When a towing company is pulling into peoples drive ways and tries to tow cars for touching rocks! Find a better way to earn a living. I cannot believe that not only any business would feel okay by this behavior let alone a Community would hire such a service.

This company is a joke. Rude, unprofessional and a complete rip off. They will take any opportunity possible to tow a vehicle for profits. And please, Mr business man, reply to this comment and say it’s fake, or you don’t know me. Go ahead and rant at the very people that pay your bills LOL. It actually shows how much of a sham this business is, and how unprofessionally run it is. Did the “hoa” say so? A How about you have some sympathy and stop scamming people for money during a pandemic. Hood up on car we were not working on it . We were checking oil and trying to figure out something’s so we would know what was done. No tools were out. Just good up. The headlights were out as needed to figure out why they were not working. They were in my house. But wasn’t doing oil change or brake work. These people have been harassing us for the past week. Leave us allow we can do this I asked the office. They don’t want oil changes transmission stuff brakes. Etc. you can check your fluids and change out headlight bulbs touch my car or come on my property again I will charge you

LOWEST rated tow company on Google in the area for VERY good reason. Look for another one, trust the reviews. Very shady business practices, these guys.

I just had my car towed right from my drive way for expired plates. Normally I would think it’s fair but my car was backed it so no way they could see it and if it was expired. Then a couple months before this I had asked them if they could tow a vehicle from my lot space because it wasn’t going anywhere and had expired tags. (Again they there was no way for them to tell) At that time they told me no because they had no way of telling if they were expired and needed the lot managers to tag it. Later was told by by the lot managers that they couldn’t tag it because of it being reversed. So for my most recent vehicle that was towed same situation and apparently different story. Even asked for paperwork showing that The lot managers asked for it to be picked up. Was show nothing. They definitely did me dirty.The people were also exceptionally rude and made me wait an extra day because I asked for a simple explanation on there pricing.

Normally you would think a person would not have an enjoyable experience after having their vehicle towed but the guys at Busy Bee made an unfavorable situation not so bad. Theyre professional, courteous and fair. I highly recommend them and will b using them if I ever need a tow truck in the future.

I did not end up using busy bee. I will say this. The gentleman who took my call was exceptionally helpful and extremely polite. 👍

I’ve never wrote a review but this owners responses to one stars has got me rolling on the floor laughing. He straight up shuts them down and absolutely pillages these sad angry people with facts. Good stuff! Also good friendly company.

I did a review this last week and it’s not showing. My 16 year had a parking permit and there was no where else to park and on they invoice they lied and said “by management request “ . I confirmed that was one more lie of Busy Bee! Now after almost $500 and the denial that we called over 10 times (they have no phone records of our missed calls) they DID NOT have permission from management! Now after looking at all the other 1 star reviews and the owner ridiculing each and every one, by belittling them and actually encouraging one STAR review just shows they are doing their job, I fully expect the same. I would be happy to show both mine, my son”s and my son”s fathers attempts to call. They were completely unavailable to get ahold of over the weekend. I hope your company can look yourselves in the mirror and call yourself honest and ethical during such a time of financial distress for many and shame on you for charging 33% of what my son worked so hard to pay for for his first car and right before Christmas to top. Thanks you Busy Bee we will have no Christmas Tree this year. Frauds and they are proud of it which is the worst part. I do hope the owners of the apartments terminate their contract with Busy Bee as this has been passed to them now. There are good and fair and ethical towing companies out there, and hopefully with enough honest reviews, they will show remorse for taking pride in their lying and highway robbery!

This company is straight up ratchet I recently bought a vehicle the day after they put a sticker saying I had 24 hours to get plates or they were going to tow it mind you I had only owned the vehicle 12-18 hours by this time I tried to explain this and the guy I was on the phone with told me well it’s your problem you’ll either get plates on it by tomorrow or we will be there to tow it like for real people have jobs this happened on a Wednesday they were going to tow it Thursday even though I had told them I had an appointment for Friday and had set time off of work for Friday the staff isn’t professional there rude and honestly there trying to get rich off of peoples inconveniences

They were courteous and answered all questions and concerns worked with me under difficult times. Would reccomend them in the future.

INCREDABLY difficult to get ahold of this morning, after towing my vehicle last night (which was not illegally parked in any manner, nor was it impeding traffic aka it was within the lines of a parking space on private property). I called back to back to back for about 2 hours, I called Greeley PD who was also unable to get them to answer. When I finally got ahold of them I spoke with Robert who I questioned as to why the vehicle was towed from my apartment complex. without being able to provide a legitimate reason he simply asked if I wanted the vehicle back or not. However upon arriving at their office the female working was very polite, professional and willing to answer all of my questions. While I believe the owners are honest hard working people I believe their drivers are absolutely doing whatever it takes to make money at the expense of innocent people during their “down time” between calls. They had my vehicle less than 12 hours and it cost me $314 to get it back. Also they stated the reason for the tow as “management requested” as I parked my truck after 11pm on Saturday night and none of our apartments management lives on site, our manager NEVER contacted them

I called three tow companies to tow a week old abandoned vehicle on private property. No one wanted to do it. One guy said he was over a week out and to call him back later to remind him. I called these guys after reading their hilarious reviews and they said they would be there in 10 min. They actually beat me to the property and were waiting on me for a change. They had the car loaded and gone within 20min of me calling them. I think I found my new tow company!!!!!!!(exclamations for more effect). I look forward to working with them in the future.

Great place they are so friendly and respectful and fast at showing up.

