My experience with this company is as follows! I work there! I saw these reviews, and I am so disappointed! Shawn needed to move back into his property in the middle of the month! All leases end on the last day of the month, so it was difficult to arrange for the tenants to move in the middle of the month. Unfortunately he needs to follow the same rules as the tenant. It ended up working out, but, the tenants were a day late getting out. I guess we could have done an eviction, but, that would be another $500, and take a couple of weeks to go through the court proceedings. I think it worked out the best way possible. The tenants did pay rent through the day they moved out. I sent Shawn 2 checks that he never cashed. I finally drove to his house and talked to him! I sent his checks to him again. Well see if he cashes them this time!!! Im so sick of seeing them on my books every month. Of course, the other reviews are just perspective tenants that I wouldnt dare to rent to. So, of course they would leave a bad review. And, for that, I think an owner would be happy that I have to screen them. And, to top all of this off, I had a perspective tenant set up a showing on a house in Severance today. I was there at 2:00 for our scheduled showing. She called at 2:00 to tell me that she forgot she had to pick her husband up. She rescheduled for 4:00. At 4:55, she still had not shown up! Its hard to please everyone!!!

If I could rate being on the flip side of a renter but as a property owner whos trust was placed in Scott Realty the review would be in the negatives.It looks like the reviews are from renters who have had wonderful experiences and I from personal experience know that renters come first and the property owners come second and usually take the brunt of the renters happy experiences and have to cover those financially and through personal sacrifice.As a property owner I would never use this company again!

Less than one star! This could be the worst company I have ever worked with. I worked with Kristy and she would never return our calls. We placed an application in on a property and took over a week before they said they ran it; turned out hey didnt run it and told us the house was sold and there was nothing they could have done about it. So we gave them another shot. Viewed a house and applied for it again. A week later i call and they still havent even run the app. Finally Kristy ran it. A week later still I call again to find out the status and she is busy gave us no call back. 2 days later, I talked to the assistant and Kristy is doing a mass showing of the property we applied for. Instead of letting us know we did not get the house, they go behind us and tell us nothing. Just poor service and would not recommend this company to my enemy.

I have worked in an office environment for many years and rented with Scott Realty beginning last year. Just happily renewed my lease. They are always welcoming and polite. It sounds to me like the two reviews above are a little upset about not being rented too considering there are minimum requirements at this office to help weed out the bad apples!

I have rented from Scott Realty from 2010 till August 2017. Scott Realty has always been there for me and my family if an occasion has presented itself. Throughout the years sometimes when an occasion would arise where I would be late a few days paying the rent they were always understanding and worked with us. Kristy Jo is very professional, in all the years of dealing with her and I have 0 complaints, I saw some reviews on here that are not accurate and every tenant is different and most of them seemed uncredible due in part to my own personal exp. With Scott Realty. We recently moved and in the process Scott Reality made the transition easy and returned our deposit timely, I would highly recommend Scott Reality to anyone and I suggest going in and speaking with them in person and you will see why I rated them a 10 after 7 years. One star is too many for this dishonest outfit. Kristy Joe will lie to your face with a smile. Be prepared to be treated as a second class citizen when you sign a lease with Scott Realty.

Lets tenant at 1225 15th Abe break every code enforcement rule in book. Gets hostile 99 percent of time when you ask Scott realty to have them chill out tenant. The tenants there had washer and dryers in yard, 10 dogs aka puppy farm, 8 chickens living out of dirty dog kennel. Over 12 people living there, extreme drug activity. Over 30 bags of trash in backyard. Almost burnt down there backyard and ours with 10 ft bonfire in there backyard. Dog running loose in neighborhood, but alas picked them over nice familys, I guess when you have more to give money wise and know somebody at Scott realty your in. Any ways there lease should be up soon unless Scott realty was dumb to keep them and or 2 year lease
