I love the work that they do and that they help people, but the staff could be a bit more friendly. I was there with a relative and got yelled at. Not at all professional. Staff is very short and very brief with their answers. Looked annoyed by questions. Not sure I will go back..because of the unwelcome manner I was met with

Cant beat their quality, prices, and cheerful customer service

We got snowed in and lost almost 2 weeks of work, making it hard to make ends meet. Not mention but good. When we arrive they provided enough food and basic needs to get us through our needs. Thank you so much.

It has a place for kids to play the staff was a bit off putting but for the most part professional.

I just walked into this organization who is to help people and when theyre down and out I have just recently left a 25 year marriage where I needed some help homeless living in my truck no gas no food no nothing the lady treated me as if I were taking food out of her clothes closet or her mouth actually she was quite large look like she didnt miss a meal herself but sure can kick somebody out because all I said was maam that was rude she says what was that supervisor Jessie was standing there listening to this whole thing and totally took her side as well he obviously doesnt care about the community and where is these dollars going in their refrigerator and their mouth because they dont look like theyre missing much this is absolutely absurd all a actually said was that was rude because she was pissed that I asked her to help me get my Id out .. I think shes is on drugs
