Great work and customer service! We took our old horse trailer in to get it safe for traveling, and they evaluated it and got it all done! Accurate and reasonable estimate and prompt service. Vincent and all the staff were great help in getting it all done. Highly recommend!

I have dealt with this company a few times. They were always helpful and fast with tire issues, fixing/replacing a sensor and repairing a flat(nail in tire). They also were very reasonable with renting a trailer when I needed one.

I went to Sierra Tire with a tire that had a slow leak from the time I bought the truck a few weeks ago. It was a big hassle with the dealer and insurance for me and Sierra Tire doesnt work with third parties (understandable). They went above and beyond to help me out, plugged the tire for me while I waited for no charge and sent me on my way. Everyone was so nice. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them.

Joe is amazing! Came in to get a flat fixed and ask some questions about a recently installed hitch by Les Scwab. Turns out I was OVER CHARGED by more than double what it would have cost if I had it done at Sierra Tire & Trailer. Do NOT get anything done at Les Schwab before calling Joe first.

So kind and helpful! I got a flat tire, and even though I was a little bit away they made sure to stay open until I got there. They were honest, professional, efficient, and friendly.

Absolutely amazing experience! Garrett is such a great guy and so helpful as well! I went in for two tires, expecting them to try to sell me something I didn’t need and pay a hefty amount because I’m a female but I left with two new tires at a VERY decent price and feeling as if I got treated with such respect I could have been the guys sister. It was truly a wonderful customer experience all around. They even remolded the inside of the office/waiting lobby and it LOOKS SO FRESH AND AMAZING. All around perfect spot to go to if you need tires and support your locally owned and operated business. Very well done.

Amazing Company! Stranded at Bullards Bar Lake with a flat trailer tire... First call went to Ryan at Sierra Tire and Trailer. One reason, it was after five on a Saturday and they were OPEN!! Fortunately, they had a matching tire they were able to personally deliver to us at the lake. Ryan came with Vince and within minutes had us ready to roll. Cant say enough about their customer service and especially on a Saturday night. They drove at least 40 minutes one way to deliver our tire!! Two great business men we were happy to meet and so grateful they were there to help. Thanks so much guys!! Highly recommended by Billy and Julie!

Great Service! they repaired my tire within minutes ... and were the only open shop in the area that is open on Sundays.

Vincent and the team were great when we needed new tires for our RV. The price was competitive and they started the work right away. I was missing a bearing dust cover on one of the wheels, so they checked with a couple of local sourced but couldnt find it. However, they were able to find it online and gave me the information. I would highly recommend.

I came into Sierra Tire the eve of Thanksgiving and the crew here stayed two hours after they were closed to get my tires changed when they heard my situation. Thank you Sierra Tire, and thank you Ryan especially, for being so caring and driving me to and from my mother’s apartment to take care of her. This guy went out of his way and drove his own vehicle to help me get home to take care of my dying mother during a snowstorm. Ryan deserves a raise/promotion/medal. Good guys here. This place is awesome. I was in town for work for one day and got a flat. A large screw went through my sidewall, so no repairs could be done. I have all wheel drive so I couldnt buy just one tire and they did not have any used ones in my size. I went to two other shops before I went there and the other shops seemed annoyed that I just wanted one tire to get home. Not this place, they were so helpful. They discussed options with me, as opposed to trying to sell me 4 new tires and they even checked the spare that I put on with a torque wrench to make sure I would be safe driving back over I80 to Reno. The spare was in dire need of some torque. He didnt have to do that, he could have been like the other two places and said, cant help you ..if you ever need tires or service in this neck of the woods, go here, this place is honest and old fashioned in a good way. Vince and his crew are AMAZING!!! When I stopped in to get air in my tires (the gas stations in town have damaged or defective air pumps) he noticed a nail in my tire. Vince saved me big time by offering to repair it same day and saved me a long drive to Roseville. He’s also the only tire center in the county open on Sunday. His kindness, generosity and excellent service made my day. Thank you Vince!!

After calling around to multiple places for a quote on four tires. Sierra Tires customer service was head and shoulders above other places I called. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. The guys at Sierra Tires were great. I would recommend Sierra Tires to anyone needing tire work done.

Sierra Tire & Trailer Center was amazing when I discovered my tire was flat! They saw me immediately, assessed my car, and gave me a great deal. This was all while every other tire center in the area had a 3 hour wait. Thoroughly impressed and would recommend them to anyone with immediate tire needs.

I saw them yesterday and they were great. I was in and out in about half an hour with a new tire. They are the only tire place that I know of open on Sunday, but I think this caused me to find good mechanics. They did the best they could price wise for me and alerted me to issues coming up with my car that I kind of knew, so it felt legit. I will go back, they were super.

These guys do great work. They fixed the mess-up that Uhaul did in my hitch wiring installation. It makes sense now why Uhaul is the cheapest option for hitches. Better off paying more and letting these guys do much better work.

Super Service and put us safely back on the road on a Sunday. While traveling back to the Bay area one of the vehicles in our caravan was forcing itself to one direction while driving down the steep downgrades. Upon stopping at a rest stop we found the steel was worn through on one front tire and balding on the other. We suspected something was not done right on the alignment we had done just prior to the road trip. Sierra tire was the closest tire shop that was open on Sunday that had the needed size and was able to perform an alignment. When we called to confirm they were super nice and assured us that if we brought it to them they would get started on it immediately and get us back on the road. We showed up and they were true to their word. They inmediately lifted the vehicle and went to work. They also confirmed our belief that the previous mechanics had made a fairly severe error and did not tighten the nut on the tire rod. They documented this for me on our service resport which led to the other shop reimbursing me for the entire cost for repair. Their prices were more than fair for 4 tires and an alignment. I think the other shop choked on the phone when I told them what I got everything out the door for. Thanks Sierra! Keep up the awesome work and taking care of your customers!

What a team of mechanics... I called Les Schwab and they told me 1.5 hour wait for my screw in tire repair... glad I found these guys. I went over and they took care of it in 10 minutes.I even called before I came, and Vince told me to just make sure I got here before they close. The anti-corporate tire/mechanic shop.The place is sparking clean and you can tell these guys take pride in their work. Will be returning here again next time I have work to get done.

Horibale service sent my wife there to patch a tire, they wouldnt even look at the tire. Then they proceeded to tell her that she had drove on the flat tire when she did not, I had came out in the morning noticed the tire was flat so I changed it out with the spare immediately. Then they said she needed all new tires
