Was fine until i got my bill!! Will never go there again believe that

I got $700 in less than a HOUR! Thats right one hour! I did the paystub loan with the lovely Kristie, she had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. After another 30 minutes I was off to Walmart. Christmas was saved by Jackson Hewitt and I am grateful! I must admit the Fees did sound high at first but when Kristie told me of all the great year round service you get with Jackson Hewitt I still firmly believe it to be a amazing deal.

It sucked in could have done better myself

I went in to do the pre tax loan, when I was there it took the lady I was working with over two hours. I opted to not use the Jackson Hewitt card this year. So as I was letting the lady put in my account information. I was like okay cool thank gosh this is over. After waiting two hours I was approved for the loan pretty fast. So I was like okay now wait the 2 to 3 days for my bank It never showed up. So after about 5 days of waiting I went back in to the office, I talked to the supervisor she was amazing. I would recommend her highly. We were talking about what happened. She looked in my file shown that it was approved. But as we dug in to it more. A few numbers from my account were missing. She called to see what she could do. Found out it has to be mailed. I have still been waiting over 2 weeks for this loan. If I didnt need to get new tires on my car I would not be worried about it. I still have yet to receive it. So its just about the waiting game I guess. I would recommend you ask to check your bank info before they finnish it. Now I have have no clue if when I go back in to finnish my taxes if that massive mistake will be able to be fixed. With as much money as they charge to do them, you would think that they would know how to read numbers and not mess up like that.

Was going to H&R Block but was never happy with them, we decided to try Jackson Hewitt this year and Kristie Noya not only actually knew what she was doing, but went out of her way to get us the help we needed...from this day on Kristie gets our business and referrals.2nd tax year Kristie saved us...I may nominate her for Sainthood.

Over 644 in fees for a single w2. Just one! And was not informed of the fees until after the preparation was done. Extremely unprofessional! Save your money use a professional CPA. Not a satisfied customer at all

I always get friendly service and fast. Everytime i had questions they was willing to help, even when it was not there issue.

The main lady at this office is super nice. The company- I will never use again for tax services.
