We hired McCormick Heating and Cooling to install A/C in our home. We are so pleased with the service we received. They sent a gentleman (I forgot his name) out to our home to walk through with us and look at home to suggest what we will need with the services we ordered. He was very professional and did an excellent job at explaining the different options we could choose from. We scheduled the work. Let me tell you, the crew that came to our home to install the A/C was awesome!!!!! These men were professional and respectful. They went over and beyond to make sure they did a fantastic job. They trained us on how to run our system. Hey Ladies, they even clean up after they are done. I would highly recommend McCormick Heating and Cooling. I used the location in Platteville, CO. The staff in the office is also wonderful to work with.

Cruz was our service tech. He was on time,very friendly and professional. He called and told us he was about 15 min out. He told us the problem and what he did to fix it as well as other maintenance tips to help our unit function better. He was very quick and let us know about the warranty and said we could call him back if we had another problem. Awesome experience and will definitely use them again.

Our A/C wouldnt work on the first hot day of the summer. Our home warranty provider sent McCormicks technician out the next day, but, upon initial investigation the problem was not apparent. Rather than keep us waiting, McCormick dispatched another Level 2 technician, Kris, the same day. He was able to trace the problem to an old thermostat and replaced it, which solved the problem. I am trying to sale a house from a far and during the inspection process there was HVAC work that needed to be taken care which included a new part to be purchased and installed. McCormick heating understood this was a time sensitive manner and expedite the process as fast as possible. I was able to gain quick trust with the company and allotted them to go inside my house unattended. I had a family member follow up after install and they said they couldnt even tell anyone had been in the house. That says something in itself about the companies character. In addition, I needed a letter of certification and even though they had finished install the day prior they didnt charge my card until they provided the letter the next day. I must add, the best part of this process was working with Kaile from the main office. She was more than a pleasure to work with and handled the urgency of the manner with extreme professionalism. She was also able to explain and answer all questions I had. Thank you McCormick Heating and Cooling for taking care of the problem and paying attention to the small things. The small things is what set this company apart from their competitors from my opinion. McCormicks gave us 6 options to choose from to replace our furnace. I asked Jasen’s opinion and we went with it. They ordered the unit and were ready to install in a few days. The installer was in and out in 5 hours. Everything seems to be working fine and it was hassle free.

Our humidifier that is attached to our furnace stopped working and it was unbearably dry in our house in the winter. Nick called when he was 20 min away to give me a heads up, and after looking at the humidifier, he was able to assess the problem immediately. He had the part on-hand and had it working in no time. McCormick Heating and Cooling was great! Their employees were punctual and respectful. They worked quickly and cleaned up well after they were finished. We had a concern after the work was complete and they were very responsive and sent another technician out to double check on our concerns.

Being a first time home owner, my heart almost stops when something breaks. So when I knew my heating system needed some TLC, I immediately started sweating bullets. We called McCormick Heating and Cooling, and they sent Nick out first thing in the morning the next day. Nick has a great attitude and was very professional. Nick from McCornick was able to respond the day after I called. This was a relief because many companies might have you wait a few days to a week. I found that the problem with my system was my fault and due to freezing, Nick had to come back the next day to complete the repairs. He gave me an education to explain what happened and finished in a timely manner. He was on time both days which was really helpful with my schedule.

From my first contact all the way through the process they were an excellent company to deal with. They communicated by phone, email and text which was very convenient. They showed up every time right when they said they would and I could even track the technician when he was on the way to my house. Nic came out three times and was professional, friendly and extremely honest. Whenever I called the office the staff was very friendly and professional. The 4th company did some work, and helped us get through winter, but there were still systemic issues. The 4th company told us that we needed to do a full system re-wire with an estimated bill of $1,100+. Jesse came in and pin-pointed the problem in about 15 minutes. The system has been running beautifully ever since. I highly recommend McCormick! This is a real review from a real person.

We had McCormick sent by our home warranty company because of problems with our furnace. They were super quick to call and schedule and got out very quickly. When we had a weird problem a few days later, they came back out same day and fixed the problem quickly. Matthew even went above and beyond by asking if he could help me put the vent cover back in the basement ceiling that had fallen out! I was very thankful AND impressed. We are having them install our whole house humidifier tomorrow and I am confident we will have a great experience.

Fast and Friendly. Tech was out on to review on Monday and the team was able to start and finish install before noon on Wednesday. They worked quickly and even cleaned up duct fuzz and dirt on the worksite. Im glad timings worked out well.

They returned the following day with the needed replacement parts and got us up and warm again. They also have a link so you can track when the repair crew will arrive.

Our old c.1969 hydronic system boiler needed some minor work mid-October. The initial technician made a mistake that exacerbated things. Jesse from McCormick then came out and worked very hard to rectify the initial mistake, but the age of the unit and extent of corrosion made it impossible to salvage the boiler. When the new Lennox boiler finally arrived McCormick moved us up on their schedule to get it installed as quickly as possible. Nick, the lead technician, busted his butt over two days, staying till 7:00 pm, to get the old boiler out and new boiler installed in time so that our family flying in 11/15 would have heat throughout the house. The space was tight and Nick had to be creative and careful to configure the piping for the three heating zones; the job turned out great. Overall the situation got more complicated at the beginning than it needed to, but McCormick worked to correct it and did right by us. I will have no problem going back to McCormick for future service needs. - Ben Way

My furnace wouldn’t turn on so I had McCormick Heating and Cooling come out and they found that my thermostat was broken. They replaced it and now everything is working great.

McCormick was assigned to us through warranty. Our furnace was leaking CO in the house and McCormick came out that day to look at the furnace. We need a new furnace and they took care of us from the start to the end! So thankful for McCormick!
