I have used the self serve car wash for years. They have a well maintain facility. Unfortunately, they started to use a pink soap, that leaves pink stain on my skin and clothes. One on my car is white, and is left with pink spots all over, even after double rinsing . Overtime, Im worried that it will stain my carpets. I am not going to use this facility until they change the soap. This is sad because I have four cars, and the location is convenient for me.

My motorcycle was not riding normal and I couldnt find a functioning air pump in Grass Valley. Pulled into this place and Noah helped me out, filled the tire, and got me on my way. He completely saved my butt and I appreciate it.

One more amendment :(. My wife returned with the raincheck car wash and had to wash the car when she got home — oily windows and dirt remained. Glad I did return. — ORIG REVIEW: I checked the hours (8:30-5:30 on the google) in the morning knowing that a wife neglected oil change was needed, and I and would only be able to go after my work shifts that ends at 5PM. I dusted off my work-day, jumped in the car, and shot down the road arriving 5 minutes past 5pm. One bay was open but coned off. I was greeted with, “If you need an oil change, we’re closed.” My response was a shrug and I steered off, but my internal dialogue was, “A pro oil change should take maybe 15 min, a mediocre one certainly not longer than 25.” This would be a one star review but I really have nothing to review accept the lack of honoring their own hours of operation. Should I return? I’d have to make a special trip on my day off — so nah. But then I think, maybe they are C19 short staffed and need the 25+ min to oil change. So maybe. But I’ll probably go to the place that did my smog test cause they were cool and I like being loyal. Deuces.

Pricey for changing oil in a Prius. They charged me 70$.

Late in the day and I needed my oil changed. I pulled up & got my quote. I agreed, immediately multiple employees started doing their thing. Service techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Within 15 minutes I was back on my way to finish the day. I will return for the reasons the reasons I am writing about. Quality customer service.

Been coming here for a few years now for oil changes,. Pleasant staff, good service.Came in with 2 of my vehicles on consecutive days, both visits at least 4 or 5 staff on site. Not one of the guys was wearing a mask, and both days, 2 of the staff walked up to my window, within 2 feet of me, no masks.Owner needs to require that at least the staff interacting with customers need appropriate face coverings. Otherwise, no complaints.

Cheap, fast, friendly

I go here to wash my car. It is clean, has multiple bays to accomodate the flow of cars. The timer lasts 8 minutes; a nice amount of time to wash, rinse and wax. They accept credit cards to pay for the wash.

I use to go alot,but its to expensive ! Not enough time for how many quarters its a race . Takes away from the experience of cleaning your rig or anything else, to bad l love going to the car wash.......!

These guys got me in very quickly, did a standard oil change and fluid fill-up in less than 35 minutes and sent me on my way for less than $65 on my 06 Hyundai Tucson. They were polite, answered my questions, and corrected a few small things that they didnt have to. If Im ever in Grass Valley and need an oil change these guys will get my business 100% of the time, thanks guys!

Well first and foremost I do want to say that the manager at this business Mike or Michael he was very professional very kind guy tried talking with me. I took my car in on feb28 20 & when you decide to use this business when you go in their Lobby they give you about the size of an index card to fill out your name your address and your information and I believe a signature, when they pulled my car into the bay I was handed that index card I filled it out it was about 3 minutes I kid you not 3 minutes they come back out hand me my keys and tell me it was all done and mind you I asked them to check my transmission not just for leaks but to look at my actual transmission make sure there were no seals broken etc etc. My paperwork says that my pre-service oil level was full and just a heads up since Ive gotten this car I have taken it to Honda dealership where its only $50 to have your oil changed but then again I have a Honda. I have always taken care of my car had oil changes on the regular if not earlier and Ive always just kept everything up to par. The checklist item on their piece of paper where most places give you a piece of paper with the colors of all of your fluids of your vehicle engine this place does not but it says Ill my check list pre-service oil level was. Next thing on the checklist item replace engine oil it says replaced so I want to know why my oil is black pretty much? And Not only was I told that when they change your oil all that they reset is your oil life where it tells you have 100% oil life after you have an oil change yet when I have my oil changed here at this business my service lights are all turned off and they tell me that they dont even have a machine to do that so Im a bit confused and I dont feel like this place of business deserves the two stars I even gave them. The only reason that I gave them two stars was because of how patient the manager Mike was with me other than that I do not recommend this place to anyone anyone at all and if you do decide to come here good luck its not worth it its a rip-off I paid just under $100 for a 3 Minute Oil Change mind you 3 minutes so good luck and again Michael if youre reading this thank you for being so kind and speaking with me have a lovely rest of your day but you guys will no longer have my business thank you.

Went to get oils changed. They voided the oil change warranty without stating, and they left cardboard underneath the truck on the muffler for some reason. This cardboard caught on fire after we left and the whole underside of the truck was engulfed in flames. We called to complain and the manager Mike continued to state that they had nothing to do with it.Getting a lawyer to solve this dispute. Zero starsI don’t write reviews but this was not okay.

They did a great job changing my oil but I thought they were a little high priced since I had my own oil & filter. I guess they didnt see my new oil filter when they got the oil out of my back seat. I still got my new filter. $39. for my oil change. My quick oil change place in Clearlake does it for $20. when I have my own oil & filter.

I dont use their oil change center but the self serve car cleaning place is great, takes credit card to start machine, seems fair for minutes, can vacuum the car out....I like this place.

Cost was way to high. They are fast. But didnt tell me that my rear differential was low and needed to be changed out. Took it to a place right up the road they helped me out proper. Plus the rear differential service was cheaper than the dealership.

They are great, but they cost a lot. They told me I needed some fluid changed that I had changed last visit and they couldnt find a record of it. Thet argued with me until the gut sat down and looked it up and finally found it. Still they cost too much for their services. They are fast though. Oh and they forgot to tell me about some major issues they saw under my motor. Told me also that I need a rebuilt rear differential, when what they saw could be pretty normal.

Really disappointed in the costumer service I received, called ahead cause my oil light came on and the young man I spoke with said he’d be there to help me out, called again to update the man on my eta and a different one answers telling me he can’t help me and that I’m out of luck. Thanks for giving me hope and peace of mind then stripping it away.

Decent employees but will not be returning ever againOil change was done correctly however everytime I go to them after I leave I have to take air out of my tires. My tires say 40psi max and everytime I leave prolube after an oil change all my tires are at 40psi or above. Standard for my tires is 34psi

The oil change part ok with my Mercedes but when I tried to detail my 4Runner to sell it and spent a little time there (not creating a line or anyone waiting is was 7 pm) whew they were on with the cameras or whatever to tell me I’d been there 45 minutes. And? I just spend 5.00 on a car was and 4.00 to vacuum. Never again I’d rather go to the broken one by McDonalds.Thats ridiculous.

I go here because Im too lazy to do an oil change myself. They do what they advertise. The mechanic had a good sense of humor, changed the oil, oil filter, air filter, and my ratty wiper blades.

Did a great job and let me know I had an oil leak... the place I took it to for its previous oil change said nothing about my oil leak... as a woman with a car... thats a pretty big deal for me. I know your not a mechanic but I also know if I can tell, you can, so why not say something? These guys do and are my go to place for sure now!

Very unprofessional. They removed my engine case but did not put it back on. When I went in to talk to them about it they blamed it on me. The manager never called me and when I called them back they called me a liar. I have never been treated so rudely.
