Our office has had a couple of major crisis over the years, and Amanda and the entire crew of Fisher (formerly Davis), made it possible for us to never even miss a beat. Our clients never even knew that we were bordering on major disaster.Amanda and I literally met on street corner 14 years ago, as she helped me to return a leased copier that the former management of our company had failed to deal with. This was after she never even flinched when I called her on a Friday and said that I needed a copier on Monday. Not a little copier either. She got us lined out with a very nice loaner until we could get what we really needed ordered.When our office flooded from Great Falls only flash flood in history, and all of our equipment was destroyed, the entire crew had a plan in place to help us before I was even able to make the call. Of all the things that I had to worry about that day, I never even worried for a minute about my copier situation.Other companies walk into my office regularly, trying to sell me new equipment, but the relationship that has been built with the Great Falls Fisher Technologies crew over the years is solid. I know that they have my back 24/7 and no other company can match the incredible service.I am always happy to refer Fisher Technologies to anyone that I know might need equipment. I am also very thankful to have gained great friendships over the years. Not everyone can say that about their equipment provider!

The technician Dean is very knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly fixed the issue with our printer and got it up and running in a short amount of time. fisher Technology as a whole is a terrific company with a gret staff and has been services ALL of our copiers for 25 years. I would not go anywhere else!

Thank you to Account Manager, Chad, who came to our rescue on a Saturday afternoon in December with a toner delivery. Fishers Technology not only sells great office products with a professional and responsive service team, but they also give back to the communities they service. Fishers Technology was a generous donor for Quality Life Concepts, a non-profit in Great Falls, MT that serves children and adults with special needs. Fishers offered to print over 100 posters, banners and 500 programs for QLCs annual fundraiser, Vegas in the Falls, saving QLC the cost of doing that themselves. Were proud to have Fishers as a partner and applaud their commitment to their customers.

The sales representatives for this business came into on our business at a very inconvenient time. When informed that we were not interested at this time they proceeded to tell us that our current printers were insufficient and didnt want to take no as an answer. We felt that they were extremely rude and inappropriate.
