The owners of this u-haul dealership is awesome!! They went the extra mile setting up our account and accommodating our needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible service. ZERO STARS Do not use them. Pick up on a Sunday and should have been sent a code to get a key to the truck. No code sent. Gary the area contact guy wouldn’t answer his phone and I had a two hour delay getting a different U-Haul place to help me. Called to let them know on Monday AM and the guy answering was a complete jagaloon. Said “not our fault” and couldn’t care less to make it right. Said everyone needs a day off. Well if that’s the case don’t offer trucks on the day you need off bud!! You need some Customer service skill you clown GO to Sterling Hasting & Sterling LLC 1527 2nd Ave Greeley. They actually care and gave me a discount for the pathetic service this place gave me.

Go somewhere else, this is NOT the U-Haul rental place you are looking for. Move along!

Had no issues. All I had to do was follow the rules of covid. I have used this place for all of the times I have moved over the last ten years(4 times) and only have felt that they are straight forward and no bullers.

The lady that works at this facility is extremely rude and overbearing. I will NEVER and I do mean NEVER give this place my business again.They have a system to be able to check your own rental truck in after hours...whuch I have never encountered before. I could not get it to work correctly on my phone. The message it gave me was to contact the dealership that I got my rental from so that I would not be charged anything extra. I did exactly as it said and she would not help me. She continued to tell me it was my fault due to the fact I was on the phone at the end of our transaction. She stated there are numbers all over her front door explaing what to do if the check in process does not work. But the message it gives you on your phone tells you to do something entirely different. I was cgarged extra money for something that did not work and was improoerly informed on. I want by the message on my phone and not the message on her door.Anyone with anytype of decency would have cirrected this but instead she blames me and then called me a liar. I will be taking this all the way to the top. I refuse to be treated with this much disrespect.

They made sure the trailer was hooked up correctly. Most uhaul places just point out the trailer and leave.

Very easy, convenient and straight forward. I reserved online and dropped off after hours using the website and key drop off box. The woman who runs this location is very kind, honest and open. My only complaint is the small size of the parking lot but it all works out in the end.

Respectfully, we will not be back to this site for future U-Haul rental. We have had greater service at other U Haul locations over the years. Wish them well....

I’ve read some reviews to make sure she isn’t having a bad day???? .. nope, she’s just mean and nasty person...I really hope you all read other reviews.. she’s mean to grandmas and threatens you, a thief???When your already in a stressful time of moving..Be careful if you have to with these people!Happy moving!

I reserved a truck from this facility several days before pickup on Saturday. The facility closes at 2 PM and my movers werent available until 2:30 so I went to the office at 1 pm and paid for the truck. I was told to carefully inspect the truck upon return as I would be charged for any damages. Around 3 PM my mover and I went to pick up the truck. Thankfully, he was very thorough and before we left the parking lot he inspected the truck and found it had a tailpipe that was literally laying on the ground. I contacted Uhaul customer service, after 45 minutes I was told I could get another truck but they couldnt tell me how long it would take as the office was closed. In the meantime, I am paying an hourly fee to my mover--for not moving anything. I declined the offer of the larger truck as my mover only had a 5 hour window and we were already in for almost 2 hours.I wouldnt be as upset if the store owner had just called and apologized, but crickets--nothing at all. I waited until Wednesday following this incident to file a negative review. I would recommend looking for a more customer service oriented store before using this store.If this truck had even a cursory inspection the tailpipe would have been discovered. And if my mover hadnt been diligent I would have been charged!There are other Uhaul companies in town, check them out!

