Absolutely amazing!! I haven’t gone to a salon since a bad experience 5 years ago and for my first time back just wanted something simple; layers, even it up, and some thinning. Lexi did an amazing job. Sociable, funny, all while doing exactly what I asked and informing me along the way. 10/10 experience and I will absolutely be returning!

Very quick service for walk-in appointment. Did a nice job of both my and husbands cut and my braid. Are a bit on expensive side - basic haircut for husband with tip was over $20. Would like to see some coupons or senior citizen specials.

Online booking made everything so convenient to schedule 2 separate but together hair appts for my daughters. They understood what I expected and respected me all while letting my girls have the haircut of their dreams. Kids called it a mullet, they call it a bob with style. Thanks for bringing out the beauty in my teens!

Came in with my 5 year old granddaughter who had tried to gove herself a haircut. The stylist was super and took her cut up sodes and turned her hair mess into an adorable little stylish bob. Thank you so much for being so patient with my little diva...she loves the haircut and promises to ask when she wants her haircut from now on! :)

I like this place for their affordable and professional haircuts. They are taking good precautions and have a friendly staff. They cut my hair very quickly, efficiently, and in a manner that I liked.

My boyfriend got a perm & cut here, two separate occasions . His perm did not look like a perm even, it looked as if he’s been bleaching his hair for years when he had virgin hair before this . No curl, just fried hair. When he went to get his hair cut, he asked for the top to be left alone and a fade on the sides . The woman gave him a buzz cut. This was about a year ago and to this day he is insecure without a hat due to how his hair looks (he hasn’t done anything to his hair since). Do not go here .

They got me in quickly, price was on par with other hair places, hair stylist was friendly. But I did notice until later my hair cut was slightly off center. Might have been the way I held my head, minor issue overall. I will go back.

Went there the other day and I had a woman with red hair and glasses cut my hair (totally forgot to catch her name). She did an excellent job and was very easy going and personable! Will definitely be calling to get her name so I can see her again! Thank you!

I go here for tanning. They offer different packages at amazing prices. Have to original tanning beds not the new fancy ones. Beds are kept clean and build changed regularly.

The staff at this location has always been kind and courteous to me. I have never received what one might call a bad haircut. For all who are bringing in pictures for the women to try to mold you in to, I hope you realize they can only change your hair. I do not like getting my haircut, but going here is a delight and I recommend that if time is of the essence, call before you go and put your name on the wait list.Thanks to the Green Bay, East Mason staff. When we walked in, the store was empty and stylists treated us as if we were inconveniencing them. Stylist did a quick careless job on my sons hair. It seemed like she goes quick because kids are typically rowdy when getting their hair cut but my son sat there quietly, he did a great job. The quick job resulted in a more narrow patch of hair on top than requested and made his head look like an egg. This is where I usually go to get my sons hair cut but we will be going elsewhere from now on.

Nothing but unpleasant experiences here! I arrived at 7:40pm to tan for 20 mins. I was told I could only go for 15 min, because they were outta here in 20. To think that I have a tanning package with them, and they cant handle staying 1 minute late to wipe the bed when Im finished, was a slap in the face. On top of that, they only allow you 3 minutes to get ready before tanning. Personally, it takes me longer than that to get undressed and apply lotion. When I kindly asked for an additional 2 minutes to get ready, the woman at the front desk rudely stated, We dont do that here. My customer experience wasnt a pleasant one. Id recommend paying more elsewhere for a better customer experience.

Ive gotten a couple bad experiences there in the past with the way my hair was cut. I decided to go there again today just because it was the closest and I havent been there in a year or 2. The stylist was very nice but the cut was horrible. I didnt noticed how bad it was until I got home and really looked at it. I will not go there ever again and will be cautioning everyone I know to not go there.

Ive been using this place for many years. They do good job of my hair consistently. The staff is very nice. Over the years Ive seen stylists come and go, but service has never suffered.

For a quick cut at the right price this place cant be beat. The ladies that work here are the nicest to me and my son who have been coming here for over 10 years.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was told by many people not to go there. .I did not listen and now I VERY MUCH regret that decision. I went for a simple hair cut, a split end trim for my completely straight hair. She cut twice as much as I told her because she couldnt get it even. They hire ANYBODY. DO NOT GO HERE! IF U LIKE YOUR HAIR-EYEBROWS, DO NOT GO HERE!

