Good product, friendly service...I had a few concerns regarding the cost of installation regarding my window graphics, but all concerns were resolved in a professional manner. They care about their customers.

Dolly did a great job of explaining the different types of paper, print sizes, layout and expected turn around time to receive the product. Very nice lady and an asset to the company. Kim

AlphaGraphics (Loveland) is awesome! They are always very accommodating when we have rushed projects, and they do everything they can to help meet printing deadlines. Working with Danielle has been wonderful. The whole staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Took our RSVP cards here. They made us jump through hoops, after I told them multiple times that they could go ahead and print them, I called back about a week later and they still werent done, claiming they had sent an email for us to proof them before printing even though I already had. When I called, Tina Neibauer was the one who was on the phone. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, so much so that the people who were standing next to me while I was on the phone heard her nasty comments to me and were even taken aback by her attitude and rudeness. After being told the cards were not done, she said I could just come get the cards. I said But theyre not done, right? Just to clarify, and her response was, OBVIOUSLY THEYRE NOT FINISHED, you have to proof them, even if you said we could do them, we didnt. So I said I would just come pick them up. When I went to pick them up, she had my cards just sitting in the front lobby on the table. Anyone could have come in and taken them and she wasnt even around. I asked who her manager was, and she said she was the manager; although, online it says differently. Definitely would not recommend going here unless you wanted to be treated like crap. Worst service Ive ever received. Talk about making the process of prepping for my wedding more stressful.

They are always prompt, and our company appreciates detailed invoices. Its also very easy to input orders.

There was major miscommunication and Tina, the Manager of the Greeley location, was incredibly RUDE. My fiancé and I took our wedding invites and rsvp cards for them to do over the weekend and expected pick up for the cards yesterday or today. Had Tina been doing her job and give ether my fiancé or myself a call about those cards maybe it would be a different review. Tina was incredibly rude to my fiancé and ruined what was suppose to be an exciting and pleasant part in the wedding process. I would not come and offer business to this place.
