One of their technicians came in and was out pretty quickly to fix our fridge. The price was a lot less than expected. Highly recommend them for repairs!

I loved this store the people were awesome and very helpful !!!!! I plan to buy my stove from them and then Im done with appliances for my kitchen.

I originally called them on April 7th. They told me they were backed up and would be by the following Wednesday. I agreed. They showed up when they said they would. Then informed me they figured out what was wrong and I agreed to the fix. I called them on April 22nd to inquire about the progress. I was told the part had been ordered and there was no estimated time of arrival but they would be in contact. It is now May 15th. No word from them. No phone calls no contact whatsoever. I have a new repairman coming with hopes of some level of professionalism. I will never use this company again. Ive been without a washing machine for over a month. Ive been using the laundromat so I can send my son to school in clean clothes. I do not recommend.

I had budget appliance come out to fix my washing machine. It wasn’t spinning fast enough and it was walking away during the spin. They came and were very professional and fixed the spinning issue by replacing a belt but it still walked. So I called them out again to fix it right. They sent a kid that had only been repairing appliances for a few weeks to do the job. He adjusted feet and thought that would fix it. I could have done that. I decided to cut my losses and not bother with having them come back a third time for the same problem. Won’t use them again.

The service was fantastic and was reasonably priced. I had left a message at another business and didnt hear back from them. When I called Budget Appliance they answered my call immediately and arranged to come that day. The technician and his assistant were timely, andrespectful; the diagnosis of the problem was quickly made. They didnt have the right part but were able to obtain it the next day and they returned to install it. We were very pleased.

The Young Lady that took my call was friendly and pleasant, set my appointment for a specific time . The Service man called an hour before the scheduled time and said he was running Early and was on his way. (Yes an Appliance Repair Man running EARLY. Who knew that could happen). He was a friendly young man, drained my washer by hand took it apart got it back together and working in a very short time. The price was very reasonable. I too setup a repair/warranty via Lowes and have had a broken dishwasher for 3 weeks now. Going into the holidays and it looks as it will be next year before it gets fixed

I called an hour before they opened hoping to get a machine and have someone call me. A nice gentleman answered the phone at 7am! They don’t work on my particular brand of washing machine but I’m blown away at the customer service at this company. I will use them in the future!

My clothes dryer was making loud squeaking noises. Russ was here on time. He was efficient and methodical in his work and found the problem as quickly as he could get to it.(he essentially had to take the whole thing apart to reach the defensive piece). He showed me the defective part and described what was wrong. He replaced the part, put the dryer back together and cleaned up when he finished. I found the charges to be very reasonable. When needed I will definitely call Budget again.

Called to make an appointment to get our dryer fixed and was rudely told they don’t repair LG or Samsung appliances. They should probably change the description of their business that says they repair ‘all major brand appliances’ What a waste of time.

Russ has always been able to fix my appliances - especially my sub-zero fridge - when the store where it was purchased, could not. He has years of experience and always suggests the most cost efficient solution. I trust him to do the job well, and he has for 7 years.

Make sure that you check with Budget Appliance to make sure you can afford their fee. I had Budget Appliance make a simple fridge door repair which took 10-15 minutes at my house in down-town Greeley and the invoice was not itemized. It simply stated labor $95. I called and asked the hourly rate and Russ didnt really give an answer. He just said that was the fee. The good part: he fixed the extremely simple problem. The bad part: I guess they should change their name if they charge that high of a labor rate.

Repair man was out with in a few hours after freezer full of food was out. Helped go through what was in freezer, swept floor before installing new freezer, and took broken freezer and disposed of bad/thawed food without being asked. If anyone deserves 5 stars and a great review it is this company!

The representative was prompt and the repair went well but when requesting a written report of repair refused to comply for warranty claim

Would give 0 if I could. Had a scheduled repair thru Lowe’s and they no showed. Won’t answer their phones.