I have been coming to Cost Cutters for years. They are always friendly and do a great job! The wait time (if any) is reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I dont remember the name of my stylist, but I liked her. She sold me some leave in conditioner which she insisted wouldnt make my hair look greasy but it does. I just wanted two inches of hair cut, nothing fancy so she did a good job. I wouldnt come to this place for any more than that, honestly Id pay a little more and get it done somewhere else.

Walked in with MANY pictures of the look I wanted. I would have been fine with any one of them as they all looked almost the same, with little differences. Im not too picky and Ill go with whatever my hair can do. My hair was long, about 3-4 inches till my waist can be reached. The first person seemed to not have as much knowledge and did not give me any advice. She cut my hair and kept the length I wanted in front and was unsure on how to go about my A-line bob that I had wanted so passed me over to a more experience worker. The second person seemed to know what she was doing and was cutting so confidently with no questions. She did not address my concerns either when I brought them up (neither did the first person, but she asked more questions, which was nice). She just told me to not worry about it. When she was done, the length I wanted kept in front was so much more shorter (I didnt know because she brought it back as part of the layering, Im guessing, AND she also told me she was going to keep the length). It may have been a miscommunication but she clearly saw the pictures as well, but I did not know that she was finished when she was finished until she asked if there was anything else she can do for me (because of how UNLIKE-the-picture(s) it looked). I was confused. I asked to look at the back and it was just a straight cut -- A-line bob that gradually got longer as it got to the front or anything like that. I was so disappointed, but still tipped her and left. It was late and they had spent a lot of time on me already and who knows what they would do (intentionally) if I said anything more about what I wanted. I am very unhappy as she wasnt talking and I did not get my desired look which looks pretty easy to do. She said shed done it so many times before. I will not be returning and do not recommend the place. Planning to go get it fixed today. (This just happened 6 days ago.) Ill be nice and give them two stars for their time, although Im aching to give them just one.

Walk ins not welcome. 3rd time here and each time wait is over 25 minutes. Tried Tues Wed and Thurs. All days are understaffed. If you are a guy looking for a quick cut, look elsewhere.

The customer service was good but after coming home and looking in the mirror, I realized I had just been given the worst hair cut of my life. The layering job done on my hair is embarrassingly chunky, inconsistent, and overall terrible. I came here to save money but now have to schedule a second appointment somewhere else just to fix what was done. I am never one to write reviews, good or bad, but felt the need to to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction with the haircut I received today.

This was the worst experience at salon in a very long time. I got a wash and dry and also a wax. I left with dirty and wet hair, and not to mention wax all over my face. I had a great experience the first time, this time was sub par. Terrible.

First off, the ONLY reason I gave this place even one star is because it has other stylists there. I cant speak from experience with them but I can speak from experience when it comes to Erin, Im not going to call her a stylist because I dont beleive she has earned the status.. She cut my sons 1.5 year old sons hair, for his first haircut & distroyed his beautiful hair. She did an absolutely horrible job, cut the front of his hair right to the top of his hair line, it sticks straight up because its so short & everything else was all over choppy, she then has the balls to try & cover it up by getting it wet & putting product in it. I wouldnt pay her $1 to cut my own hair, & most definitely wouldnt have her as a stylist in my shop.

I would never go their again, the lady cut my hair and she only took maybe 5.mins. She also lied to me and said i had to long hairs. And when i got to my car i could look in the reflection in the window of my car and i could see many long hairs, and she also lined me up and didnt ever get all the hair on my neck. So when i got home i had to finish the job myself. Thats the whols reason why i paid a barbor to cut my hair, so i wouldnt have to. Anyways just dont go please.?

They were cheap & conveniently located near me, however the can never seem to line the back of my sons hair correctly & they never seem to clean up the back of his hair like the little extra hair on the back of the neck below the hairline

Okay haircuts, but you need to go on Tuesdays to get a decent price. And then, you have to put your name on a waiting list, might be half an hour or more before you get into a chair.

Okay, so this lady messed up my hair bad. Left huge spots not cut on the back of my head and sides, as well as the top not being even. Made me look awful, would never recommend anyone to go to this place. It is a God awful establishment, with at least one not qualified person there.
