The staff here is awesome. Everytime I step into the salon Im greeted and checked in. The manager cut my hair last time and we had great conversation! I also buy some of their hair product because I havent found something that holds all day with the very opinionated hair I have.I will be back! And I appreciate you!.

Youd better have an appointment with someone good. Dont walk in expecting a good haircut. Went there recently and was BUTCHERED. And its the most expensive place Ive seen in town. $26 for a terrible mens haircut is unacceptable. I had to immediately go elsewhere, paying for ANOTHER haircut, so they could somewhat fix what Regis did to me. Three weeks later my hair still looks like my 9 yr-old sister cut if for me. Giving 2 stars because I have received a decent cut there in the past. Still ridiculously overpriced. They are nowhere NEAR as good as Studio Montage (not even in the same league) yet they charge more.

So I come to the Salon at 4:59pm. I asked for a haircut Kelly said Im sorry I have one haircut at five and looks at me like Im not sure what that was. Was it a no or what? I said what time do you close she said 6p? I said does it take an hour for a haircut? Kelly said no, but we are closing at 6 and Im the only one here and I have to clean up and so on. Weird my haircut is about 15 minutes max. I told her okay Ill be contacting corporate. I felt like I was being refused services based on whatever. I am so disappointed and I will never be back here. I feel it could have been handled more professionally.

This salon is hit or miss. My husband and I get the same hair style every few months and the quality of our cuts always varies. Today, my cut turned out good (although one side’s half an inch longer than the other), but my husband’s (which is pretty easy to do) was awful. He had to have someone touch up on it twice and it still doesn’t look like it was professionally done. He could’ve gotten the same haircut elsewhere for half the price.

I have had two good hair cuts at this salon. My second time however, I was not happy with my haircut so they got a second hair dresser to fix it up with no extra cost. Its still not exactly the haircut I was looking for but Im fairly happy with it.

Skylar cut my sons hair, and she was super patient with him. Being toddler age he can get very restless. She was understanding with a more complicated toddler haircut. She is super knowledgeable, and cares about the long term care for your hair so you have results long after you leave the salon! Id recommend anyone to see her!

Where do I start...I made an appointment with Kiera to get a cut and color. When I sat down we talked about what I wanted and she OFFERED me a quote which was 130, I agreed. After I was done she tried to charge me 150! Not much different but why offer the quote if your not going to charge that amount?! I kept saying thats not what you quoted me and she acted like she didnt know what I was talking about. She charged me the amount quoted but let me know that it wasnt the actual price and she was reducing it for me WHY DID YOU QUOTE ME THAT PRICE THEN?! It was embarrassing because she made me look like I was talking her down, which I wasnt. Then to top it off I had to get the cut fixed the next day at GREAT CLIPS! I wont be going back and neither will anyone I know. Business lost because all she cared about was her comission. Not to mention she gave me the worst haircut Ive ever had.

Absolutely awful experience and customer service! Did not schedule an appointment and walked-in 10 minutes prior to 1000. One lady had an appt and the rep took care of her. Checked in with the other rep and said to return in 30 minutes, even though she was available!? Sat back down on the bench and then was taken back 20 minutes later. Quick wash with no towel underneath my neck hitting the ice cold sink. Entire time both hairdressers mocked walkin customers inquiring on hair dye price, products, and how great customer service skills they have for how little sleep they had. Thankfully my hair trimmed was fine. Rep did not straighten my hair thoroughly and still had waves and restraightened once I got home. Total cost $44. Sad how they treat potential clients, will not come back again!

I had a pixie cut done 2 weeks ago and dyed it. Darker brown highlights. The lady doing my hair told me that my hair looks better long. And it is ugly short. It was my decision not hers! I liked it I am never going bad terrible service.

If you’re wanting to get bangs, don’t go to Regis. I went there last year and left with practically a mullet. She cut my bands so thick and so far back that i looked ridiculous. The other workers kept looking back while she was cutting and now I know why. It’s been almost a year and my hair still hasn’t grown back completely. I am having to tuck it behind my ears because it is so noticeably shorter than the rest of my hair. Worst service ever.

Gabby saved my hair! I went to a different salon yesterday and the girl really messed my haircut up so I left and called Regis and they were able to get me in within 20 minutes. When I got there Gabby took her time looking at my messed up haircut and talked to me about different options we had to fix it. She ended up cutting it so that you cant even see where the other stylist messed up and she even styled my hair for me. She was very professional and polite. Im so thankful she could take such a horrible cut and fix it for me in no time. I will definitely be returning.

Do not go here for a mens cut lol. I asked for a simple fade and got buzzed the only bangs I have left are the 5 hairs she managed to miss with the buzzer. And what would normally cost 15 was 29 lol for a buzz! Cute girl though. Smh

Nice people but dont follow directions on how a girl want her hair. Need training on layering and what one inche off means. My daughters hair was to her butt after the gal was done it was uneven and to her shoulders. I had to fix it when we got home.

My hair was very uneven and rough looking with lots of damaged ends. I saw Sara and she was fantastic! Great prices with very experienced and friendly staff. I received a shampoo and cut, and Sara even curled my new bob cut for me. I made a last minute decision to go here because I was in desperate need of a cut and Im so glad I did. I will be returning again!

Some people really like this place but i took my gf and we spent 13.5 hours over two days and $300 and still never got cloae to the hair color and style she wanted. People were nice thats the 2nd star.

Sarah was a joy to work with. She has many years of experience and my blonde turned out perfect.
