Went early for oil change, quick service under half an hour... So far good service!

Got me in and replaced four trailer tires.Fast too.

They are the cheapest but who knows when hey will be open. it apears they just show up when ever they want.

They were borderline rude and very busy. I had a tire that needed patching so I could go to work. Instead of saying Im sorry we are swamped and dont have time they just said it wasnt repairable and walked away. Got it repaired someplace else.

I asked an auto care employee on Thursday the pricing of switching out my tires to my snow tires. The employee told me since there is no snow outside they can not do it do to laws of driving on snow tires with no snow. Its now sunday with 3-5 inches of snow and I cant drive anywhere. That auto care employee has absolutely no clue on his job. Its not aloud with snow spikes when there is no snow. Now I get to sit at home all day and cannot do what I need to do.

Word Walmart I have been to, cant find help, all the lines were long and slow simple flat repair took over an hour with no wait time to get in

Pretty sure my oil wasn’t changed at all. Time usually runs 3-5 hours. I’m done with Walmart auto care center. They don care. My husband decided to change the oil himself from now on. Saved over $20 and was done in 45 minutes.No thanks Walmart.

I had a good overall experience at this location. It took a little bit of time to get it completed but we just did our grocery shopping in the meantime while we are waiting for our oil to be changed. They topped off all fluids and they ensured that my windshield wipers were in good condition as well as my tires. I only paid I only paid $40. Awesome service I will return for future oil changes

Things took a bit longer then expected and thst was just fine by me. However when i went to pay for the items i was buying in addition to pay for my oil change i received my oil change for free. The staff was great and they were all so nice. I definitely will be back again. They have never let me down.

Disappointing that I can’t lower this review from a 1 star. Poor customer service. I called this morning to get an oil change and was told it would be 4-5 hours before I would get my car in. Understandable if they were as busy as they said, but then I asked a mechanical question I was unsure of. “If I pour oil appropriate for my car. Can I go another day till I get an oil change?” And was told “that would be a you call” what type of answer is this? I’m a customer who does not know much about cars, asking a mechanical question and I get “that would be a you call” very disappointed. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went in to have my oil changed at Walmart on 23rd ave. I arrived @ 6:45 am so I could be first in line. There were two other people behind me. The two young boys that were working didn’t open until 7:20. They are supposed to open @ 7:00. It took an hour and a half to get an oil change! These boys were out there talking, taking drinks out of their cups, and standing there. I tried to talk to Rafael he walked away said a rude comment and shut the door in my face. I talked to a manager. After she went out and talked to these boys they pulled my car out right away. They had been done with it. It was sitting there done. I was not the only one that complained.

Great customer service from the female who greeted me, explained clearly what I should get. Car was in need of oil change and jerking. Is running awesome now. 👍🏼

Terribe terrible! Had tires put on and balanced. Had to take it back in and get tires balanced right. Was asked before they did it again if I thought maybe it was the suspesion. And that was a manager that asked me that!

Best experience at Walmart auto care ever I had an oil change and the fuel injector cleaning service and my car runs better than when I bought it new. I definitely recommend!

Overall was good but long wait on oil change 2.5 hrs and only 2 cars in front of me. They need to hire more workers to help them and speed things up.

Worst service ever. Waiting from 630 am to 740am. 40 minutes after they open for them to not be able to open cause their workers cant show up to work. So now I am down 2 hrs of my own work. What a joke

I waited 3 hours to have a new set of tires (pre-purchased online) put on and balanced. I asked for an oil change as well, they didnt have the correct filter.

Tryed exchanging a bad battery that they kept saying was good. I asked for the manager thats when it went down hill. There manager Michael game in right away didnt give me a chance to say word just right away telling the battery is good nothing he can do. When I finally got a chance to talk he would cut me off and say nothing he can to. Well I got heated said a few choice words thats when he told me to take it to the other store because they will take anything back. That is the last time I step foot in that story

Get your oil changed elsewhere. We were first in line and told an hour. It seemed like long time considering no one was there, but we had shopping to do. After an hour we went back to get out vehicle and we saw it still in the bay. So we waited...and waited. Someone would work on the vehicle for a few minutes and then take a break. Two hours and 45 minutes ready our vehicle was done, but not before the audit a manager had to do. I asked the young man what took so long and he said 3 hours is the wait time. I reminded him he was the original person that told me an hour. He owned it and apologize and asked if I would like to speak to a manager. The manager, Lee, walked in and quickly dismissed what I was saying and answered a phone call. I would be embarrassed if I were the manager and my business ran so ineffectively, but Im sure the empire WalMart wont give a hoot if they lose my business. I urge everyone to never use this WalMart for a quick oil change.

Service manager Joseph was a great help after the other store on 10th wouldnt do my oil change.

Mechanics juggled responsibility for who was going to check us in. Then found out we had an appointment, which they told us upon arriving they dont do appointments. We came to get 4 tires replaced and it took them over 2 hours.

If you go for an oil change prepare to be there for about 2 hour if you are the first one. If you are the 5 th one prepare to be there all day.and one more thing those guys are super lazy and they dont even know what there doing

1 tire replacement took 7 hrs after being told it would be done in 3. Wasnt even notified when it was done. The lack of professionalism astonished me. 47th Walmart Auto is 1000x better and Ill be going there from now on.

Found the manager Jake to be very knowledgeable and answered all my tire questions. Will be back for tires when im ready to buy.

2nd vehicle Ive brought here because of the cost. Also the second time Ive sate here half an hour past the due time and watch my car just sitting there, nothing being done with it. You do get what you pay for... I can still almost remember a time i did actually dreed going to Walmart.

Takes longer than they say. He first said it would take about 30-45 minutes. 2 hours later.... We are still waiting.... Took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change.

The people here are rude and disrespectful. I was going to adresss the manager then I realized it was the manager I was speaking to.

Had a great experience all these people complaining it took to long have never worked in a shop before. Doing 30-40 cars a day of course there is a wait.

Brought my car in first thing in the morning for a lube and had me in and out in under 30 mins.

Called to ask if they did alignments.. the guy that had answered the phone was rude !!! Told me all they do is swap tires and an occasional headlight .. thats all Walmart does !!! Oh and run peoples cars into garage doors !!! Never will I take my car here we hadent even had it a day!

Poor experience! Waited there since 6 since its posted they open at 7am. 8am comes by and Im guessing manager comes outside saying all his employees called in and nobody can attend the shop. What kind of auto care center does that?.

I went yesterday to change the oil in my car, just to find that there is only one car technician and 4 cars to do in 5 hours!!!
