Back with Verizon for a few years now, initially avoided this store due to experiences in past with not so good authorized retailers, however needed phone quickly a while back for my company and was pleased. Returned this past week to upgrade family phones, 3 of them, and was very pleased with the service again, Michael Espinosa was great to work with and very informative. Go see Michael if you need an upgrade!
Today a S21 Ultra was purchased. Concerns about the wireless charging, a car outlet adapter, and wall adapter had caused a lot of doubt about an upgrade purchase due to a broken S10 model.However, Megan at the Great Bend Verizon store had the item previously out of stock at two Best Buy stores. More importantly, Megan identified all the needed accessories, provided thorough details which addressed all concern and removed doubts. Megan saved me another trip to Wichita for another phone search.Cant adequately say how grateful i am for Megans help today; it was priceless assistance. Couldnt have been better.
We went in to the Great Bend location to get our family a cell plan and we were helped by Megan. She is Aaaaaa-MAZING!!! She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She even gave us a follow up call to make sure we were happy with our purchase. She really knows the meaning of customer service. Thank you Megan!!!
Ive had to visit the actual store a second time.. just like before all my problems we resolved in under 10 min . Dont waist your time with support online if you can spare the few minutes to stop at the physical location . And whatever you do dont seek out the reps at walmart if you value your time even slightly. After weeks of trying to undo what the walmart rep did to our accounts the physical location fixed it with no bs and promptly. I dont even like Verizon as a company but if I could give this location a bonus star I would
Lousy service did not offer help completely disinterested in the problem. Im considering cancelling Verizon after 20 years the dont deserve my business
This is an authorized dealer. Not Verizon Company Store. Their merchandise costs more. The staff knows what they are doing but they are rude and demeaning. I felt descriminated against because of my age, 58.

I just dont like Verizon. Every time I walk in that store.only three employees were there. and people were buying phones, and all I wanted to do is pay Gordan Carson bill. He can go into that place, and pay his own bill. Customers are so Rude. I cant even get a break.

Had an issue with my phone. Associate ran the phone thru a number of checks and found the problem.. I had to call Verizon and a new phone will be sent to me free. Only one associate working in the store when I was there. And the wait line was backing up.
I loved the service. My representative was amazing on telling me every detail I needed to know. Help me understand my plan. And accommodated everything I needed to accommodate in my plan.
Went in 3x and didnt have good service then the last sales representative finally knew what he was doing and was able to get me a new phone. You might want to take a drive to visit another sales store.

Jerad Powell was exceptional with helping me with choices on the phones. He did everything to get me going from set up to my Bluetooth in my car.. Was a great visit at this store..

And has been since day one.He has took time out of his own time, and given me assistance in my problems with my phone and no matter what the problem is I have, he is such a great help with a positive attitude.I would recommend Chris to anyone.Had it have been for Chris, I would’ve left Verizon long ago!
If you have any issues with service, phone, insurance, ect you better go in to the Great Bend location and speak to store manager Ron. The customer service he has given was over and beyond what any other agent would ever do. Keeping in touch with the customer every step of the way and having a wide range of knowledge of the services and giving multiple options made him very dependable. Because of the amazing service he offered we will continue to be loyal customers to Verizon. Thanks for being awesome Ron!
We had a positive experience tonight when upgrading our old phone. Jeremie at the great bend store laid out all our options with no pressure. He was patient when we were indecisive. Great job. Dad will love his new phone

EXCELLENT experience. Dropped my 4-year old i-Phone Friday afternoon, so went to the GB Verizon store at 9 SAT morning and with expert help from Eli, had a new phone with everything working and all photos and contacts in tact in less than one hour! Thank you!!!

The customer service sucks! They always push you to somewhere else when they are more then capable to take care of the situation. It is places like this that turn customers away from businesses. Verizon needs to shut this place down, absolute worst place I have been to while dealing with Verizon. Recommend not wasting your time just go somewhere else or call Verizon directly.
I have worked with Chris Landrum in the past and he was always very helpful. He was not available today when I went in to see about buyout plans for my old phone. Blaise Cain helped me today and was very helpful and straightforward. I love the service I get at this location and would recommend Blaise to anyone!

Phone dying quickly and not charging, took it here in GB and Chris said it was the charger and sold me a $35 charger...no change in performance. Took it back today and girl said it was the charging port and that there was nothing they could do. I called Verizon, my $700 phone has insurance and is only a year old...girl at store did not even check. I will never go back to this store...replacement phone on the way.

Really long wait times when at store site for assistance. However once your up its a good experience nice friendly service but only kinda helpful, depending on your need.

Dislike how there is no information on the phones. Phones are lined up without saying which phone it is or have any info like processor, camera mega pixel, phone features ect. Asked about the new quad dac and had to google it myself. No point of having a brick and mortar store if i have to use the internet or wait on a rep to bring up features. I could have just stayed home and bought online.

Every single time ive gotten a new phone, I have never been able to get my music to transfer over, so then I spend about four hours redownloading all of my music, but thanks to Ron, all of my music was transferred and now Im able to get on with my day
