The new manager helped me with this rental. The insurance company was being extremely difficult and she was on the phone with them for over an hour. She was awesome. This is why I use Enterprise. The Grass Valley branch has always been great.

This location is no longer in business although they advertise it is. dont end up like us being stuck at the airport without a car, and Hertz can careless to do anything about it. this is wrong they keep it up as the business is still there, it isnt so renters BEWARE!!!

5 stars because the Idaho Maryland store was very professional. Nice clean car, great service, and a ride at drop off. The 800 number however allowed me to choose the car I wanted, but isnt actually allowed. Ill be recommending Enterprise to family and friends though, my experience was very good!

Enterprise rented us a Chrysler mini-van for our 4 week vacation to Yellowstone and the Tetons. The car great as was the service at pick-up and drop-off, thanks to Natalie!Price was fair, too. Overall a 5 star experience.

This is for the Grass Valley, CA location on Idaho Maryland Rd. I was in need of a rental the day before Thanksgiving so I could have it early for Friday morning so I could take my primary vehicle down to the CARmax in Roseville, CA for a warranty covered repair. Somehow my over-the-phone reservation was never placed and they didnt have me in their system. They were so busy as well considering the holiday but the young guy there tried everything he could to get me into something but I didnt need a truck and I was so indecisive after that but he was so patient with me no matter my dilemma and frustrations. I decided to walk away that night and try again first thing Friday morning regardless of any turkey hangover from the night prior. Made a reservation online, it was very easy and straight forward, made it for 7:30am when they opened so I could make it to my CARmax appointment. Went in that morning and they had me in a car in under 5 minutes!!! Made it to my repair appointment on time by 10:00am! They were consistently following the pandemic safety guidelines and very professional every time I go in there! Clean office and clean cars.... usually. This car had been dropped off during after hours so it was a bit dirty from weather conditions but wasnt bad, since I was keeping it for a week I kept it clean and had to air up the tires a bit but nothing major at all. I was able to get the CARmax MAX CARE warranty discount ($40 off per day, up to 7 days) attached to the rental so I paid $141.00 for 6 days. Gotta go to CARmax and leave them a review too now! Im still leaving a full 5 star review as they were on top of it here at this specific location. Very professional!! Great job!!! Thank you!!!

Bad experience. Agents NOT practically social distancing and engaging in risky behaviors on their after hours against Enterprises stated policy on the web site of maintaining social distancing to keep customers safe. I was offered a free upgrade so that I could get Sirius and then given a car that I had previously refused. Agents generally not capable of providing fast service. My reservation was for 8:00 am, others came and went but I didnt get into a car until just before 9:00. The first agent I dealt with, a young female with dark should length hair was upset because I called her out on going to a birthday party after she admitted it to me. This is against your own policy. She then changed her mind about the offer of a Rogue and I ended up with a Versa that had Sirius but I had already refused. Management needs to visit this location and observe this efficient and incompetent behavior. They are not responsible or considerate employees.

I found out I needed to rent a car at the very last minute, Enterprise was able to help me. They were great!! The staff was courteous, the car was clean and the price was right. I dropped off in the evening after hours. The parking lot here is well lit and theres a key drop box which is super convenient-saved me a trip back to town in the morning. I will be using Enterprise for all my car rental needs in the future and highly recommend this location!!

Two bad experiences. First rented one way car from airport to drop off at GV location. Arrived they were closed due to COVID so I called the main number and was instructed to leave the keys in the drop box. I did that and was charged for two extra days because no one picked up the keys and closed my reservation out until Monday. Called but no refund- poor service. Second time I booked a reservation to pick up in GV my reservation got rerouted to Auburn I asked for some kind of discount for the additional 30 minute drive one way and they wouldnt budge. Again, terrible service. I wish there was another rental car company in the area I would use anyone else but enterprise.

I am ssoooooooo glad that we have an Enterprise in Grass Valley. This is a small town so we dont always have what other towns have. My car broke and Uber was unreliable. I looked for car rentals and the only other rental place in town had horrible reviews. I had used Enterprise over 20 years ago and liked it back then. Ive rented a few times in the past few months and everything has been EXCELLENT. From the pick up, the cars, the cost. Its well oiled machine and Im so glad they are near.

I have been very happy with my rentals from Enterprise. The cars are clean and well maintained. And there never seems to be a problem with picking me up or dropping me off. If there was one thing I could improve with Enterprise is I seem to get cars that do not have a full tank of gas. It is noted correctly on the rental agreement (recently I got a car with just over 1/4 tank of gas), but sometimes it is nice to not have to stop at the gas station after picking up the car. Even with this one minor annoyance, I still give Enterprise 5 stars for everything they do right!

