Our family has used their monthly service for several years, and cant say enough good things about our Service Tech, Matt. We initially called asking to spray for ants and spiders, but Matt is always available to defend our home from other pests of the forest. They take extra precautions in our home if they need to enter (shoe covers and a mask). Very importantly, they seem to be wonderful people who treat customers more than fairly. We are happy to do business with such a great company and really appreciate the work Matt and team provide. If you have a pest problem, just call them! You wont regret it.

Taylor is the technician that services our home. We have been using Economy Pest for many years. We are very satisfied with their services. Yesterday we noticed a few ants in the kitchen area. We called the main office and they informed us that Taylor would be coming to our house the next day. Taylor arrived the next day right on time. Start to finish, Economy Pest Control provided a perfect service experience. I cold-called as a new customer over the weekend and left a voicemail. First thing Monday morning I got a call back and they scheduled me same day. The onsite service person phoned ahead, as requested. He was experienced with yellow jackets, answered all my questions, and left me with the situation handled and a game plan moving forward. Really appreciate EPCs easy online payment methods and paperless invoicing. Such a relief to now know who to call.

I cant remember his name, but the guy I talked to when I called up was great! Didnt try to up sell me at all! I told him what I had goin on and he got me set up in about 5 maybe 10 minutes and had an appointment for 2 days later. Great customer service so far on the phone and in person for the appointment!

Matt was very knowledgeable about our difficult yellow jacket nest. He was able to get rid of the very large nest in the retaining wall on the first visit. Everyone was very nice and accommodating on the phone when scheduling as well. They make sure they can see you as soon as they possibly can. Now, six months later we have new nest in a different spot and I called them right away, I left a message and got a call back with in 10 minutes of calling! I can’t recommend them enough.

CALL THEM! EXCELLENT service, which I ended up not needing. I absolutely trust these people. I suspected a bed bug problem because of bites on my child. I was able to get a next day appointment and the young man arrived as scheduled. NO CHARGE. He spent about an hour looking for evidence of bed bugs (and found none), answering lots of questions and was SO HELPFUL. He was honest. I was RELIEVED!EcoGuard from Folsom had been out several months before and I just did not feel comfortable with the guy who came out. He just wanted to make a sale. And, I was charged $125. The guy was like a slick salesman and said things I knew not to be true. He was like a yes man. Treating for bed bugs is EXTREMELY expensive!

Seven years of excellent service with monthly pest control and the occasional specific problem identification and remedy. Jeff has always been extremely professional and over time our customer/client has developed into a great friendship. Because of that I know if he sees or finds anything that could be troublesome he would alert me so I could take the correct precautions.
