Excellent gym and very functional! They have the majority of the basics you need for powerlifting training Ive found had no issues with any of the equipment. The staff also is incredibly kind and even the community here is friendly. Its a great place to work out!

Clean, welcoming, and lots of amenities. 3 TVs with different channels on them - subtitles on. Likeable music played at a good level, water dispenser and cups, clipboards, pencils, and exercise log to record progress. Huge, efficient fans both overhead and floor level. Air conditioning, deck with comfy chairs overlooking the golf course, and yoga classes free with membership. Love this place 💖

This is a fantastic gym located in Alta Sierra. Ive been a member of several other Grass Valley, gyms and none are as friendly and welcoming as Clubhouse Fitness. Certainly none of the others are as clean and well maintained.This gym is spotless!The member dues are very reasonable and you also get an assortment of different yoga classes included in your membership.Having spent many years in many different gyms, I know how fortunate I am to have found a good gym to make part of my health and fitness routine.Denise Ray, owns and runs the gym and takes a lot of pride in the business and its members.Its really nice to have a such a warm and friendly owner greet you and actually want to get to know you. Its a really wonderful place and I definitely recommend it. 😊

Owners & members are very nice. Very clean and has all the equipment you need. Monthly membership cost is very reasonable and no contract! Also offers some classes. Never crowded. Close to home.

Best gym ever! Its under new ownership and the new owners are awesome! They are extremely friendly and helpful. Ive never felt more comfortable in a gym. They remodeled upon new ownership and it is the cleanest gym Ive ever been to. :)

Owners are amazing, the equipment is kept in very good condition, rarely overcrowded, offers a variety of classes, and has some really cool people. I would recommend to anyone.

This is a great little gym...especially nice and clean compared to in town gyms...the new owners are great...some of these posts are from the Old Owners and they were correct at the time...Again, NEW Owners are terrific...Come check it out!!!

This Gym is a joke!! I had to have surgery on my foot, so i asked to cancel my membership, over 3 weeks before the payment was due... being a disabled veteran I unfortunately do not have an extra sixty bucks to just laying around. I was planning on renewing my membership after the surgery, but this did not matter to DAN the owner, he still charged me the 60 bucks and being as i was having a hard time that month, my account overdrew which cost me an extra 34 bucks!!! After playing phone tag with DAN for 3 months and after he told me he would refund the money, I finally gave up!! I hope that if he does see this he will decide to be a human being about the whole situation and give me my MONEY!!!
