It took us a while to get a serviceman out since we live in a smallish town with no Sears store but when the man finally came to us, he was knowledgeable, answered questions with good tips and excellent information. I appreciate that he wasnt rushed and took his time and was very polite especially since he had to drive over 100 miles to get to us. He even called personally to give us an ETA and waited for my husband to leave work to meet him! I am very pleased as I was, I admit, skeptical our issue would be resolved - but it was! Thank you, Sears Service Team!!!
Whenever I Call they never have the part I need so I end up having to Amazon it and I can get it cheaper from Amazon and faster than I can ordering it through them
Ive used sears remote tractor service for years and found the experience to be exemplary. The techs are friendly, timely, and efficient. In my own words, I find this to be cheap insurance to keep my older tractor in good running shape!
The tech was reluctant to do more than replace part even though I have a service plan like clean trap and oil or clean anything that he might need to do since he was here. He did a great job on repair even though he had to schedule twice because parts werent here. I do love my machine

Would not come out to fix my refrigerator. Said they didnt have anyone that could come out for a month. Why do they even advertise in Great Falls? Crazy!
Serviceman came out before Christmas and ordered parts. He set a new appointment for December 27. Then I get an email saying Sears had changed the appointment to January 3. I called to change the appointment and it was changed to January 5. At the time I changed the appointment, I was told it had been changed from December 27 because the parts would not delivered by December 27. They were actually all delivered by December 23, but I had to wait an extra 12 to have my refrigerator repaired. The repair went fine, but we discovered 3 days later that the repairman had forgotten to turn on the icemaker. I do not blame the serviceman for the rating. I blame Sears Appliance Repair. I have had the refrigerator almost 5 years and it has been replaced once and it continues to have the same problem that has required 5 or 6 repair calls. They refuse to replace the refrigerator and they have not fixed the refrigerator problem. We shall see if they have repaired it this time.
Technician was efficient and got the repair done quickly. However, I do not recommend the Sears appointment or scheduling service. My small combo washer/dryer had developed a leak under the front left corner of the washer. Since this was the same problem that occurred five years ago I knew which parts would be needed to make the repair. When I called to make the initial appointment, I gave the person making the appointment the name and part number of the three parts that would be needed. This information was never relayed to the technician, nor was I informed that these parts would have to be ordered and delivered to me ahead of the appointment. So, I had to wait an additional two weeks to get my washer repaired and the technician had to make an additional trip to do the repair. Although I would rate the technician highly, I would not recommend the Sears Appliance Repair Company appointment or scheduling service.
I bought a maintenance agreement for my Kenmore front load washing machine and dryer. It includes yearly cleaning. Dave came to do the cleaning of the machines and did a thorough job. He was very personable and answered all my questions.
Another repairman had come out and had no idea what was wrong. This time, this repairman knew exactly what caused the problem and had it fixed in a short time. Thank you. It is so nice to have a washer that works correctly.
Service Technician unable to duplicate problem on our Samsung Washer during his hour-long visit. He claimed the washer was functioning properly. However, when we tried to run a small load of towels through the washer after he left, the washer stopped at 15 minutes in the Normal Cycle with water continuously running into the machine for 20 minutes. The only way to stop the water was to unplug the washer. We called the Sears Service Department and explained the problem. We were told the Service Technician would be routed back to our property that afternoon. He never returned. We called the Sears Service Department the following day and was told the soonest they could dispatch a Service Technician to our property was ten days ... NOT IMPRESSED!
My first appointment had to be rescheduled for 10-days out from its current 2 week out appointment. However, when the tech arrived, he was efficient, identified the problem with my dryer and replaced the parts with supplies from the truck. I am giving a 4-star only becuase of the delay in my scheduled appointment. The technicians service would rate a 5 star otherwise.
It cost close to $500 to fix two things on our fridge and one thing is still broken, although it is still under warranty so they are going to try to repair it again. The service was great, Im just disgruntled that a four year old $1,800 fridge has been breaking down. The ice maker has broken twice in four years.

This has been miserable!!!! We had purchased an extended warranty, and when our washer broke down in December we have had nothing but trouble - the service man said it was unrepairable but didnt fill his paperwork right or follow the rules & we had to start this process all over again! The washer is still in the middle of laundry room & the Sears man didnt even show up - he called us 2 hours after he was scheduled to show up & said he knows it cant be fixed & they should be calling us to replace it, we then received a call that we still need more service calls - how !?! The service man wont come look at the washer again! Very Frustrated!!!!!!!! And no one seems to want to help us - there was one lady but havent heard from her again...
Great service this guy fixed stuff that the repair man a month ago should have was on time and got it fixed right the first. Time
