Do not use this dealer. I made an appointment for a Jeep and dropped it off on Monday afternoon. Its now Thursday evening and they have not even looked at it. I cant get a status and the dealer will not commit to when they would get to it. They blame it on the scheduling center for booking appointments when they dont have capacity. No loaner car, so here I sit for 4 days with no way to get around. I dont live in town, so this was a huge inconvenience. Terrible Customer Service! Love my Jeep, but I cant deal with Service like this. I think I will trade it off.
I had an excellent transaction w/ Mike Shaw Ram last week. I worked over the internet and phone w/ Amanda. Within a few hours we had a deal worked out. She took care of me and when I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car we were out in less than an hour. There were no surprises and everything was as stated. It was refreshing. I bought a jeep from them and it broke down the next day. It’s been in their service shop 3 times now and all they’ve done is zip tie the commuter connections… the car has broken down in the middle of the road about 10 times now including today! It’s a super unsafe jeep, won’t pass emissions and they will not make anything right at all! Can’t stress this enough Save your money and go somewhere else

I have been doing business with Mike Shaw Dodge for years and have never been treated as rudely as I was today.I made an appointment a week ago and got several messages confirming the appointment.But when I had my vehicle towed in because it did not run.They accepted it and then said they could not work on it?No explanation. No nothing.after several attempts to reach Nat my Service coordinatorI just had it towed to another dealership.I hope that this is just a bad day and that it is not the Norm?
The staff was very friendly and willing to help! Amanda was great and even drove an hour out of her way on her day off the next day to help my wife get necessary documents for the financing! We live an hour and a half away, and the drive was well worth it! Great service and customer care. When it comes time to replace my vehicle again, hopefully not for a long time, I will be returning to Mike Shaw. The whole team is amazing! I love my 2007 Jeep Liberty!Jason
We agreed to a price online that included all the dealer fee and tax rate for my location. My wife and I had our own financing and I told them before we agreed on the price. We came in to test drive the truck and we agreed to move forward with the process but told them we would have payment for them the next day. So we filled out the paper work and waited over two hours for the finance to give a copy of the purchase agreement even though we had one from email earlier that day. After repeatedly telling them I did not want to use their financing they made us wait even longer. We ended up leaving and they emailed us the purchase agreement at 9:15PM. Asking if I still wanted to purchase the truck. I email them back before they opened saying yes I sent the purchase agreement to my credit union and already have the process started.I got an email a 56 minutes after I replied saying Sorry we sold the Truck to someone else this morning. They sold to someone else because we would not use their financing and run us through the add a ton of stuff to the purchase price process.We wont return and I will file a complaint with the Auto Industry Division and the Colorado Motor Vehicle Dealer Board about the process and the comment of you should just use our financing, our guy is on the board of your credit union Seems like a total conflict of interest and and there should be a legal separation of duties between the two.

Even when the deal was sealed, they still improved my interest rate.- Bryan S. replied to my contact request and offered a ride to the dealership.- Sean M. picked me up from the train station and allowed me to test drive the car back to the dealership. It was great conversing with him along the way.- Mike allowed me make decisions about the financing with which I was comfortable even though he felt that they werent all the same decisions that he would have made for me.It was a 100% positive experience, and I got the best car at the best rate that I could find anywhere. I actually flew in from Utah to do business with them after finding them online, and I would do it again.

My new Challenger, bought in December 2020, has been in the Svc. Dept. for almost two months straight now with a transmission issue. Communication has been spotty at best. Supposedly waiting on parts???Will update soon but caution potential Dodge buyers to think twice before purchasing, ESPECIALLY FROM MIKE SHAW IN GREELEY.

I liked my sales person but when it came to getting my title, I am still waiting after 2 months. The paper that I signed was not signed in the correct place and they had to bring it to me to get a signature. I bought on a Saturday and planned to use my debit card thinking it was good as a check but they wouldnt accept it. So I came in the following Monday with a check in hand and paid, got my receipt and left. (I was also told that my credit would not be run since I was bringing in a check but it was and my credit score dropped 40 points when I am trying to buy a house. Unacceptable but nothing I can do). On that Thursday I was called with them asking when I would be bringing in my check. I did take it to the finance dept thinking all would be good. Now, here I am 2 months later waiting for my title to arrive.
DO NOT GO HERE! I needed a new key programmed for my vehicle since it only came with one key. I was told that the key I had purchased online would 99% of the time not work (not sure why? they said the program signal would fade away over time), so they got me to buy a key from them and have it programmed. They quoted $189 for the key and $81 for programming. I said fine do it because I need the key, and when I got home and looked at my receipt, there were extra charges on it. I called and spoke with someone who said that the additional $30 was to get the code from Chrysler (so why not include that in the $81 you quoted me? Why hide that extra cost?) and another $12 was for them to use the computer for my information. Seriously? I will never go here again and highly advise you do not as well unless you like paying unnecessary extra money and hidden fees!

