The ladies that work here at the OPA in Great Falls are very pleasant and helpful. Ive had to file fair hearings a few times now in regards to the pathways program and my TANF case and the ladies that work at this opa have been more than supportive when it comes to the issues that I was trying to get resolved very helpful and I did get the issues resolved partly thanks to them. So yes I highly recommend this office and talking to the ladies here instead of talking to the ladies at the pathways program about anything thats in regards to TANF or child support....PATHWAYS SUCKS, HOPEFULLY THE STATE WILL FIND A DIFFERENT AVENUE TO UTILIZE FOR THEIR TANF RECIPIENTS.
They serve the people as best they can....They are generally very respectful and on point....
I have been trying to get foodstamps for over a month...there call back system is flawed and useless!
I took my mother here since she couldnt grasp how to apply online. She said the lady who goes out to Choteau was wonderful. I was expecting to have to wait at least an hour. She was finished in about 15 minutes, since my mom had all her paperwork. So, the woman who goes to Choteau is great!
With covid it wasnt really user
This wasnt bad as far as these are kinds of offices go. I know on Wednesday they do expedited service so if you need TANF, if its SNAP or Medicaid or any of their services, be there Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. They open the doors at 7:30, and youll be out of there by 8:00-8:15. However, If you wait until noon to go in there, ... good luck!! Youll be in line all day, and you probably still wont get seen. my advice if youre going to go in there Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday or Friday be there at 7:30 or 7.
Thankful for the help. Closed, but phone communication was effecient
At least the lady at the front desk can pretend to be able to read.
Staff is nice to all clients. Havent had a problem at this office. Nice building.
Being able to apply online at your own convenience is great. But if you need to talk to someone about changes that havent been applied in a week or more.... good luck! You will need ALL DAY and a full battery. I was on the phone from 830am until 1155am when I had to hang up and clock in for work. No time to go into the local office. All I need is to have them process a change report so that my Daughter can get her medicine (submitted 3/31/18).
A wonderful organization, that is so beneficial to those folks that are struggling to make ends meet.
I feel terrible for the wonderful people who work here. They are so underfunded and under staffed that it is litterally impossible to provide good customer service and relations. They are stretched horribly thin. Wait times in person average 4+ hrs. You cannot get through on the phones at all. These people really want to help and stay so resilient in the face of mistreatment from above and from customers.
Very good doctor
Great people. Got my updated done quickly and I was happy.
State helps those who qualify. But the hours and days the do things sucks. Knowledgeable staff
Tiny area for visitors is harsh and uncomfortable. People are nice waiting area needs a total transformation.
Its a post office great people work there
Best experience ever...everyone was so helpful and got greeted with a warm smile.
Got in right when they opened. Finished by 930. Got my assistance approved. Staff was helpful.
I wish their service was a little quicker, but either way very helpful for myself and others in our community.
The front desk was as helpful as she could be.
The wait wasnt to bad it was quiet and the staff were polite.
I arrived a few minutes before they opened. I was greeted warmly when it was my turn, given the paperwork I needed to fill out and the service was excellent.
They really help those who are in need, the people who work there are truly compassionate and caring
To many chiefs and not enough warriors in that building! Nobody wants to do anything more than they can actually hey away with and its always somebody elses fault and always someone elses problem to fix
Constantly getting screwed out of our benefits . Their caseworkers assure us that they have taken care of the issues they create for us and still manage to screw up our case
Acts like clients dont understand paperwork, call interviews are very respectful.
They are very slow and they act like they are so busy and you have to wait 2 hours to get anything accomplished witch is a bunch of BS. 🤔
Pretty Good for a relatively small town
Its ok but needs new location for peopl that have electric wheelchairs.
THEY TRYED TO HELP PEOPLE & THEY HAVE REMOLD INSIDE SO MORE PEOPLE CAN SEE SOME BODY THAT WORKS INSIDE !
This is really rediculas that i still never got my foodstamps
Has to wait for a long time but then the case worker told us we could leave and she took care of everything and got Medicaid re-opened.
If you treat the public servants with respect than they will return it but dare to be a jerk and youll pay by waiting. In a hurry come early.
This is where you go complain When your welfare check late,
Horrible waiting times... Bring a book.
The case workers went above and beyond to help us... Thank You
What can I say they help people.
Provide a decent amount of Help.
Long waits for little info.
Dealing with my case worker for child support over the phone,(trying to get in contact) has been impossible all I ever get is a voice mail and threatening letters, of wage garnishments and license suspensions.
Government at its finest.
The new system DOESNT WORK!!
Fast, friendly, professional.
You can’t even get a hold of them by phone
Very busy expect an average of four hour waits
Good service.
Took HOURS to get seen.