Wow! What an awful experience. I called to ask a couple of quick questions, showed up to rent the trailer, and was told something to the effect of Youre the one who hung up on my husband. Youre lucky were renting this to you. I should have walked out then because I knew it was going down hill quickly. I even asked the lady if I should go to a different dealership because I didnt want them upset. She was really nice and was actually helpful. It was going fine until her husband got involved. He started cursing at us while hooking up the trailer. We left with a refund and no trailer, which was a good thing. If youre need a trailer, dont go to this dealer. They really suck. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Although they didnt have the largest truck available, that I reserved, they were willing to give me 2 of the size smaller to make up for it. I was driving alone, so that wouldnt work for me, but they still tried to make it up to me by giving me more than the 35 mile limit, in case I needed to make another trip. My one-way move was going to be 32 miles, so I accepted the extra mileage (+100 miles), just in case Id have to make a second round -trip, as well as giving padding so I could gas up without worrying when returning the truck. Really great service! If they hadnt offered those alternatives, I probably would have gone to another Uhaul or another moving service. They really worked to keep the business, and even had the truck pulled up and ready to be driven away, as soon as I got there. Thanks Uhaul!

Best place to ship your packages because it is also a UPS store and the owners are awesome people.

Just rented a moving truck from them and had a fine experience. They were nice and easy to work with. The facility is not kept up well, but I got the truck without any problems.

Went to the Shippers Supply for UPS .. love these people!! Very, very helpful and knowledgeable!! Wont go anywhere else with my packages!!

Best u haul around. Very professional and genuinely friendly. I was going to stop using uhaul due to several locations not having a clue. This location brought me back.

The location is very dirty and the old couple running it sound like they are on the verge of divorce or suicide, it was depressing, dirty and unhealthy. My son found a dead mouse in one of their display boxes which was smelling and had clearly been there for days and when I backed my truck up to the trailer (I was within 5 inches) the old man wanted to keep guiding me in. Its a 4x8 trailer that was so easy to move to the ball... anyway they both had a terrible attitude and I think they need to hire some positive employees or shut it down and retire as its just not working.

My experience with this business was a total fail from start to finish! I called to reserve a uhaul pickup. The man who answered the phone said he could not open uhaul software on his computer to complete the reservation. He was cussing over the phone as he tried several times, finally saying he’d call me back. He called back and completed the reservation. The day I went to pick it up the woman could not process the information on the computer after trying for 20 minutes, finally just gave up, offering no solution. A customer waiting said the same thing happened to him. Ended up going across the street to Home Depot and rented a pick up truck on the spot within 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time here!

They were very nice to us when we rented a trailer. They helped locate our fuses for the trailer because the trailer lights werent working. When we found that the trailer wouldnt work for us, they apologized.

These folks were so very helpful and nice, I had to rent a trailer to haul a lawnmower and they walked me through everything and made it so easy!!!!!!! I’m a customer for life!!!!

I tried this location twice, once to rent a truck and another to return a trailer from out of state. Both experiences were terrible, both husband and wife who run this business are extremely rude! On both occasions I ended up using other locations in the surrounding area, I just wanted to give them another shot because they are so close to home. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ruth was extremely rude to my grandmother and threatened to cancel the reservation twice over insurance on the van, and also when the van delivered was still dirty from the last user and pictures were taken. Overall very rude and extremely disorganized. This place does NOT deserve your business, and if i could rate lower than one star, i would.

Literally go to all the other Uhaul places before you come here. They have STUPID standards other placed dont. Waste of my time

Horrible service, the re very rude and you have to hitch and unhitch your trailer by yourself, plus there all behind other trailers. they will make you late and when you return 5 minutes over your check in time they try and get you to pay 2 days. ive rented here at least 9 times and they dont even remember me

Kinda hard to see at night and not up kept very well on the outside.

Very terrible customer service. They charged me $75 for a one day rental and then charged my card ANOTHER $45 two days after I had returned it. Do not give your business to these people!

This U haul was extremely rude and had no idea what they were talking about. I had called to reserve a motorcycle trailer and they knew nothing about the trailer yet they said they had one available. I asked if they could send me a photo of the trailer so I knew if it would work or not, but they said they wouldnt. Overall it was a horrible experience and the customer service was the worst I have ever seen.
