Thank you!!I will be returning with all my car maintenance and repair needs, these guys are great! They got my car in early, made the repairs and checked for any additional issues and low and behold didnt find anything!! Sorry to say but other mechanic shops probably would have found something additional to charge me for. But not Norms team. I was treated with kindness and respect and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks again!
Great to know their are still honest and very good mechanics. We have a 97 BMW Z-3 which broke down on our way from Ft Morgan to Estes Park. They got our BMW in and out with very professional and honest service. Thanks to Sean for all his help and its pointed out that the owner sends you a personal thank you card. Would highly recommend Scotts imports
Some quick and reliable service! Brought my Mercedes in for some work, and they turned in out within 3 days good as new! The guys were upfront with what was needed and explained things I didnt know/understand. Check out these locals for some quality work!
Excellent service, friendly staff and fair prices
These guys are awesome! When I took my car to dealership for oil change, they gave me an estimate for a major problem that needed attention. I got a 2nd opinion from Scotts and they saved me $1000 from dealership quote! They were prompt in getting repairs completed. I will continue going back to Scotts for any vehicle repairs.
Honest, quality work at a reasonableprice, that says it all 👩🔧
Scotts is my go to repair shop when I cant do something myself. Been going to Scotts for years now. Youre usually greeted by the owner Norm when either calling or walking in. Would recommend to anyone.
Best Automotive Repair shop in Greeley Colorado.
Absolutely amazing staff, they are friendly and took the time to figure out what the issue was and how to get it fixed properly. They called me before taking each step and was upfront about costs. Will definitely go back to them with future issues. My car will now pass emissions, a huge thank you to you guys and thank you Sean for your amazing service
First and foremost i usually do my own work as that is what i do just on big buses. but when i bought my first European car (Audi A4) i had no reservations of using Scotts- I talked with folks who use them and there is no doubt they know what they do and do it well. If you want to find a reliable, accurate place- this is it. they do what they say and kept me informed. without doubt i would recommend them. I had them change a timing belt and some other small items and it was done when they said and at the price...
They are honest and trustworthy. Very friendly and fast service
Take your time and money some where else... went in for a alignment they called said it was ready, BUT couldnt get the alignment done right do to issue with aftermarket parts they said were installed incorrectly...asked if I could come in and see what the problem was they said they had the car back together already. thing is we took the car to a bmw dealership fixed all issues with the car which was rear upper and lower control arms everything was fine with the front no issues from the bmw dealership..thought I would save time by getting the alignment in town big mistakeSo I said the alignment is not done ..they responded with this not a perfect world so we did the best would could and charge me more than quoted me for the alignment . UNBELIEVABLE .
Excellent service provided and very trustworthy. I felt very safe to have my vehicle repaired by them.
Norm gave me a fair quote on a damaged vehicle, and then paid me very fairly when I decided to scrap it. The customer service was outstanding, and I received a hand written thank you letter from him a week later.Previously I had needed an aviation fuel tank pressure tested and welded, and although they could not do what I needed, they sent me directly to someone who could who completed the task for next to nothing.I would encourage anyone to visit Scotts Import Specialists for anything. Its hard to find a business that treats people as well as they do, and they have earned my business exclusively.
Scott’s charged more than what it would have cost to take my mother’s car to Mercedes of Loveland to have her car diagnosed. If you are looking to save some money by having your car repaired by a off manufacturer repair shop, Scott’s is not your place. You will save money by going directly to the car dealer than doing business here.Save money by going elsewhere and never have your car diagnosed without a upfront price quote in advance from Scott’s.
Scotts import specialist is a #1 place to get your car fixed. I have Though bread Motorsports Stallion tryke. I took it to Scott to get fixed as it has a Ford engine even though they do not do motorcycles.I cant thank them enough.
