do fantastic work. CCS Property Services helped us with an odor problem at our house. We always had a stale smell from our basement. We spoke with the owner of CCS who shared with us a new product that they have been working with for odor elimination and sanitization. We decided to try it and it worked wonderfully. Our sump pump broke during the night. I woke up to a flooded basement. After calling several restoration places, CCS was the only one who took an immediate response! I called CCS Property Services about a mold problem that I was concerned about. They quickly arranged to send their guy out who inspected the areas I was worried about. After having mold damage in our basement from water, they came out for a free estimate. They winterized and changed the door locks at my property. They threw all the old door locks on the floor and didnt clean up area. Came back to my property this spring and never blew out boiler lines and had several broken pipes and wouldnt back there work because they said it was going into for closure.