My wife and I planned our Thanksgiving weekend trip to Truckee, CA based upon our ability to be able to rent an SUV w/AWD from Enterprise in Grass Valley, CA.Our trip went off without a hitch and we had a wonderful time with our son and his family! I have to say that with the first winter storm of the season and over a foot of snow in less than 8 hours, the 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander met our requirements exactly!Thanks again Enterprise ! ! !

I love this place. Renting again today. Staff is friendly and service oriented. While on a trip a small rock chipped the rental windshield. The manager was extra helpful in assisting me with my insurance claim.

Im being generous giving them one star. I highly recommend taking your business to Hertz instead. The employees were beyond rude and my family felt judged based on appearances. I will never take my business here again and I will make sure to let people know to do the same. I have rented from enterprise before and this was the first time I have ever experienced this. However, it was so unprofessional, they have lost my business all together. I contacted corporate who reassured me action will be taken. Regardless, my time sensitive trip is now being put on hold. Overall they are unprofessional and a waste time.

Had to get warranty service on my own vehicle in the Automall. Enterprise picked me up, and got me into a nice rental in under 30 min. Billing to my dealership was flawless. Thanks enterprise!

Rented a car from Enterprise last weekend. I did not fully understand all of the items I need at the time I pick up the rental but the manager allowed me to take the car and return the next day with the few items that I was lacking. Their staff is amazing and really do put the customer first.We also had an issue with a tail light being out on our rental cat. We returned and they provided another vehicle in less than 5 minutes.

These guys are truly terrific...! We arrived at the local airport, gave them a call, and a few minutes later they appeared with the car to pick us up. Did the reverse on the way out. They really live up to their promise!

I rented the car for 3 weeks they didnt have the class vehicle I wanted so they upgraded the rental to the next class vehicle up. This is the 2nd time I rented a car from Enterprise in Grass Valley. Both times for my granddaughters visiting .their great.

Had to use their services for about a month on & off. They were very helpful & worked to get me the best deal possible Everytime.

The offsite reservation desk told me Id have a car waiting but when I got dropped off, they didnt have any. I would have been stranded, but one of the employees gave me a ride home and told me how to call him directly next day. I got a car booked and the site manager came to my office and picked me up to go get my car. Check out/contract was easy. Dropping car off after hours, no problem and had an email receipt next day.

Early Friday morning no cars.U can reserve Monday? Far as I know only 2 car rental agencys in town...whole weekend no car! Then come Monday well 1 thing my insurance would pay for rental after it was returned. ..so enterprise informed me 1 wk rental was around$ 385.00 here comes crazy a 2 day rental would cost 369.00...????WHAT??has simple common sense become extinct?well he was doing his job ! ok! Thank you anyway! I went to the other spot in town ...oh ya! I was pleased n left w a smile!!!

I was visiting out of State and this branch didnt have the size vehicle I wanted to rent. They were not interested in finding a solution. I have done business with Enterprise in the past and have never been treated with such disregard.

I had turned me car into the body shop and was told by enterprise I was made a reservation for the following Monday since no vehicles were available except something too large for me. Came in Monday and was told there was no reservations made for me and that all cars had been rented out. This put me stranded, after some irate discussion with the manager I was taken to Hertz rental down the street. Hertz was able to set me up with a car within two hours so I went nextdoor to the diner and had some coffee until the car was ready. Hertz had the car ready exactly on time as they said they would and worked with me I. The daily rental car rate to keep within my insurance rental car limit. I was very dissatisfied with Enterprise and will not be going back, Hertz is where I will always go since they at least take care of thier customers exactly like they say they will. Not my first negative experience with enterprise but certainly was my last. Just go to Hertz and save yourself the headache.

While the staff is friendly and professional I was completely unsatisfied with my experience renting through Enterprises Grass Valley location. The car I rented had low tire pressure resulting in the tire blowing out on I-80, which resulted in me not being able to get my brother to the airport in time missing, his flight, and needing to buy a new ticket. Im just glad I paid for the insurance otherwise I would have had to pay an enormous amount of money for the tire and AAA assistance. I received a call from their customer service, and told them how unsatisfied I was. They apologized for my experience, and that a customer representative would contact me...this has yet to happen since they called me a week ago.
