Buyer/Seller beware. Would mark 0 stars if I could. This group is only in it for their benefit. Made an offer this place listed. Offer was accepted but when we went to inspect/review the house/documents, it was discovered the property had a major issue the listing agent had missed. Instead of making it right, as the seller wished, the agent pressed us to back out as she had a backup offer. No effort to make it right, no effort to properly update the listing accurately after discovery. We had to back out, costing us thousands in inspection/legal fees and the seller had to take a lower value. If that is how you wish your house selling/buying experience to go, then this is the place for you.