They claimed to have towed my car and had it on their storage lot back in March. Today is Sept 2. I still have the car. They never towed it. They wrote down the wrong license plate. I called them immediately. They said that they must have written down the wrong license plate. Several months later, it went to collections. Ive written a letter disputing the claim and they never respond. BTW, when I called to point out their error, they were extremely rude and unprofessional.

As a property manager, I give them 5 Stars! They are prompt, thorough and professional with my staff. They take photos of the vehicle before it is taken off the property to ensure its the correct vehicle and verify and damages the vehicle already had. We are in Longmont but the drive to Greeley is a big deterrent for people. Only once was there an error and Busy-Bee was on top of it and had the upmost respect while dealing with the resident. Unfortunately, the business of towing is not one where people are happy with you when they did something wrong. You get major kudos when you tow a stalled vehicle or help someone out, though!

If I could give no star I would. I used the Uhaul side and returned a car trailer. I was a foot away from the gate and they charged me $20 extra for a convenience fee. I picked up the trailer in Aurora and drove to Greeley and I honestly feel that I was charged because they did not receive any money when I rented the trailer. Horrible people and they are joke!

Ive been there twice now. Once for my car and the other for my girlfriends. Both under her name. The owners are from Denmark, one is a rather nice guy. Only reason I gave two stars is because I was told the price was set by the city if picked up in a public area. But it was from my apartment complex a private property not public.I dont think there is set prices just a max you cant go over.

These guys have towed my truck TWO time’s in 25 days out of my assigned parking spot.They are nothing more than extortionists and thieves.

I had a much better experience when this place was called Commander Towing, now I feel that the operators of this business are looking for every way they can steal from you, from the time they pickup the phone until the time that you pay for services. I wish I could give a negative star rating. Good luck to anyone who does business with these folks.

Horrible rip offs

We bought a car from them n it wasnt near in working condition. Yes it started yes it sounded good but they didnt tell us it had a turbo that Didnt belong in the car. Whats more they took advantage of the fact that it was only girls that went to see the car. But I do believe in karma.

Twice I’ve called Busy Bee and they were there so fast to give me back my spot I pay for within my rent! Thanks guys!

BusyBee is fast and efficient. Had 2 abandoned cars left on our property for over a month and couldnt find a tow company to tow them away then these guys were recommended by the Greeley police. These guys were here in 30 minutes and my problem was solved. Will use again!

Showed up to my complex and was eyeing my car to tow over expired tags (they expired during the shut down and my appointment with the county is in two weeks.) The truck being used DOES NOT have plates that are legally displayed and NO D.O.T. sticker, but youre eyeballing my car?

On a follow up note about a previous post where it was stated that your vehicle did not have license plates, please see attached pictures. Just an FYI I am a resident at the complex where the incident took place and I actually have video and multiple pictures that totally refutes your claims. Busy Bee is great! Somebody was parked in a spot I am paying for and when I called the dispatch they were super kind and understanding on the phone and made it a quick and easy process.

Busybees Towing is who you call when you need a tow there services are fast friendly and at most very professional my truck had left me stranded late at night and Busy-bees towing was there for me they were onsite Very fast to help me get my truck back home which was loaded with my work tools and to top it all off they were very reasonably priced. Horrible service!!!! Had a situation just happen with someones HOME (motor home) that was being towed!! Person doing the towing refused to drop the motor home even with money being offered to pay the fee to drop the vehicle! No heart in these people whatsoever! Do not recommend for anyone!!

Although I was initially upset my car had been towed, I had such a great experience with Command Towing. I called last night and this morning to ensure my car was there. Rob was extremely pleasant and educated me on how their rates are mandated. I showed up and was treated with excellent customer service from the lady at the front desk, Rob (the boss), and the gentleman in the yard. It was a crazy time to rent a truck college town end of month and graduation so super busy. The folks at commander we efficient and super friendly even when it was crazy busy. Will rent from them again.

This place is outstanding love it!

After paying the fees to retrieve our car, the employees at busy bee told my wife she had to go behind their shop to their lot with them by herself to get her car and threatened me with physical force to remove me when I told them she wouldnt be going with them alone. Actually had to call the police to get them to give us her car.

Unfortunately they don’t even deserve the star that I gave him but that’s not an option. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. My truck was sitting for not more than 10 minutes only to remove snow from my driveway and was snatched by these guys who must be working with the trailer park that I was in. All he wanted to do was escalate the situation so he could call the police on me. Wouldn’t allow me to use a Phone to get the company paid, and I had a pair of sunglasses missing that I know were in my vehicle at the time it was towed. Overall a cost me over $300 to get my truck back what a Rip off one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve run into in a while.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are heartless crooks. Tags are one day expired and they picked up my car. It’s Christmas have a heart.Not only that but they keep forwarding my calls so I have no way of know what steps to take to retrieve said vehicle.

Worst tow in town. Drivers are dishonest and claim to have pictures of cars parked illegally but wont show you. Driver makes sure you see his side arm. (News Flash not everyone is afraid of a scared man who improperly tows a car) outrageous price 291 bucks for a 1.3 mile tow. Stay away from these crooks. The owner says impound Vehicle impoundment is the legal process of placing a vehicle into an impoundment lot or tow yard, which is a holding place for cars until they are placed back in the control of the owner, recycled for their metal, stripped of their parts at a wrecking yard or auctioned off for the benefit of the impounding agency. they hope you cant pay your Tow bill so they can sell your car. My mothers handicapped tag is clearly in the window.

Was scheduled to pick up a Uhaul pickup truck from this location. Waited for 15 minutes past our pickup time and then was told they didn’t have the truck because someone returned it damaged and it was in the shop. Why didn’t anyone contact us? Also, he sat there and didn’t try to do anything to help us. Horrible costumer service.