Lost the key to my Jeep. Called in to see if they could replace it. Parts guy was helpful, said they had the right key in stock and total cost would be around 340. Transferred me over to service. Explained the issue and said I could tow it over to get key programmed.Was told the absolute earliest she could “fit me in “ was middle of June, two weeks away. Explained my dilemma, was told that’s the best she had to offer.Called another Jeep dealer 30 miles away, had key in stock and could “express me right in” to get the key programmed, all for well under the 340 the Greeley dealership wanted. Well worth towing over there!
A friendly tech met me at the door, reviewed my cars needs. The systems were checked and I was given a printed report. He game me an estimate on the one extra filter needed. I had an oil change, a tire rotation, the inspection and engine filter replaced and the car was ready when promised. I waited in the customer lounge which was clean and well lit. Had a nice conversation and a few laughs with two other people waiting.I honestly could not have asked for a more pleasant experience or have suggestions for improvement.
I had a great experience here in the service department! I took my 2017 Ram 2500 in for a diesel leak. They were able to fit it in that day, and had it fixed and back to me before the end of the day! I would highly recommend them for quality, time, and experience! They even went above and beyond and gave me a discount for the work I had done!
Very good experience. I really appreciate the upfront style of negotiating. I love that you don’t employ all the annoying things that dealers usually do and say like “how can I earn your business” and trying to sell you useless upgrades like vin etching or security tracking etc. I didn’t buy from Larry Miller ( much closer to my house ) because they did business as usual for the industry at large. Kudos to your management for not trying to take advantage of consumers. I would go out of my way to buy from you again.

Never have I ever been more disrespected in my entire life. I wish I could choose Zero Stars. Everyone at the dealership was very understanding and willing to work with my time frame minus Richard Bateman. We made it very clear that we liked the car and that we still needed to think and make sure we had our affairs in order before we bought but Richard insisted we sign a small contract to hold the vehicle, which fine we did because we liked it. After we left we called over to a few other dealerships and once Richard had herd we were looking around he exploded and starting texting awful and terrible things to my wife and I because we wouldn’t buy from him. He has since blocked my number and will not respond. Sorta coward like but whatever. Either way they have a great management staff and and incredible team minus one thorn in the bush who needs to learn how to talk to people and accept he’s not the only car lot in the world. I will never be coming back and I will be showing these text to the better business bureau.

He didnt apply any pressure on me to commit that day, which was very appreciated especially with the current inventory issues. Im sure they could have sold it before the end of the weekend. Overall I feel that my experience was typical in the car sales world. In that the sales person is obligated to play the game of going back n forth with the sales manager. When I decided to think on my potential purchase, yet another well seasoned manager appeared. This time asking if I want to take the vehicle home? Obviously the next day I purchased the car. It was not because of the 2 well seasoned typical managers, it was because Daryl was polite, understanding, patient and knew that allowing me the space needed, I would make my purchase. This approach is much nicer for me! Please know that I understand that transactions must happen to keep a business viable, I use to do retail sales and marketing. The bartering process is not my favorite. Thank you Daryl for hearing me!

The check-in process was quick and easy even though there was a mixup on the name. People were friendly and thorough with their work. Only thing I didnt like was they said an hour and a half and it took three hours but they were busy. I would recommend this place and I will return again.

The actual service was great! Very friendly, the only problem I had was getting an appt., tried the online chat twice and no one got a hold of me. Then was referred to phone number but got number not in service. Finally got a hold of someone at call center.....That was my only problem. Otherwise it was great as I said before.

This review is specifically about the service department. We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle and love our truck. I cant recommend the service department. I authorized the service for my truck during a recent visit and the final bill was almost double! They stated that the estimate does not include labor. Over $600 for oil and filter changes. I would not be upset if everything was upfront, but I definitely feel bait and switch tactics. I dont mind paying for quality service, but Im not happy with the final bill.

I live south of Denver and my wife was at work the day I bought the car. Since I was not trading in a vehicle, I didn’t have a way to get both cars home without making a trip back next weekend (over 1hr one way). After completing the sale Ray, without hesitation and without me asking, came up with a solution that allowed me to get both cars home the same day at no extra cost. I came in with a check engine light on my Ram 3500. Nathan the service writer was great to work with. I work crazy hours this week and we were able to corrospond through emails about the service. Great people to work with, I would recommend them.
August 2019 I had a check engine light appear on my dash of my 2017 Jeep Cherokee with 34K miles. Easy enough its under warranty....NOT true. The service department had a service bulletin for the ignition coil pack boots but they changed 1 spark plug. (Tech told me). Fast forward to today. Check engine light comes on...and its the same issue with a new twist. Not covered under warranty. $312 for labor and parts on a $6 part that takes 5 minutes to change. Remove the engine cover, use a 10mm to take the coil out and switch the boots. Do everything in reverse order. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCHEME and take it to a trusted service repair station. That is over a 5,200% MARKUP!!

Did a diagnostic took 2 days couldnt even figure out exactly what was wrong then wanted to charge 800 to further look into issue then was told diagnostic was complimentary then they were going to charge me 165.00 till i asked for the corporate # also i told them not to roll down passenger window & they did anyway everytime ive gone there its been horrible i would have never went there but its the only chrysler dealership in greeley & wont go back they try to rip u off giving you inaccurate information as well my advice go somewhere else

I went in to have a truck diagnosed and they gave me a bill of 500$ just to look at it and tell me what was all wrong with it. I hate stealerships will never use them when I can use a good ole local shop that prides there self on helping there customer and doing a fair job.

I had gone to a mechanic prior to going to dodge and “they could not figure out the problem with my vehicle” when I walked into dodge I was greeted right away and the employee was super helpful. I know very little about vehicles and the employee assured me they would try their hardest to figure out the problem. We got a call they found the problem and fixed it. I have not had any issues since I was fixed. When it came to the payment the employee informed me of all the options for payment even the system was acting up he tried super hard many different way to get the payment options to go through. It was an over all positive experience and we will continue to used the dealership in the future.
