I found this place off a Google search. I called spoke with the owner regarding my battery issue on my sons computer and he was very knowledgeable. I was quoted approx. $150 to fix and replace battery.When I arrived I spoke with Titus who informed me he was going to try a reset on the battery and see if that might help. I left it with them and didn’t expect to hear anything for a few days, but much to my delight got a call in 3-4 hours. 👍 The reset had worked and Mac was charging like new and that it was only costing me $55. Score!Great customer service and I will for sure be back with any other computer issues we come across. Hopefully not too soon. 😂

I dropped my mid 2012 MacBook Pro off because I had been struggling to repair the computer on my own for nearly two years. It was lagging, randomly shutting off, and having a myriad of other issues. I brought my computer to the folks at Greeley Computer Services on a Friday a couple hours before they closed. By 14:30 the following Tuesday, it was running as if I had just bought the computer new again. I HIGHLY recommend getting repairs done here. The staff is friendly and professional. And their prices are reasonable.

I only give this place 1 star because they had the decency to not charge me for the original repair I went in for because they realize they had broken something else on my computer.If you dont want to read the story below here is a summary: I went in for a loud fan and came out with a broken battery that THEY BROKE during supposed normal dissasembly that they didnt have the equipment to fix and now my laptop only works when it is plugged in and I have to fork over another 200+ dollars to get it fixed . DO NOT COME HERE. GO TO BEST BUY INSTEADI went to this place to get my computer fan looked at it because it started making a clicking noise. I was told I would get a diagnostic in 1-2 days.When I didnt hear back from them in 2 days, I called the shop and they said the technician was having trouble and they didnt know what was wrong yet but they would give a call soon. They didnt give me call the next day, which was a Friday and they are closed on weekends so I called again for an update. They told me they most likely wouldnt have it ready until WEDNESDAY the following week, when they had told me it would be a 1-2 day diagnosis. They told me the technician would call me on Monday. I tell them that I am actually leaving town the coming Saturday, so if they cant fix the computer, they at least need to re-assemble it so I can take it back home with me to get it fixed there. They say okayI call them on Monday and they tell me the fan would not have to be replaced and they can fix it. They tell me it will be done on Tuesday. At this point I dont really trust them given their general flakiness, so I explicitly ask them to confirm it will be done on Tuesday. They say yes.Tuesday rolls around and I dont hear from them. At this point I am very very disappointed. I call on Wednesday and I speak with someone who couldnt even FIND my computer in the shop for a good 6 minutes. When he finally finds it, he has no new information to add and tells me the technician will call me when he gets in. Not inspiring confidence here.The technician calls me and says the computer will be ready today at 3 PM.I go to pick it up at 3:30 PM and thats when they tell me WHOOPS WE DIDNT MENTION THIS THE LAST 4 TIMES YOU CALLED BUT DURING NORMAL DISASSEMBLY THE CONNECTOR ON THE BATTERY FELL OFF THE MOTHERBOARD and now the battery doesnt display when it is charging, the percentage of charge it has, or how much longer the battery has, but it still works. And also, thats why it was taking so long to fix because we messed this part up and we were trying to fix it, but they didnt bother to tell me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!At this point I am LIVID, but I cant do anything because I signed a waiver that says they are not responsible for any damage. They tell me there is a shop in Fort Collins where for $150 dollars I can get this problem fixed because they dont have the equipment to fix it.Fast forward a week; ALL THE SUDDEN I AM USING MY LAPTOP AND IT DIES. My laptop now only works when it is plugged in. Every time I unplug it, it dies immediately. this is obviously because of whatever they messed up.DO NOT COME HERE. GO TO BEST BUY INSTEAD.

Titus is our go to for any computer issues. Theyre super fast and honest about the repairs we need. Theyll also be honest when it comes to the worth of the repair. Ive taken my equipment to other places before and Ive been told, it couldnt be done, it doesnt stop these guys from giving it a hell of a go. Thanks guys.

I took my PC in here for an M.2 install and to switch which drive Windows was installed on. I also had BIOS issues that they resolved quickly. They were fast and professional, made the whole process really easy. It turned out to be affordable too.However, I would hesitate to bring your Apple products here. They have a tech who comes in to work on them, but I was without my laptop for months on end because they had trouble diagnosing and fixing my issue. Eventually, it was resolved, but it took much longer than it could have.

Took a corrupted chip card in to recover data through a particular software. Dropped it off. Never heard back. Went in two weeks later. They said they couldn’t do anything with it. They didn’t have the software. But they had never bothered to call me. Then he couldn’t find it to give it back. He asked his assistant who then found it. As we were exiting I heard the young one ask the older gentleman, “do you know who’s tablet this is?”

