Easy to get and the tech I think his name was Jake was super nice and very professional. Made sure he cleaned up his mess even tho I told him it was fine Id do He insisted he made the mess it was only fair he cleaned it up . Thank you it was nice to have something flow right when Life had been not so right lately .. one thing that goes right is a win for the day !!!

Their cell service value is lower than other providers. You pay more for less. If the service was better than other providers I would understand. The customer service definitely was not worth the extra money. They want you to spend quite a bit on phones. They dont know the specs of the phones, and they dont have that information available. I had to search the info on my phone. Why would I pay more for service and a phone, if you cant even provide all the information on what Im buying? Lost a potential customer with your lack of customer service and information.

My Husbands service is through nex-Tech and the areas of coverage seem to be better than previous carriers. He drives over the road and it makes a big difference.

I currently live in Kansas City and my iPhone stopped working. My dad went in to ask the lady to explain to me (over the phone) the process of doing an insurance claim and she refused to talk to me and said she can not help over the phone and said I can call hays or my dad can call and gave him a number. She was SO rude and loud when my dad had asked a simple question. Thanks Nex-Tech WIRELESS for being way more kind and helpful.

Excellent customer service at this location! I recently went in to inquire about new phone service and they were very helpful in the transition! Ive had their internet for years and have always had very prompt service from the techs whenever Ive had an issue.

I almost greatly considered returning to Nex-Tech Wireless internet, but they also reminded me of the billing issue we had last time we had their service. This is the only company that I have ever dealt with that gave me issues when trying to pay my bill and somehow we ended up in a mess. Now, (years later), they are trying to charge me an extra $100.00 to install internet again. Additionally, someone at the Help desk told me how much I paid for my old plan, (an easy $35.00), and the customer service rep told me my bill would be a little over $50.00? Questionable. I understand they have to take in consideration the risk of a customer, but It made me realize I also have to take into consideration the risk of another billing issue, low quality customer service, and adequate Internet. At this point I felt I should go else where. I should not feel like I should be approved to use internet and I should approve someone to take money from me that I did not feel equal to. I hope everyone else has better experience than I did and enjoys their Internet, or really takes into consideration what they sign up for.

Service has been fine, but the lifeline program ends this month.I went to nextech specifically to be on lifeline, and was told that the plan wasGoing to be kept in effect.If you have ever been on lifeline, you know the program is always a little shakey.I paid 51$ to switch from the company iHad (AT&T), and now have been able to use nextech for only a few months, before receiving the news that i could stay and spend an extra 130$, and pay higher rates, or leave.Thats not fair. I want my 51$ back.

Do not use them for computer service or equipment. Way overpriced and technicians dont seem to know what they are doing. They will also cheat you. They lied to me about the details of the contract. Very unethical.

Bad service...their cell coverage is lacking and their wireless internet has horribly slow speeds compared to competitors. Wouldnt recommend.
