I needed someone to come in and clean my living room, hallway, bedroom and stairs. I had an old dog that was having some accidents in the house and needed the carpet cleaned professionally. They came in and cleaned everything and it look and smells fantastic. It is almost like having a new carpet. Everything was done professionally and in a timely fashion. Keep up the good work and I will be back and have you clean them again in the future.

The Chem Dry crew was so professional— attended to business, worked so hard on my two fabric recliners and then later on my four area carpets. I’m happy to have called them. Jonathan, the owner, attended to every detail. I’d highly recommend this service.

We scheduled a time to have our carpets cleaned a week in advance for this afternoon. No one showed. We had already moved all furniture and vacuumed/prepped the carpets to be cleaned. When they finally called back they didn’t offer a reasonable time to reschedule or an apology for their no show. I’ve had my carpets cleaned by previous owners many times but very disappointed by the new owners lack of consideration and professionalism. We ended up calling Pro-Kleen who stepped up for the job and arrived within an hour to clean our carpets.

Did an excellent job. I had other people ask who did it. Very nice people and dependable.

First I was constantly told they would call me back, then never heard from anyone until I left a 2 star review. Then I get a call from the owner apologizing and saying they can get me taken care of- great! I was suppose to have my rug returned today between 3-4pm since I didnt get home from work until 3pm. 4:30pm rolls by and I call to confirm I got my day and time right. Im told they should be there any moment so I go back to waiting. 6pm rolls by and still no show so I called again. I was told I would receive a call back once again from either her or the driver but its been 30 minutes and nothing from either.Really frustrated because the first woman I spoke to sounded like she was upset I called in the first place and had a nasty tone, then the second woman didnt seem to know what was going on- which was the problem when I first tried to make my appointment back at the beginning of the month!I understand that the business is under new ownership and there are some kinks to work out, but this is getting ridiculous!

Ive had Chem Dry cleaning my carpets for a lot of years now. They are always professional, friendly and explain what they did for some stains, etc. Carpets look like new each time and at a reasonable cost as well. I might mention too when I call the office to set up appointments each year, I always hear a smile on the other end of the phone. I like this company and very pleased with their work. Highly recommend them to others.
