My insurance company scheduled these guys to pick up my wrecked car in front of my house. This afternoon @ 1:25 I got a text that they would arrive between 90-120 mins. Needless to say I left work to meet them and give them the keys. At 3:35 I received a call telling me it would be at least another 30 mins. before they would show up. I told the guy I left work to meet him, and I was unhappy that I had waited so long and he should have called sooner. This is when he got indigent and rude. According to him hes only second to captain America, and only his time matters. Call anyone else.

Terrible service. Facility is 20 min away from where I broke down. Sent their driver far away to a different car in another town so I waited a full 90 minutes to get help. When I called the representative was extremely rude. Cut me off when talking. Find another service if you value your time and self.

These employees are the BEST. They had to jump my car 3 times in a week and came on time and had me going in a jiffy. This time my starter was bad and I needed a tow to the mechanic. It was a day right after a blizzard and still they came to get my car. They have been professional and helpful and so very very nice. I had to have a car towed to a mechanic who specializes in my old car. Called AAA who sent a tow. What a lovely experience. This young lady maneuvered this huge flat bed tow truck like it was a matchbox car into the drive way loaded the car up super quick, all by herself, all the while being friendly, interactive and very professional. She made me feel empowered. She maneuvered traffic like nothing. Got the car there unloaded and was very gracious. Thank you! Sometimes being a female and having to deal with car stuff is intimidating to me. She put my anxiety to rest immediately. She deserves a raise.

ATC responded to our call to AAA for roadside assistance. A very nice young man responded. He returned our call twice to keep us updated. I did not get this young mas name, but he had a nice southern accent and spoke with southern manners. He loaded our truck onto his tow, made sure that my ride was present and dropped my wife off at her doctors on his way to our mechanic. I especially appreciated that he was not going to leave 2 seniors on the side of the highway while he drove off with our truck. And that is exactly what AAA had told us to expect. While I am not happy with AAA, I will be using ATC again and will be sharing them with all my friends.

Had the tow truck driver by the name of Chris last night 09/29/20! The dude great dude very professional and helped me out big time and kept it professional knowing it was a bad situation with the car. Won’t recommend anyone but this company hands down! When one of our pilot-cars had a flat on Hwy 14, Chris was there like a shot, letting me know as soon as he was dispatched to us, winched our van right on his flatbed and delivered us to our chosen repair shop.Quick, professional work, very fair pricing. While completing repair on this vehicle a few days later, I again needed a tow, and Chris came again to our rescue and wasted no time getting the job done!While in the Greeley area I will ALWAYS USE Another Towing Company, as they are, by far, the BEST CHOICE.

I completed a tow request online to AAA at 1:23pm. I immediately received a text from ATC saying my request had been received; then within seconds, another saying my driver was on his way to arrive in 49 minutes (2:12pm). To my pleasant surprise, another text came saying he would actually arrived at 1:32pm (half hour earlier). WOW! Chris, the driver, arrived & had to figure a way to load a .5 ton pickup on the tow truck when it wasnt in the easiest position to do so. He was optimistic we could handle it & successfully got it done. I so appreciated him not giving up on me & working so hard to get the job done in the most efficient, timely, positive manner! This is the second time I have had ATC come out to give me a jump and both times it has been the same guy Jay first time he jumped started my car quick and today we were having trouble jumping it with his jump boxes and he went out of his way and brought his personal vehicle and jumper cables and got my car started for me awesome guy thank you .

The brand new Mercedes I was driving suffered a mishap in hurricane force weather outside Laramie, WY. The emergency roadside assistance carrier sent tow truck driver Semalie to bring the vehicle to Loveland, CO, where the nearest dealer is located.Semalie amazed me with her knowledge of the car and her ability to quickly load it onto the tow truck. Her special care in securing it with a variety of tools and straps was impressive, to say the least. She even went the extra mile (no pun intended) by crawling underneath the vehicle for a visual inspection of possible damage.On the trip to Loveland Semalie drove carefully and professionally in often tricky conditions, and is an extremely intelligent and engaging conversationalist. These guys are fantastic. My car battery died and I needed to get to jumped pretty fast, these guys got to me in about half an hour(which was there exact estimate time). They also charge less than other companies around town for this service, and they are much faster than other companies I have used in the past. I will definitely use them again!

Gilbert really helped me out. Not only did he jump start my car (several times). He made sure once it got started, it kept running, and I made it to where I needed to go. His customer service was really amazing, from the initial phone call, to helping to keep me calm with a screaming baby in the backseat, to the friendly wave goodbye. The driver was competent and very safety conscience.Their rates are comparable to others in the area if not a bit lower. No beat up tow trucks that look like they might need a tow truck.

The driver was nice, but unfortunately several grease stains were left in my car and after reaching out the company (who said they would clean it) my concerns were ignored. Ive had to start a claim through my insurance as you cant get grease out with regular cleaning methods. Im very disappointed.

Took my car to the wrong place. The name of the business and the unit number were on my confirmation. I specifically left special notes in the comment section which I am told you can see and read. I get it. It may not be all your fault I dont know, but I would think your guys could read a sign plus when I talked to your driver on the phone I described the doors of my mechanics shop and what needed t5i happen to secure the keys.

Ill give them 5 stars because the gentleman whom I did business with, helped me out and allowed me to prove my word is good to him and let me bring the rest of the bill a few hours later with the use of the truck.I appreciate their help. Thank you

I needed a tow from church on Sunday morning. The man was there in 20 minutes as a referral from State Farm. The man was professional, knew his job, hooked my truck without damaging anything, was polite and didnt use profanity. His truck was clean so I didnt worry about my Sunday clothes getting dirty. He put my truck where I wanted it in my driveway. Highest recommendation.

HORRIBLE!!! This was the company that AAA dispatched. I needed a jump start, beyond that I needed a new battery. The young man who called asked if I needed a new battery and I said yes. He actually whined and threw a tantrum like a child! He said UGH!! We only do those during the week! When I questioned him as to why he wouldnt really give an answer and said that he wasnt that special. I called him out on giving me attitude and he actually hung up on me. Disgusting!

Jay from ATC saved my evening. I got my truck stuck deep in a mud trench and he showed up in no time and winched me out in less than five minutes. Excellent customer service and thank you again.

Absolutely awful service. So firstly I would like to add that I am very pregnant and have been waiting for a jump start for nearly 3 hours. A jump start. The driver was very friendly, no hard feelings towards him what so ever. But Im so so so mad that what should have taken MAYBE 15 minutes, took 3 hours. Im 30 weeks pregnant, have my 8 and 4 year old children in the back and were told it should take less than 1 hour. 3 hours later we are still waiting. Its starting to get freezing outside and I find this to be absolutly ridiculously difficult as compared to what it could have been. Just saying. Call someone else if you ever need help.

Good dudes, honest and experienced

This place should be prosecuted for extortion. My car sat there for 2 days and when I got there I had to pay almost 700 dollars. And he said each day it sat there would be another 35. The day before it was 25. I guess he just charges whatever he feels like. He also closes whenever he feels like too. The sign on the door says closes at 6. Showed up at 5:05 to get my car and they were closed. Probably closes early so he can extort more money from others. Like the other guy said rather rude. Also once I paid (Ill admit half my fault too) but he didnt give me my car keys. Ive had my cars impounded a few times in my life usually Id pay around 200 maybe 250 but what this man charged is absolutely sickening. Do not ever use him for services and if the police take your car there may god have mercy on your soul. Get it out and get it out FAST!
