Had to be the best uhaul rental or any rental for that matter. I was in and out in 15 mins on pick up and return of the equipment. Staff was amazing and the location had many selections of vehicles and trailers. On pickup and return the guys the had me hooked up and unhooked in mins.Kudos to the whole operation,Rc

Wanda, Ryan, and Vince helped me get an auto hauler for an Audi that I bought in Reno while I was on vacation. They were very friendly and respectful. I believe it was Vince who noticed my bent rim on my truck. Could of easily balanced it to make a quick buck but told me it was bent which shows their level on honesty. Thanks guys!

We called in the rental from home told them we needed a truck with equipment to roll a piano onto it. We were given a truck with no ramp & no refund? Seriously?

BEWARE!!! This is the worst run, unprofessional business. They set up my vehicle improperly which caused an accident. Of course I called for people to help but because I didnt call THEM (who on earth?) they refused to refund me. I have filed claims with my credit card company and reported this to Uhaul corp but this office doesnt seem to care. Bad business practice. When the help came to us during this accident the toy man said wow, I cannot believe they allowed you to take this trailer, and I cannot believe they didnt even set it up properly What a horrible place. I hope no one has to go through what I did

Not only were they open on Sunday which no tire places are they went above and beyond to help me in my time of me

Great staff and very accommodating! Another U-Haul location messed up my hitch installation and these guys fixed it.They don’t install U-Haul parts for that reason and I’d encourage anyone to use these guys (at Sierra Trailer) to do your hitch installation instead (even if it’s more pricey)

The staff was extremely friendly and professional! We were able to get our truck quickly and they were very helpful on the phone with any questions we had. I highly recommend them!

If the prior renter of a reserved truck has not returned it yet, maybe call and let people know, so they do not waste there time driving here.

We rented from Midwest and moved to nor cal. This place was the location to drop off our rental and the manager tried to nickel and dime us for things that wasnt our fault, such as dropping off 4hrs late because the trailer from u-haul had a tear in the tire and that took us a whole day to get fixed which delayed our move. The manager didnt care even though it was listed in the rental to waive late fee. He also wanted us to fill the truck with gas for more than what was given to us. Tank clearly shows what was given at time of rental But He said We were short by a few gallons and was going to charge us. We had to call corporate and they then told him to remove charges. The whole ordeal wasted over an hour of my time and I left feeling like I never will do business with them again.

Horrible service. First they had the reservation time wrong and would not give me a full 24 hours, then they claimed my big one ton Dodge truck would not tow the small car trailer, I have rented from uhall befibe with no issues.

Renters be aware of the gas tank meter, every time weve rented there the gas meter showed more than on the contract.

I hope the owners of this Uhaul do whatever it takes to keep those two guys who worked there when I recently moved. I had to make a few different trips, and ended up renting a big moving truck, a van the next week and then a regular pick-up truck at the end of my move, the week after that. These two young men took excellent care of me, made my Uhaul experience much better than any previous one, and they raised my standards and expectations of Uhaul. I had used a different Uhaul six months ago when I moved to this area, and have used Uhaul throughout the years, as well as your competitors. This Uhaul, on Main Street in Grass Valley, is the best, by far, and its because of the service I received from those two employees.

Great service, great truck, no monkey business in the bill, no hidden fees, truck was ready on time, answered all my questions, everything perfect. Will certainly come again if ever on need of a truck for moving

Called to check a price was on hold for 20 minutes guy never came back to the phone. Called back left message never got a call back. I went into town to see if they had the wardrobe boxes I needed. They did but apparently you have to ask for the wardrobe rods that are supposed to come with them. Sooo back into town to get them. Very apathetic about customer service.

Horrible experience! brought trailer in for new bearings they told me it needed a new axle got new axle new tires brand new tires wore three trips on the road brought back was vandalized during power outage... And no compensation! And thats just the skinny of it!
