10:19 february 11 I spoke to someone that was unwilling to answer my questions or even attempt to help me. Idk of they were having a bad day or what but it was un acceptable and very unprofessional.. Yoh shouldnt have people getting a free pay check that are unqualified to do a simple job.

Not a fan of still having to stand outside but was giving the greatest customer service I have seen in a long time.

I like it but I feel like they pick and choose who they wanna help

So very important to this and many communities!! They do not judge you regardless your situation or shortcoming and they almost never turn a person or family in need away!! Without them my utilities would be disconnected! Thank you opportunities for being humble and always willing to help!

Great helpful folks. If it was not for them I would be living in my truck. After my whole life was lost to cancer bills. These folks got me off the street and into a low income apt.

I dont understand their very high standards for working singles just trying to make it work.