Im a guy that usually works on my own stuff, so I am normally a little leary bringing a big job to someone else - we all know, nobody can do it as well as your own self.....I looked around a few shops where I live (Cheyenne) - nobody knew what and MGB was, or they had never seen one, OR - they wanted an outrageous amount of money to put a clutch in my 40+ year old girl....Scotts (actually, a guy named Norm), gave me a great quote and instilled a lot of confidence in me, for the things I wanted done. If you dont know (and why would you?), to put a clutch in an MGB, the first step is a quite simple one - just remove the engine!!! As the engine was going to be out, I asked them to check and replace the rear main, along with the oil pan gasket (I know shes British, but Im trying to get the leaks to quit - Im a little sick of pulling into a gas station and putting in oil and checking the gas). They also found and fixed another oil leak as well. So far - a month or so with the MGB back in my garage, no fresh oil spots on the floor ---YES!! The clutch is perfect too....Ive brought other vehicles to different places for a job I was not equipped or knowledgeable enough to do (a timing chain on an Xterra, for example) - it always seems like you can tell someone worked on your vehicle when you get it back --- something just aint right!! When I got my girl (the MGB, in case you aint picked up on how I refer to her yet), looking under the hood - youd never know someone had the motor out just a few days ago..... the proof is in the results though - the clutch is solid, like a brand new car, and like I said, no oil on my floor in the garage!!!As I said, Scotts gave me a great quote, and they called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on.... the quote they provided versus the actual cost (remember - they found an oil leak I did not know about...) was dang near the same thing!!! OUTSTANDING!!!They also, apparently, performed a full inspection on her while she was in the shop. When all the requested work was done, Norm gave me a call and said they also found a brake line issue (a crack in a hose), along with a suspension problem. He wanted to know if I wanted them to fix that too -- those are things within my realm of expertise, so I declined. I fully expected an argument from Norm at that point - I have actually had an AC serviced once and at an un-named shop and they refused to give me my keys back until I let them fix an exhaust leak they claimed to have found ---- a few arguments later, I was on my way from there - but I digress..... For the things that Scotts found in the process of performing what I had ask for - Norm informed me, and was perfectly fine with acknowledging that I would repair those issues myself (BTW - this morning I inspected and found the same exact problems on my girl - and I fixed them myself).TL;DR -- If you need work done on a car, and you need a great place to bring it to that will do it right, bring it to Scotts in Greeley - you will not be disappointed one bit.
Norm was very pompous this was the worse mechanic shop I have ever been too. He would not give me a written quote or Let my boyfriend see any broken parts that were on my vehicle but verbally quoted me 720$ To fix it, without proof that it would fix it. I was very unsatisfied with this shop.
Scotts Imports has the best service in town I have ever experianced. Norm Yurk, Jr. and his team provide excelent mechanic work and service. You get that GREAT local Hometown service with a small town feeling of confidence. It is hard to find a place of honesty and integraty these days. Thank you!!
Full disclosure; Norm is a friend of mine and does advertise on Pirate 104.7fm for years. Having full disclosure, let me say I dont write reviews for all Pirate radio advertisers, though there are many I wish I had time to. I have taken ALL my vehicles to Norm over the years and have yet to suffer disappointment. Norm, the owner, is the epitomy of calm knowledgeable professionalism.Norm and his staff ask smart diagnostic questions in order to save time getting at the problems. Honestly their prices are not bargain bin....your cousin Jimmy can probly do your job cheaper in his garage. But definitely not most expensive or anywhere close to dealership charges!Norm is above all HONEST. which is my No. 1 priority in a mechanic. Sheer knowledge of auto repair is also consistently impressive. Such a solid guy. So much more, but will leave unsaid.
Very knowledgeable got my sons Mini up.and running again
Took in my 2001 Izuzu rodeo for servicing, ended up getting some problems taken care of, car runs good as new. Walked out with a new feeling of not worrying that they messed with something to get me back, the customer service does it!
They are super nice and do good and honest work. I tell all my friends and family to go here when they have car troubles.
Good service at a fair price.
