So, I’m torn on how to rate them because the time that I did spend on the phone with them, they were excellent. The woman who I spoke with was nice and super efficient, we got through the whole process in less then ten minutes… and although It was found that I wasn’t able to sign on the bond, I was assured that all of my information was saved and that all I needed to do was have someone who was a more eligible candidate to sign for a bond call in and they would then get their information and then call me back to get the payment for the bond. This wasn’t the case. I found someone to sign for the bond & they called in and then the bail bonds people dropped the ball. They had asked the person who called in to sign for it for payment, too, which really confused them as I had ASSURED them extensively that I would be paying for it and they did not need to worry about the money. I ended up having to call the bail bonds place back and explaining that I would be paying,Not the person who just signed. Just be careful with these guys, I feel like if you aren’t on their a$$ some things will never get done

I HAD TO HAVE MY CO SIGNER REACH OUT TO THEM 3 WAY ON PHONE TO BE ABLE TO PERSONALLY TELL THEM THAT ALL PAPERWORK WAS DONE AND THEIR ATTENTION WAS NEEDED TO FINISH THE PROCESS. THEY SAID THYE WOULD SEND SOMEONE RIGHT OVER, AND 8 HOURS LATER I WAS RELEASED.THEY DID GET THE JOB DONE, BUT THIS EXPERIENCE FAILED TO MEET MY EXPECTATIONS, HOPE THIS HELPFUL.AND I DO APPRECIATE THE OPPORTUNITY I HAD TO WORK WITH THEM, THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS, MAYBE I JUST EXPECTED MORE. First time Ive ever bailed someone out of jail. They were great. Explained everything to me and even told me things I hadnt thought about asking. They made a phone call to the jail and found out the specifics of the bail and charges. I highly recommend. Ive nothing bad to say.

These people are RIP offs they stole money from my mom. The first time they left my mom waiting in the lobby for 4 hours. Then later I missed a court date and couldnt find anyone to sign for me if I used them cause nobody had 4 hours to wait for them so I had to use a different company. I owed them 10 dollars and out of no where with no warning no receipt and no reason they took 120 from my moms account and made 3 of her checks for Bills bounce causing overdraft fees and return check fees and late payments to my 69 year old mom. I admit I owed 10$ to hit her for 120 out of no where was crooked. They act like they will help you but obviously they are thieves.