I didn’t have much of an issue with them until I went to pick up my computer and external hard drive. I got calls frequently keeping updated on the progress and all, ultimately they couldn’t fix the problem. The guy on the phone told me that it was no charge and that they could transfer the data they saved before wiping my computer to my external hard drive if I brought it in. Cool, so I did. I went to pick it up after everything was done and the guy in the store (a different guy, I’m assuming the owner) said it was $35 for everything. I was taken aback because I was told I didn’t have to pay anything. He said it was for the transfer and did I want it all for no charge, he still had to pay the guy who did it. I told him no, even handed him my card to pay, it was just no one had told me that the transfer cost anything. The phone rang and he stepped away for a second, came back and said he wasn’t going to charge me anything. Wrote it on the paper and pushed it at me while tossing my card at me. Their customer service could use some work.

We took our 6 year hold HP in to these folks to see if it could be salvaged. Unfortunately it couldnt but I totally appreciate the honest assessment of where we were with the device. They recycled it at no cost as well. I will, for sure, go back here again. I want to support LOCAL business when I can and you should too! Give them a try, you wont be sorry.

They did a great job repairing my Mac, and explaining how to keep my Mac up to date and virus free! They were quick and got my laptop back to me especially fast since Im a student. I will be going back for any other issues I may have.

I have had a bunch of problems with my computer and Greeley Computer Services fixed all of them. I first took my computer else where, it quit working after a month. I took it to them and it was fixed at a reasonable price in 4 days. It works perfectly. I will highly recommend to anyone and will chose them if I will ever need another repair.

4 Stars! I have taken my computer to two different computer repair companies recently. For me, since I am working in Greeley for the next month I found it more convenient to take it locally. They were not the fastest I have ever used but they were quick. After a quick check that was free. The person working at the front said my hard drive was bad. They repaired my computer in about 4-5 days. I took it to them Monday when they opened and they said they completed it on Friday of the same week. I picked it up Wednesday of the following week. Transferring all my files over to my new hard drive appears to be flawless. My only complaint is that they had my computer for over a week and did not wipe the computer down. I compare it to taking your car to get work done at the dealer. When you receive it back it is usually washed and vacuumed. I computer is a very personal item like a car or house. If it wasnt I would just buy another for $400 at Walmart compared to the $325 I paid. The only advice I have is even if they need to add a few more dollars to the cost of correcting the problem, return the computer clean on the outside. They also did return my old hard drive or the review would have been very low. Thank you for a job well done.

$150 just for a copy of windows by itself.Think ill burn the gas and drive to Denver and get the same product (actually installed with drivers etc) for $30.this place like most places in Greeley only are able to operate because they have no competition. Run while you still can!

These folks a are the BEST!! Ive been having computer problems for several weeks. Mostly software. Finally got a major hardware problem- on phone gave great advice and now in person wonderful service.Immediately diagnosed the problem and gave great suggestions for getting out of the problem.Prior I went to one of their geekie competitors who didnt do a thing and even sent me to do my own legwork. Turns out I didnt need to do what I did or the money I spent! The others wouldnt even take the time to attempt a fix. Just wanted to sell me a service plan.

Knowledgeable helpful staff, I work in IT and this is the only place in town Ill go for diagnostics. They were able to get my PC working after a hardware failure and didnt even charge me.

Took in my computer with clearly printed description of problems and what I wanted done. $150 later my computer is back and none of the things I wrote down are fixed.After my first rating they contacted me. I brought the computer back and they promptly resolved my complaints.

Greeley Computer Services/Repair was able to pull up files stored on an old 3 disk, files that were previously unretrievable and thought to be permanently lost. By doing this, they saved me dozens, perhaps hundreds, of hours of data research and charged me nothing for it. Thanks, Greeley Computer Services!

Wont ever come back! Had a hard drive recovered from Greeley Computer Services. The technician was unfriendly and unprofessional. When the hard drive I bought from them (the day before) failed, I brought it back with my receipt. They would not refund my money even though I just had spent over 300 dollars with them the day before. In fact I was told I dont know what you did to it and was treated like crap. They agreed to replace this hard drive with another identical one which also did not work properly. I had my wife return this 2nd hard drive and they treated her poorly as well. We did not get our money back. Had I bought this hard drive from ANY OTHER PLACE they would have gladly let me return it. Unless you like terrible customer service and rude technicians I would go somewhere else. Don Keypunch and I both had very bad experiences here, dont let them make you their next victim!

This place is HORRIBLE! They told my friend her hard drive was failing and offered to charge her $300 to repair it. I am a computer professional and I personally ran several tests and verified there was nothing wrong with her hard drive. The problem with her computer was a simple malware infection. I have heard horror stories from 3 other people who have been ripped off here as well. Stay away at all costs.
