I came there and Alexa took care of me. I told her I wanted to grow my hair longer, so she simply trimmed it up and charged me accordingly. Fast, fair and very professional. I stopped in a couple days ago and she was off, but there were 6 guys waiting. I have never walked into a hair salon anywhere and saw that many people willing to wait. Says a lot about their overall quality of service.Edit: Yeah so I woke up yesterday and looked at myself in the mirror and said Whos this clown!? So today I ran back to Alexa and pleaded her help. She did an amazing job! Especially since the pic had her cracking up.

This place is awesome. A lot of the other haircut places in town have shut down oh, so I decided to give this one a shot today. The gals cutting hair are very polite, and did a great job.I had a nice conversation with the woman cutting my hair, but that didnt matter because she had a TV nearby with a World War II movie playing. So even if she wasnt a good conversationalist, I still would have been entertained.Got to check the place out.

Absolute 0 organization. Waste of time. Didn’t even make it to the chair. They were to busy talking not enough cutting. Person in front of me was able to skip the wait because he complained. This was my 2nd time trying to get a haircut at this place. Never again.

Been here a couple times. Terrible service. They are rude, condescending, and their wait times are ridiculously long. The final straw was when I was placed on the wait list and I came back after 1.45 mins (when the lady told me to come back). The same lady then informed me “I took you off the list, you’ve been on there a long time.” I was speechless at how rude she was about it. There are better places to go in Great Falls. Don’t waste your time here!

Walked in for a haircut since there is no way to book ahead online. They told me “it’ll be a short little while.” After 45 minutes of waiting, and every single person that came in after me getting serviced, I started to realize I wouldn’t go. You have to CALL AHEAD!! If you walk in you will get bumped lower and lower by everyone else. There is no care for walk in customers. I asked when I might go and they said not for a long time. Wish I had that time back

Good service. This is where Montanan’s get their hair cut. Shop could adopt more cleanliness practices. Loud children might be running around the play area. Best prices.

Took my brother here to get a taper on his curly hair. Sarah did pretty good and he likes his new haircut. They have a few tvs here and there and an arcade game (they also have pool and basketball but I assume those are unavailable due to covid). would come here again

Called and made an appointment 2 hours ahead of time. Went there on time and waited for an hour before they said I wasn’t on the list and still had 5 people ahead of me. No courtesy at all and obviously don’t know how to use a paper and pencil while they’re making reservations on the phone.

A great Barbershop to go to.I just walked in and was surprised they had an opening do to the current epidemic. A lovely lady by the name of Alexa greated me, signed me in, walked me to the cutting station, and come to find out... she was my barber too.It was a quick cut that i needed. I was in town from California, where all Barbershops and salons were closed for a second time, for my moms memorial.Not gonna get into that subjust but Alexa heard my story and gave lots of love and sympathy for what inwas going through. She listened to everything i was saying. An amazing listener.When things settle down and hopefully i go back to my step-dads place in Montana. I hope to travel into the city of Great Falls and book an Appointment with Alexa...Much Mahalos.Ryan

I’ll tell you right now I’m a person that reads all the 1 star reviews and then the rest when making my decision for places on google. I can honestly say that the people who gave one star must have gone a way diffrent time, or if they were on drugs. After reading the reviews I picked this shop to get cut up for 2 reasons. 1. Overall the reviews pros and cons weighed higher than most shops. 2. I have three energetic kids, and they have cool activities.Back to the cut. My barber was very polite and accommodating. I went in early so there was no wait. I got a razor fade with a 2 on top and a line up. She was easy on the head with the razor and her clippers were smooth. She wasn’t very talkative but neither am I. That however was completely fine since girl cutting in the next chair was a very interactive barber. I’m happy to say that I haven’t been cut up this good in almost the two years I moved back from Montana. I will never go to another shop in great falls.I cannot honestly think of any cons in my experience. I got scared at one point in the cut but trusted my barber and she had her plan what to do, because like I said best, smoothest, and the nicest fade I’ve gotten in two years.

Blonde hair Lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. I caught something because the next day my forehead broke out in some kind of barbers rash. Im not sure if I just came on bad time when everyone was upset, but hands down the worse service I have ever experienced.

Fun! Smart!Two words to describe this place. The owners have took not only adults but also kids into consideration while receiving hair cuts. Anywhere you go in town there is sure to be wait. But The man shop makes it worth the wait. The hairs cuts we have received have always been great. Customer service seems to be important. Always greeted with a smile. I personally have kids and when your are waiting even for 10 minutes with nothing to do with kids can seem like an eternity, but not here. They have a pool table which can be fun even for adults all we are missing is a beer but hey.. cant be perfect. The kids also enjoy the arcade game up to 2 players very convenient with 3 boys. Then a mini basketball court and a hockey Foosball table game. People have options that can kill time and not have to wait in an eerie silence. Very happy. prices are competitive with other shops in town maybe a buck or two more but, with atmosphere it compensates for cost and makes it worth it.I definitely recommend this establishment.

So I dont remember the name of my stylist but she was great. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was greeted right away when I came In. They were also quick to answer the phone. My hair looks great and my fiance is thrilled. I have already recommended this place to my friends and I will continue to do so. Keep it up.

I went into this place today around 10.15am i was told that a couple people were ahead of me. I watched 6 people (that werent there when i arrived) get ushered in to get a haircut. Then people started getting told of a 45 min wait. At 11.15am i finally had enough and i left. I will never be back

We had a great experiance. I called about a half hour before they closed to get 4 hair cuts. There were 3 ahead of us when we showed up and they werent able to start us until closing time. They had no issues staying late to get the job done. Not to mention they were great with the kids. We really enjoyed our experiance.

A bit over priced to do exactly what I would do at home. $35 for them to clean up his neck (which takes 10 seconds and some clippers) and do light thinning in his already short hair.But they were really nice!

I will not go back. These women cannot do a fade to save their lives. I love the conceptof the place but the owner needs to get real talented barbers in there and get these strait outta beauty school ladys outta there.Terrible haircut. I walked outta there feeling like a waiter spit in my food! If you dont care about a choppy butchered haircut then by all means they can do that for you.

Workers are extremely rude and talked about customers after they left the store. When I got my haircut she did not seem professional and rushed through my haircut. I wouldn’t advise going to this place. Be careful, after you leave they might talk about how many times you’ve come in there and how “ugly” you are after you leave. I had higher expectations but the employees are moody, have an attitude and a short temper. I will never be returning.

My go to place for haircuts!! Has been since they opened. I go weekly be people these ladies are amazing!!

Hadn’t ever had a bad expirence here. I use in dire need of a haircut so I thought I could rely on this place. So I ask for my usual a fade on the sides and a little trim on top. When the top gets trimmed she cuts off an inch and a half. And typically a trim is less than an inch. Will not be going here anymore.

If you want your hair faded don’t go here. Showed the lady a picture of how I got my haircut prior, which is just a basic skin fade and she waits to tell me until after the cut she can’t do a skin fade only a few ladies there can. Currently going to get it fixed. This is also on top of an uneven trim up top. Save yourself the time and $16 don’t go here
