After our basement flooded, we called ServePro to remove the water and cleanup. They were at our house within an hour and got the job done quickly. Josh was amazing to work with and was attentive to all of our needs. While they may be a little pricey compared to other companies, their work is done properly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water damage cleanup.

Had a fish tank over flow in my bedroom at night of course. 50 gallons of saltwater ruined my bedroom floor and then flowed on down into my garage and ruined the garage ceiling. With in 12 Hours ServePro was onsite cleaning up the water, taking out the bedroom floor and removing the garage ceiling and all insultation. This was not an easy project and i appreciate all of the hard work that Shawn Moyer, Josh Forrest, and Josh Witt put into it to get it dried up.Thank you all again for your amazing work.

My grandmother called them to clean some stuff up at her rental house next door as the previous tenants didnt leave it in that great of shape. Servpro sent out their best employees, Josh Wittenberg, Josh Forrest, Mike May, and Jeremy Boone. They literally went above and beyond what was expected or what was asked of them. My rental property in Great Falls had a pipe freeze and burst this winter. Brandon and the Servpro guys were great to work with and did an outstanding job of taking care of everything from calling a plumber to repair the pipes, keeping our insurance adjuster informed, and making sure that the house was dried out quickly. They also did an excellent job of communicating with me and the tenants to keep us all informed every step of the way which was very helpful since we live out of state!

Professional, ontime and polite!

I just called to ask them if required by law to have liscenced professionals clean up after human body decomposes for a week. Is smell toxic to neighbors? Waiting for call back . And how do I get smell out of my apartment since I live next door.
